It's a good flash in a compact size, but for portraits shot with a diffuser it may not be powerful enough when used over 7' from the subject.

For the cost and the size - great purchase. But does not have the power of a larger flash. Works perfect for smaller environments. Very nice.

Great travel size and the flash is powerful enough to light up indoor situations, only issues are slow recycle time and the AF illuminator doesn't work on the flash (you can't use the inbuilt AF illuminator on the Sony a7ii either when the flash is attached). TTL works a treat.

I was mighty surprised at how well this flash performed. It cost a fraction of the cost of a Sony brand flash and performed just as good. I just love this flash.

Size is nice on a Sony a6300, but just was not powerful enough.
Plus, product box was really beat up when it arrived. Went back the next day.

Good value for the money. It works very high including high speed sync. I found it to be a more cost-effective alternative to Sony flashes

So far so good, I'm not a professional by any means, but the price is fantastic. Used with a Sony A7, and A7 III. Love that it recycles quickly and you can adjust intensity of flash.

I love this flash. It's a great addition to my equipment. Not as heavy as my Nikon flashes. Not as bulky. Still looks good, professional and portable. It's good enough in most outdoor shoots.

I'm not sure it works with A7 iii correctly. It definitely doesn't support rear sync flash.
