Великолепно
Quiet, efficient and powerful
This pump is amazing, I also have the Grundfos Scala2 which is a 3/4HP. I wanted another one of those but they seem to be out of stock everywhere at the moment so I went for this 1HP one and wow it’s way more powerful and just as quiet. Draws up to 750 watts instead of 550 but still a great efficient pump compared to most others. Highly recommend it.

To get this replaced ASAP
I like this product. It says that it has 2 year warranty in the description. Now I just need to figure out how to contact amazon or the manufacturer to help me out. We’ve had it for a year and it started making noises so I’m interested in getting it replaced. The one I had before this lasted for many years. Anyone having knowledge on how to proceed? It’s not like I have amazons phone number. A little help please. Thanks

This pump is great when it works
This pump is great when it works. I purchased the first one about 5yrs ago and it worked great until the flow sensor went bad. I purchased another new one because repair cost would have been high anyway. Replacement pump began leaking from the base. The seller replaced pump with another new one only to have that pump leak even worse from the same place. Replaced that pump again and so far this one works fine. Pros are the pump is quiet and drastically improves household water pressure (from 28PSI to 98PSI) . Cons are 4-5 yr life and possible leaks. Seller was very helpful in correcting/replacing the previous pumps.

NOISY
This was a replacement for one that just started leaking from the pressure tank on the back of the pump. Mine was installed in 2005 and had a problem with the capacitor. (25MFD-370 V VAC- VOLT 25 Uf, found on Amazon) Easy to replace.
I bought a new one from Amazon and am happy with the price. It is installed and my water is running with no leaks. So in that respect I'm happy. Going on the assumption it will last as long as the first one, the only problem I have is it is very noisy. My other one was quite and had a slight hum. This one sounds like a very large commercial pump in a pump house.
Makes me wonder what Grundfos did to make the same pump so noisy. I just found out I can replace the pumps pressure tank with the newer design. Go figure.

Well, it started out out like this...
We live on a hill with a 30 percent grade, and in seven years this is our third replacement pump. Easy to install, we paid plumbers before, and the pump started without any problems. Except it blew out the circuit breaker; old, I admit. Fixed it, turned on again, ran great. Hours later, the water pipes to the house broke. Old, more than fifty years old. Fixed, turn on again, works great. Thanks to this pump we have water pressure and no worries about weak electric circuitry or problems with water pipes. Very recommended.

Brah your pump is only sucking.
Product installed to exact match replace a 5yr old unit that was leaking from bottom. Only after another company attempted an unsuccessful gasket kit replacement we had to replace it. New Unit is 2 months in use and is leaking from bottom of unit. Grundfos warranty request you return it to place of purchase(amazon) but they only accept returns after 30 days WTH. Now i have an unhappy customer and i get to spend my abundance of personal time trying to get a warranty claim on a two month old unit through ghost supply house. None of my labor time is reimbersed. I measure alot of products based on the warranty service.

I'm still wondering what happened to the pump they sent me.
I like this style of pump but I have owned 2 others and between the 2 of them they lasted over 20 years. This one I got from Big Frog must of been defective from the factory because it only lasted a little over 2 weeks. I bought a new one here in Gillette and it is still running fine. It wasn't a problem with Big Frog I think it was a factory issue. I put a letter in the box when I returned it to them requesting them to check out the problem and let me know what happened. I didn't hear back from them but as you probably know I got my money back.

Works good but doesn't last
Pump works good and is fairly quiet. Basic pressure is over 100 psi. Had to put a pressure reducer on it. This is my third pump. They last about 1 1/2 years.

Used 5 times and now its broke!!
Had this pump for 3 months in a house that we use as a only about 3 times a year. Which means the pump has only been used a total of 5 times.. that's right I have been to this house twice since I purchased this pump and turned the water on 5 times!!! The PUMP NO LONGER WORKS!!!
Amazon says it's a non returnable item.. how can you buy something for over $500 and use it 5 times and it no longer works and not be able to get your money back or a new one??? Looks like my shopping with Amazon is about to come to an end!!!

This thing will leak in 2 years DONT BUY
This product is great for 2 years, then it starts leaking. DO NOT BUY THIS. I purchased in June of 2016. April of 2018 and it's leaking. For the price of this pump, it's a RIP OFF. GRUNDFOS makes it appear they are a superior company and make superior products, however, it's not the case at all.

Exact replacement, but the life of the pump on a Prevost bus only 3 years. Switched out this time with a 12 volt sureflo.

Bought a pump in Jan/14 and it has already failed. I called Amazon and all they would do was give me the manufacturer phone number. Called the manufacturer and they stated since the pump was purchased through Amazon they would have to follow up on the warranty. Reminder about buying things this way...No support.

If your purchase has a warranty, don't expect Amazon to help you with it.
This pump failed after 24 hours, spewing water over my basement. The manufacturer says I must return it to the distributor for warranty repair or replacement, but amazon will not let me return it. This pump supposedly has a 5 year warranty, but good luck getting it replaced. I made the mistake of not installing it immediately when I purchased it, letting it get outside the 30 day return policy.

Improves water flow immediately
Thus far, only regret is I didn't purchase earlier. We've a well with low water pressure, this has increased the pressure by 75%, now can run dishwasher and take a shower at the same time- plan on adding a sentiment filter...

Easy to replace, prompt delivery.
Prompt delivery to my in-laws rural front door! No driving 30 miles to the shop that would had had to order it! Replacing the same model about three years old. Easy to install with the same connections and resolved the problem.
Our existing pump would no longer detect when to turn on. We use it at the ranch to pump out of a water storage tank. Continuous steady pressure again!

I had this pump for just over a year, ...
I had this pump for just over a year, it started to leak so I called the manufacturer which they claim to give you a 2 yr Warrenty, they have been giving me the run around and now it is really leaking and almost flooded my basement.

well worth the money!!
This pressure booster changed my life. My home is 4 years old and as the development grew, my water pressure got steadily worse. I've had this booster now for over a month and love showers again. My dishwasher gets dishes sparkling clean and my laundry is noticeably brighter. Easy to install and well worth the money. Don't hesitate if your pressure is nonexistent as mine was.

Old and out of warranty
We got one that was manufactured in Dec of 2011. Out of warranty and doesn't work. Probably sat around a warehouse for 6 years. Hopefully when you replace this it is with a new pump.

Fantastic water pressure booster
Yes is costs more but soooo worth the money!! Fantastic water pressure booster. We went with a cheaper one ($250) and had to send it back, was pure junk. We had this one for the past 7years and it worked fantastic until it wore out. It is the only one we will continue to buy and get for the future as well.

Reviewing the Grundfis pump MQ3
I have 8 pumps working everyday in my commercial building and I've been very pleased how they work. However the life's span of a pump should be around 8 years following the daily use of a pump, my first one died after barely 5 years..! More over there are no parts available to repairs and that's very dissapointing.

Very disappointed with grundfos Mq3-45
The problem with this product is that when the brains (control panel) goes bad which it dose, cost half as much as the whole pump! If you can locate one. $ 250.00 REALLY ? Read the reviews on the grundfos mq3-45 you'll see they don't last that long .As a plumber I use pumps all the time,and found the walrus brand is a better product and is less expensive. Hope this helps

Thanks goodness for Amazon, Reservations about this pump
Amazon is great. They follow through on taking care of customers. This pump started leaking 2 weeks after installation, flooding our basement while out of town. Amazon took it back no questions asked. My concern is I had an older model for 5 years which worked great. The next one after this one, started leaking immediately. Maybe I am unlucky, but 2 new pumps should not leak upon installation. The older model never leaked, just quit boosting the pressure.

I want ahead and bought the pump
Considering that Grundfos only guarantees the product for two years, and the set-up was in the house before I bought the house (in 2013), I want ahead and bought the pump.
