Be wary of this Item plastic wheels break
This product is rated for 400 pounds on four wheels I bought this product to cart my music equipment around including a PA system that I bought in the same order One of the wheels the casters specifically broke already because there were very cheaply made plastic they should be up in steal orrubber there's no way that I exceeded the weight requirement not even by half now I don't know what to do I can't send it back because I don't have the packaging and I have to re-engineer myself and fix it

Very Disappointed
When I received this item I was excited and thought since it indicated Made in The USA, I could trust it to be a great buy. As I began to put it together I realized that was not the case. First of all I am not mechanically challenged but found it to be difficult to assemble. The plastic was cheaply made and delicate. While attempting to put it together, I found that the center piece was broken at the end an was unable to be fixed so I rigged it myself. I had to have it for this weekends move but it fell apart after only a few uses. (A Few Light Boxes). I eventually had to rent a Dollie from a store which cost me more money. I found it to be a fragile piece of equipment. So, I am very disappointed. Would like at least part of my money back. Itβs a piece of crap. Company to this date 12-11-2019 has never made a attempt to contact me. BUYER PLEASE BE AWARE

Great dolly - very easy to assemble. Works great, sturdy, and easily adjustible.
I thought I'd provide some pics of the product, as arrived, and the assembly process. In total, from opening the original packing, to being able to use it, took approximately 15 minutes. You'll need two wrenches (they really should have included two of those cheapo, "throw away" wrenches for the four bolts) and maybe needle-nose pliers for the two cotter pins, as well, for the two wheels, but that's it.
I just moved a 250 lb. filing cabinet after assembling it, and it works great.

Initially great, but wheels don't last
After sending this back TWICE due to missing parts, we thought this would be perfect for light duty hauling. However, after only 5 times of use with 200lb loads in the dolly configuration, the swivel wheels completely came apart. We will be switching to the Milwaukee hand truck!!

Shipped to us already damaged
The product itself is not bad quality. The vendor we got it from is. We bought it used-in good condition. It did not come that way. First-the bolts that mount the bottom plate to the hand truck were missing. Okay, it can happen. Second (and most disappointing) - the small plastic casters (wheels) that let you convert to a wheeled cart were broken. One of them was shattered and the barrings were missing, and the other the barring track was bent so it couldn't turn. At first I thought maybe it was shipping damage, but the missing barrings were not loose in the box so this hand truck was shipped to us ALREADY DAMAGED! Unacceptable by anyone's standards. Otherwise, the hand truck is solid. Once I buy parts for it, it should serve us well

Easy to make it work for me...
This is a great tool. I bought it mostly for the flatbed in conversion mode. I am partially disabled, meaning I have a "bum" leg. I can still lift with my arms most necessary things in the household, but I can't carry weight and walk too. I use the cart to move heavy or awkward loads, like groceries in, trash out, laundry and supplies inside - from one end of the house to the other. It was delivered promptly and was easy to assemble. There is a help line for questions or complaints listed with the instructions. The surprise was, it was actually answered by a native-English-speaking American.
I would have given this cart 5 stars except for one thing. The flatbed of the cart has only the two crossbars - no real bed. I had to rig a bed, with extra-stiff cardboard that I happened to have, to keep smaller items from falling through/off the cart for lack of support underneath. Larger items - no problem - but if I need to move several smaller items, or even just one item too heavy to carry, I had to find something to lay across the bed or balance carefully - and that balance usually didn't last through all the turns required to get to the back door or the laundry room. If that one thing was different I would probably have been singing a much more enthusiastic song. I'm sure this was designed with something entirely different in mind, but that's how it effects me.

It's a good product however I really dislike spending a lot of money on something then have to spend a lot of time and effort assembing something especially when the bar that goes between the wheels don't line up into the holes and there is and extremely small margin to get the pins into to hold in the wheels. It should clearly say...assembly required for the price of $80 some thing dollars. Took me an hour to assemble with a lot of swearing in between. I should be paid to spend that kind of time to assemble some thing. Grrrrrrrr. I won't do that again.

Built To Move Real Boxes
I was concerned when I purchased this that I was going to get a lightweight plastic hand truck good for moving only the lightest of items. I was pleasantly surprised when I opened the box and found lots of metal. This is a sturdy hand truck and will take the weight. It is configurable to use as an upright truck or you can lay it down and use it with four wheels. It has hard plastic wheels which to me is a plus because you never have to worry about them going flat which is why I didn't go for the next version up. That said the plastic wheels don't go over the stairs and other bumps as nicely as those inflated tires. Your call, your money. All I am saying is this is a quality piece of equipment and worth the money.

Brilliant Trolley But...
I've worked in warehouse and governmental locations for a good amount of my working life, and in that time I've used industrial strength products. Far stronger than civilian or casual use, but when a family member was moving to a new location I wanted to help them by buying a trolley for them to use.
For casual use, or light loads this is a good item to get the job done. They used this for a period of days moving to and from a said location with no problems, but when I first assembled the trolley I was shocked at how flimsy and cheap it felt. Being used to industrial strength equipment, every instinct told me that it wouldn't do the job.
My personal thoughts are that for light use only, it does the task perfectly. But if you want or need something "stronger" then look into full-metal framed equipment.

Great hand truck/cart - perfect for college moving! I highly recommend it!
We bought this to replace an old hand truck/dolly to move my son back to college. The old was so heavy and hard to maneuver... didn't realize quite how difficult it was to work with until we got this one! We we able to move 6 large plastic storage bins at one time when used as a cart; and 4 large underbed drawer units at one time. And of course, we were able to move lots of boxes at one time, too. Even with the heaviest of loads, it maneuvered well, steering easily, and not taxed with the load. It's pretty light, and was easy for even me to lift up into the car when not in use. It also switches easily from dolly to cart, and back again. This was WELL worth the money for the effort it saved, even if we were only to use it for this one trip! I highly recommend it to making moving ANYthing easier!

Nice little hand truck, attach the wheels second, not first!
The product is very nice and will do all I need it to. My only problem was that I followed the instructions and attached the wheels first, which were difficult to bend those cotter pins for my 75 year old hands, then when I went to attach the metal thing that hold things on the dolly, the screws would not fit in, the wheel blocked some of the hole. Now I have to remove a cotter pin (that I had a hard time bending in the first place,) remove one of the wheels then put the screws in to hold the metal thing, then re install the wheel and the damn cotter pin. I would give this a five if it were not for this.
