Smaller wheels are way too tight, almost impossible to use
Β The smaller front wheels are wayyyyyyyyy too tight, they don't change direction at all making it nearly impossible to use as 4 wheeler. The bigger wheels are good. Easy to assemble too. But im really pissed because of the fact it works like a broken shopping cart in a supermarket. If the seller sees this comment please let me know how I can fix this issue. I would give 5 starts if this issue is fixed.

Works, but oh, boy it's a pain to assemble!
If I had known how much work it is to assemble, I would have paid $100 more for a already-assembled dolly. And I'm still trying to figure out how to adjust the height of the handle. I used all my upper body strenght, cannot get it to move, and the instructions provide no information on how to adjust the height. Also, I'm not sure about durability - it's light, but it feels like fragile plastic. Overall: Does it work? Yes, I rolled a 60 pounds package with ease. Would I buy it again? No.

Well engineered product
I bought this product for the sole purpose of taking my old fridge into the basement. I must admit when I first opened the box, I didn't think this was going to be able to handle the job; was I wrong! This hand truck made the job so easy. The skid plates on the back made going down stairs really easy, and the other design with three wheels specifically for stairs was not needed. Please be advised that my stairs are carpeted.

Can handle heavy weight despite the plastic frame
I purchased this product despite negative reviews advising how the rear smaller wheels crack/break under heavy loads, but I've had nothing but a pleasant, easy experience with it during my move.
The assembly was overall easy except for locking the front 2 large wheels in place, and switching it from 2 wheels to 4 wheels is a breeze. We moved a lot of heavy boxes over and over, and it performed perfectly.
I would recommend this to anyone looking for an affordable moving dolly for their personal items and light-medium weight furniture. I doubt it can carry a fridge.

Poorly built
Had to be returned. I bought it to help me move boxes into a new apartment but it was very poorly built. All the screws are were loose and it wouldnβt drive straight. Some of the instructions were also confusing. I really had high expectations for something that cost $100 :(

Not useful for moving many items at once
I would recommend something else.
The plastic is so slippery that when used as a cart, the items easily slide off unless it's a very smooth surface. When used upright, the metal plate at the bottom is fairly small, so larger items take some effort to get into the correct position.

Beware!! Not as shown in the picture!
First of all, the picture is wrong so are the features.
Tires are pneumatic and the smell is strong for the first few weeks. That being said I prefer pneumatic tires when in use in stairs (tires are bigger so less effort)
It is rated to 700 lbs so expect it to be bigger. Its small enough to fit on the front seat of a civic.
The yellow bar can be extended to fit bigger items. 2 metal pins secure it to the rest of the chassis. Im surprised at how strong those pins are.
I would have given 5 stars if they would actually sell what they advertise.

No quality control
The actual cart works like it suppose to but the workmanship in attention to quality is not good at all. The bottom steel plate was pitted badly back and front and just painted over. Looks terrible.

Pins holding handle can be a bit tricky
The pins holding the handle can sometimes be hard to reinsert when changing the orientation of the hand truck, but otherwise it is serviceable and does its job.
