Good product but cost of printing high
Product is good. Only thing ink gets exhausted very fast (as in there is variance in number of pages that can be printed as claimed by manufaturer), thereby increasing overall cost of printing

correct model number but worng version cartridge
delivered the wrong version of the cartridge. Got a message from the printer saying " cannot print old version cartridge " . Had to return the product back. Description in the product page dosent tell us the version or the manufacture date of the cartridge.

Waste of money
Took 2 or 3 prints and left for 1 week. Entire cartridge stopped working. Not even working with refill from local vendors.

At the first when the product the packet was totally torn as if it was a second hand. And the price is quiet high for a 802 cartridge which only print 50-60 max.

Good but expensive
Good, but HP cartridge are always expensive. At close to Rs 550 for 120 pages, it costs Rs. 5 per page. Getting it printed in the nearby print shop will turn out to be cheaper considering the maintenance cost. If you do not use the cartridge frequently the ink dries up.

I dnt have any complain about the quality of the product I got, it was good as expected but the way the delivery guys behave is not proper , literally he was insisting my family to pay by cash , as he dont have card swapping machine even though the amount was RS-509.00 , so it really hard to arrange the money and received the item in this cash less society.

HP needs to sort this out else their printers won't sell
On installing the cartridge printer displays "Genuine HP cartridge" and immediately afterwards displays "Black cartridge problem". And refuses to print thereafter. Problem is not with the cartridge but with HP printer.

Waste product. no ink in the cartridge.
This is the worst product. Please do not purchase online. I have started to use this cartridge after week of opening, but it doesn't work. The ink is completely dry. Its wastage of money.
