MALISIMA
Es imposible imprimir a dos caras y hacer otra cosa mientras en Windows 10, una ventana te bloquea el ordenador hasta que haces el cambio de hojas.
La tengo que desenchufar periódicamente porque deja de responder. Pierde la conexión wifi teniendo el punto de acceso a menos de un metro mientras que el resto de dispositivos WIFI no tienen ningún problema.
El alimentador de papel también es de muy mala calidad, te puede pillar 10 hojas a la vez, como estés imprimiendo un trabajo a dos caras para tirar a la basura.
NO LA RECOMIENDO EN ABSOLUTO

TINTA, lo demás no
Hp solo acierta con depósitos de tinta, pero amarillos y naranjas sin diferencias.
Desconexiones wifi, errores de cabezales, visor ridículo sin iluminar, cargador papel pequeño, solo imprime a una cara, impresión muy lenta, errores al escanear. Tengo otra hp de 7 años que es mejor.

Muy mala calidad
La calidad de la impresora es muy, muy baja. No hagáis el pardillo como yo y la compréis. Plásticos malos, malos. Problemas detección de cartuchos. Tinta mala, esperable al ser SmartTank, pero mala al fin y al cabo. No merece para nada la pena. Hay otras opciones en el mercado mucho mejores.

Beim Drucken auf Vorder- und Rückseite muss man das Blatt herausnehmen und hinten wieder einlegen. Das konnte man auch schon vor 20 Jahren mit Druckern, die keine Duplex-Funktion hatten. Das ist eine Irreführung.

Having read a few positive reviews I was confident in the product. Sadly, has not lived up to any of the glowing reviews. The lack of double sided scan and printing is a huge disappointment in this day and age, why would you not have this as standard! Saving the planet on less ink is wasted on more paper. The manual feed option is just not practical. The print quality is quite poor even using the recommended HP paper. Set up was easy. Software to run the printer is also decent unlike previous manufacturers I have experienced. I would not recommend this model.

As it is HP the printer runs on linux. It installed easily and gives clear print and images, the speed is not quick but perfectly ok. Very nice to print by usb cable or wi-fi, so easy and quick to print remotely from mobile phone. Plastic seems the black normal type and hopefully the replaceable two print-heads and four refillable ink tanks will last a good time. Filling up the 4 ink tanks was wonderful, no expensive ink or toner cartridges that cost more than the printer itself.

I was a little concerned when I read the mixed reviews, but felt I had to trust my judgement based on considerable experience.
Very clear step by step instructions in words, pictures and videos, yes I did play one or two very short ones a second time to be certain, but no hassle whatsoever with the installation.
It is very friendly and the interface is well thought out. Excellent Wi-Fi reception and fast transmission. The printer does exactly what it says and more. It takes a little time to pair all the devices we have, but you only have to do it once and its a breeze after the first one. I recommend it as a great buy and value for money.

There are so many to choose from that I thought long and hard about which to choose. i couldn't have made a better choice. This printer is not too big, installation instructions are clear and simple. Ink is easy to fill from measured bottles with secure caps so no spillage. I'm no techno wizard so if I find this easy to install and use, anyone can do it.

Eigentlich ein schönes Gerät. Leicht zu installieren. Dafür, dass das ewige Leiden mit den Tintenpatronen und ihrem Preis jetzt zu Ende ist, habe ich auch gerne den höheren Preis gezahlt. Die von Anderen geäußerte Kritik, dass das Gerät wirklich kein Schnelldrucker ist kann ich bestätigen, aber es ist eben ein sauber arbeitendes Gerät für das kleine Büro ohne Eile zu Hause. Die Druckqualität ist nicht Spitze aber ok.
Jetzt der Hauptnachteil: Es gibt praktisch keinen Service! Ich wollte in einer Anfrage bei HP nur erfragen, ob es besser ist das Gerät auch bei wenig Gebrauch immer auf Standby am Netz zu lassen. Mein vorheriger Epson-Drucker ist nämlich kurz nach der Garantie daran gestorben, dass durch das regelmäßige abendliche Ausschalten durch die dann jedes Mal durchgeführte Reinigung der Druckköpfe intern irgendwelche Kissen voll Tinte waren und ausgetauscht werden mussten. Das war aber teurer als ein Neugerät... (Nie wieder Epson)
Vom HP-Service erhielt ich nur eine Fallnummer aber nie eine weitere Auskunft. Bei Amazon war nur eine völlig inkompetente Dame im Chat, die allgemeines Blah Blah zu sagen hatte.
Was mache ich jetzt? Ich werde die Kiste nachts auf Standby lassen, obwohl mir das eigentlich nicht gefällt.

The cost over a typical cartridge printer is FAR covered by the ink liquid tank system. Setup takes a little while but not difficult at all. Quality of output and speed covers my needs, often print in "draft" as it's quicker and uses less ink for something that's not important.
Ink bottle refills are a good price, although I won't need any for a while yet!
The HP software for it is one of my favourites, simple but also powerful and reliable. Printing from pc or mobile is a breeze.
Cons? Only one really. I wish it had either a usb or ethernet connection as well as wireless. To be fair I knew it didn't when I bought it.
Overall: very pleased and would recommend

Set up was surprisingly easy (I’m not at all tech savvy). Operation is simplicity itself. Good value. The only negative is that the plastic body is rather cheap and flimsy, presumably to keep the cost down. Still thoroughly recommended though.

I did a lot of research some reviews were negative but I decided that overall the majority were good. I was mistaken. The idea of hardly ever having to replace the cartridge was good. After 2 months the print quality deteriorated to the extent I could not read the print, I did everything that was necessary to clean them and spent hours on the phone but it seems that the printer head may be faulty, I have asked for the link so I could replace it but it wasn't sent, I asked HP if after 2 months they would. replace it for free they said no. It's the worst printer I have ever owned, stick with Canon which I used previously and which have always been reliable

Setup failed - will not recognise that I have filled the ink tanks. Exact same problem reported on HP support community. Not happy. Update.... Managed to get it working by pulling out print head carriage. Now seems to be working ok, print quality is good, although it's fairly slow. In theory a great alternative to getting ripped off on ink cartridges.

The original printer (HP Smart Tank Plus 655) arrived from the supplier in good time, and seemed quite straightforward to set up, until we got to filling the ink tanks, at which point everything ground to a halt. All the tanks had been filled, but the printer told us that the Cyan (blue) tank was empty. And there we stopped. Nothing else was allowed to happen until we'd filled the (already full!) blue ink tank. Multiple re-bootings of both printer and laptop did not produce any improvement, nor did removing the printheads and replacing them. The printer was unusable. Attempts to contact HP lead to nothing, as the automated assistant didn't even seem to know that HP produce a Smart Tank printer. The supplier promised to investigate and get back to us with a solution.
Printer deemed faulty and returned, with the supplier able to deliver a replacement at the same time. The new printer (Smart Tank Plus 570) was up and running within minutes, with no issues.
I can't fault the supplier, JJ PC Store, who were prompt, polite and efficient. I would be happy to go back to them for any future printer needs.

Vorweg: die Tinte wird trotz täglichen Gebrauchs tatsächlich kaum weniger ;-) Verbrauchstechnisch also wirklich toll. Die Druckqualität lässt bis jetzt auch keine Wünsche offen- da ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis absolut in Ordnung. Was mich einigermaßen enttäuscht, ist die teilweise billige Umsetzung. Das Papierfach ist unverschämt klein, so dass man dauernd nachfüllen muss, und keine Schublade, sondern offen (gut, weiß man vorher. Dafür keinen "Punktabzug. Trotzdem eine billige Umsetzung). Der Ausgabeschacht, bzw. das Kunststoffteil, auf dem das Papier landet, ist optisch und haptisch unangenehm, weil flatterig dünn. Diverse Fehlermeldungen, die öfter mal aufgetreten sind, weil angeblich die Kartuschen im Inneren des Druckers nicht richtig installiert sind, haben sich bisher immer als Falschmeldung herausgestellt. Klappe auf und zu, und alles geht wieder ;-)
Nochmal in Kurzform: Druckergebnis und Verbrauch überdurchschnittlich gut, aber nichts für Designer-Seelen und Allzu-Viel-Drucker...
