It was not unlocked . I took it to at&t and had them try to set it all up just to find out I wasted my money . So I bought a phone from them on the spot . Had to give a one star rating . Needed to be a no star rating

Nice Phone
Great feel and function...impressed! Very particular when shopper, past owner of Motorola Atrix; so I don't upgrade often. I wanted a phone that had the speed and functionality of the S4 with out the bulk.

Nice alternative to IPhone
I am not an iPhone fan, so if you love your iPhone, you probably shouldn't switch. If, however, you are looking for a nice phone that has great sound and good screen clarity, this is a great option. Word is that Amazon is subcontracting their cell phone to HTC - I think that could be the push this manufacturer needs to be a global competitor.

Buggy. Wouldn't consistenly make calls. Buttons and charging port in the wrong place. Crackling noise during calls. Hung up on callers sporadically. Volume went in and out.

The external speaker and earphone work fine.
Just found the internal speaker doesn't work well. the people I called can barely hear each other even though I set to maximum volume.

Not Impressed
Worst phone ever. It has a very poor battery life. Will go from 20% to 0% in 30 seconds. If it does, I have to restart it after I turn it back on, or I cannot send or receive calls. It has always done this! Lots of space though.

I would recommend not to buy this product and communication also so ...
An year later mobile stopped working. Mobile got switched off and not getting on. When I showed at HTC service center they asked for an invoice with IMEI number. When I reached out to seller I didnot get any response. I would recommend not to buy this product and communication also so poor.

had to return because the Android version is too low on the phone you are unable to download a lot of apps that are current for today's needs just like the Chase Bank app.

I received the product and I was excited to but its only 3 days since I received my phone and it has hanged twice and the battery does not last for more than 4 hours.
Just wondering if the phone I received was a new phone or a refurbished or used one.

Only complaint I have is they should have made the screen bigger. 5" to 5.25" and this phone would be a 5 star device.

HTC one is great!
picked up this phone on cyber Monday so I only had to pay the tax which was 60 sum dollars :) renewal of a contract was needed but well worth it.
the phone looks great feels great and is a beast as far as screen clarity, speed, overall performance.

I have had the htc one M7 for about a month and I love it. The audio is great and the headphones that came with the phone are great. The camera is very clear! I would say the battery life is average among other smartphones.So far I have no complaints.

Don't Waste Your Time
I bought the HTC phone back in August of 2018. Here it is Thanksgiving 2018 (3) months and my phone does not work. Smh don't waste your time just go to WalMart and get an off brand phone.

- Front Stereo Speakers
- Got it through Amazon for $120. Can't complain. S4 was $150.
Cons:
- Slow software updates especially when it comes to AT&T + HTC.

- Locked Bootloader (unlockable but may void warranty)

I love my HTC One!
I've had this phone for two months and I love everything about it. It starts up fast, opens apps quickly and takes great pictures. The speakers sound amazing and the included headphones are amazing as well. I haven't had any problems with it yet.

Microphone issues with HTC 1
I had microphone issues with the phone. The person at other end could not hear my voice clearly. I read the forums and it also said that HTC 1 is having issues with microphone.Apart from that, the phone is good.

Love this phone, so much better then my old iPhone. My wife even bought one.
pros: super fast, good memory, decent battery life.
i cant think of very many cons. Ill never go back to an iPhone.

у меня не все в порядке, потому что я покупаю его как новый, а это не так
Я думал, что он новый, и после отправки его в htc для ремонта по гарантии мне сказали, что у него заменена материнская плата, так что это отремонтированный телефон или что-то странное, но мне его еще не вернули, чтобы узнать, что мне скажут, когда я его получу
