Очень плохая модель

+ Хорошо печатает с родными картриджами, можно заправлять их, но качество будет уже не то.
- Отвратительно работает WIFI, еле ловит и надо проводить танцы с бубнами, чтобы присоедить его к роутеру.
Постоянно чистится, калибруется. Ломается, выдает грязные страницы...

- Купила принтер 24 января распечатала страниц 200, при выключении специально посмотрела на сколько израсходовались картриджи(90%, 97%, 95% и 93%) выключила его и он стоял 3,5-4 месяца без включения.
После подключили его к другому компьютеру показывает что содержимое картриджей у всех меньше 25% , отказывается печатать и моргает ошибка. Думали дело в картриджах, купили новые чипованные картриджи в официальном магазине, вставили их, но он видит их через раз, так же выдает ошибку и показывает что якобы картридж закончился. Больше не высвечивается пункт управления принтера и не возможно посмотреть состояние картриджей.

+ Компактен, как-то работает.
- Не пропечатывает левый край листа, сантиметров 8. В чем проблема - непонятно, то ли лента, то ли барабан, то ли печка. При этом, поддержка для него на территории России (если верить сообщению на сайте) отменена.

UPD: перед тем, как сдаться, я перебрал все картриджи, почистил разьёмы, переткнул барабан, всё, что описано. Не помогло. Уже запросил возврат, снял...

Arrived on time, Easy to set up
Came complete with toner installed even though I'd purchased toner for it with the order (It will be used at some point)

Purchased it to replace an Epson PX820FWD.
Reason for the change was ink within the ink jet printer kept drying out and lost more ink cleaning ink heads than that used on printing documents.
Miss my scanner and double sided printing now....

Love it. I have bought another WIFI or AirPlay printer before and return it as it just not very easy to set up but this one is wonderful. Set up in no time on Mac. print easily on iPhone. Print quality is also very good too. Very happy.

Had a problem with this originally , but the HP help line was 5* in rectifying the problems. Prints well , only a domestic user , and has a good range of options .
You need a strong table to sit it on .
Had many other types off printers but the print quality was not as good as this , ok the Toner is not cheep but live a little .

No more copying or emailing to the laptop! This printer can be seen by all my devices... iPhone, iPad and Mac. It was easy to set up and uses my router for its WIFI. There is another option of connecting directing to the router but this means the mobile devices can't see it. Well, not in my experience.

I found it easy to install, set up and use. No more last minute print problems... You know the ones, just about to go out the door to a meeting, laptop closed down and you realise you need one more document printed. Now, its just a matter of opening the document in the iCloud and printing,

The only downside I foresee is that HP will increase the cost of the toner cartridges until it is no longer cost effective.

Great printer, but I wish HP would cease trying to rip us off by making the toner sensor ultra sensitive and telling us that supplies are low and we need to change the toner cartridge. My printer has annoyingly been doing this now for several months and the print quality is still great.

I read the reviews here. Many of you who have complaints about this printer bought this printer for the wrong use. Or you just HOPED it would do more than what it is designed to do.First of all, you don't buy anything when it is first released. Those who paid $300 for this back in 2009, shame on you for not waiting for it to be proven and reviewed for what it's made to do. AND, those of you who paid (like I did) a sale price, below $200, and are expecting this printer to perform like a $500+ LaserJet high-end, serious, office printer (like the good ol' LaserJet 4si back in the day,) shame on you for expecting such things out of a much less expensive item that's just not designed as such. What happened here is: you HOPED you could pay less than $200 for a printer and get $500 worth of printer out of it. Ain't gonna happen.This printer was not designed for super-duper fast, multi-user office use. Especially not designed for photo printing - nor are most laser printers. If you are a "photographer" and you are using a laser printer for your photos, shame on you for being clueless. Everyone who knows quality photo printing knows that quality photos are done with quality Inkjet printers like Epson Stylus Photo models and others.AND, those of you who are complaining that this printer will not print when the toner is low/out, read your Manual. I have been printing for MONTHS with low/out toner in this printer. How? By going into the menus on the printer and overriding the toner-out feature so it will print til doomsday with low/out ink. DISCLAIMER: It depends on what sort of print quality you are seeking if you do this. I really don't care about super print quality because all I use this for is printing shipping labels and invoices.I was spending SO much on InkJet carts that I was tearing my hair out. That is why I switched to laser. And this was quite low-priced and the HP brand. That is why I bought this one.AND, the initial toner that comes with this and most new printers is not like the ones you will buy thereafter. The initial toner does not last all that long - maybe 750 pages. I was a bit miffed, too, about this - being my first laser printer. Times are tough for all companies. So, they find ways to save money by offering less toner in the initial carts.After the first set of toner, I replaced the Black ink only, because, I only print in black/white. You can get deals on OEM ink for this printer all day long on the HP site and other sites. Do not try and skimp and buy aftermarket ink for this or any printer. You will be displeased later.I have printed about 5,000 sheets, to-date, (mostly text and shipping labels, mind you) on a light print setting (read your manual) and in grayscale only, on ONE black cart.Just read your manual and you can adjust this printer's settings to save ink, and keep printing long after it thinks it's out of ink.Now, for the PRICE, this printer is hard to beat - for what it's designed to do.It is not recommended if you have several people in your office. I do not. It is not, nor is any laser printer, recommended for professional photo use. It is better for COLOR GRAPHIC use - not photos. Use a high quality InkJET printer, like Epson, for photos.And, if I had any gripe about this printer, it is its Self Cleaning process and Self Calibration. It seems to perform this a bit too often for my liking. If there is a way to disable that I would like to do it. That just slows me down more than anything.Those of you who HOPED you'd get a $500 printer for $175 +/-, shame shame shame on you. Those of you who did not do your research before you bought, shame on you. Those of you who 'blame' HP for offering a good, relatively inexpensive laser printer at an affordable price, shame on you.Those of you who are trying to use this printer for MORE than it's designed, SHAME ON YOU.Those of you who try to skimp on ink and buy aftermarket toner, SHAME. I needed a printer that would work with all the various IT I have at home.

My main concern was for me to able to print from my windows surface RT 8.1 Tablet.
I connected the printer using WIF to my network, and gave it a fixed IP address.
I had to do a manual install, using the IP address of the printer and select the correct driver (HP LaserJet 200 Laser Printer)which was shipped with the windows Surface RT 8.1.
It worked a treat.
The iPad found the printer using Apples Airprint.

Just popped the HP cd in my windows 7 pro pc and it was son printing.

After a bad experience with a Dell laser jet which just wouldn't work with my MacBook and iPad, this was a breeze to set up. The CD which came with the printer was out of date and not suitable for Mavericks, but it did redirect me to the HP website to download the latest drivers and software. After that it was plain sailing, everything just installed itself. Relieved after hours wasted with the Dell.

Not as fast I thought, but happy with print quality and I have been told that the the ink cartridges have a better yield but this remains to be seen. Otherwise happy with this machine.

This is a neat printer, only had it a few weeks but so far no problem.

Be aware if you want new HP Toner it will cost you more than the printer costs. I went for a cheaper version which was a 1/4 of the price of the official HP Toner.

Excellent so far, had this now for a month and worked straight about of the box, wireless was easy as this was the main reason for this printer works flawless with apple and windows. I use this for home use as kids homework is all printing now. Not looking forward to replacing cartridges as expensive.

I had been frustrated with the inability to print from my iPad which I also use to draw with. Now this HP printer comes along. I always used Epson inkjet for photo quality and and HP B&W laser for other things but they couldn't print from the iPad without a lot of hassle. The cost of this machine is inexpensive which usually means that the cartridges are expensive but I purchased an entire set of large ones cheaper by purchasing them recycled.
The great thing is that even on ordinary paper the photo quality was fairly good. Not photo quality as I used ordinary paper but certainly more than good enough for general use and then you can print the photos on photo paper for much higher quality.. It also holds card stock. All in all a very good printer with a low cost for a colour laser, especially if you wish to print from tablets or almost anything else without having to network your system. The fact that the paper comes out of the top is also great as this means no more banging against the paper tray. Looks good and works great. My only giving it four stars is that the cost of running it is higher than some other brands but then you also have to pay a lot more for the printer to start with.
