It's not a huge flash which is one of the things I like about it. I find it's a good match with the A7ii.

It's smaller than Samsung Note 4. It takes 2 seconds to recharge 1:1 full light in standard of fully charged Eneloop battery.

Great flash for the price. I purchased this flash along with the Godox X1T transmitter for use on my Sony A7Rii. The compact nature allows me to carry it around and the built in receiver when combined with the X1T allows me to control the flash settings without having to purchase additional gear.

It also comes with velcro and some gels but I haven't used those yet.

Would definitely recommend, might pick up another one in the future if I require more flashes

Well priced handy flash

I am using this flash with my Sony A7 III and when I first started using it I was unhappy and was about to return it to Amazon since the pictures were consistently under exposed. Then I discovered the flash adjustment settings and increased the output gradually to + .7 and now the pictures come out perfectly exposed. Not sure why I needed to make this adjustment but now I am very happy with this unit. It is small, has great bounce options, included the diffuser and the batteries seem to last pretty long.

I bought this for my Sony a6500. My lens, the Sony E 18-105mm, casts a shadow when using the onboard flash from about 18-30mm, so I needed a fix for this. I also wanted TTL functionality to work with my a6500. I received the TT350s flash today, slapped a couple of batteries in it, and took a few shots. It worked perfectly. The build seems good and looks professional, and it's only a 3rd of the price of a Sony comparable flash. I took a picture of a white wall (below) to show how it prevented the shadow effect while using the Sony 18-105mm at 18mm focal length.

I can't believe in saying it, but the days of great service from Amazon may be coming to a close. The flash was used about 5 times working a month, then just stopped working. Godox says I have to get warranty support from the seller, LETWING, who then said I have to get support from Amazon. Amazon says the manufacturer is responsible. So no one will take responsibility. I'm not terribly surprised by Godox and some random seller, but normally Amazon would jump at the chance to make things right. Maybe now that Amazon has put stores out of business and has a near monopoly they will just do whatever they want. I like the flash, so I'd like to try again, but would hate to lose more money.

I use this on my a6000. I was able to test it also on a 6500 as well as the a7r II. It works fine with all of them. I did initially have an issue with the a6000 black model. I wasn't sure at first if it's was the camera or the Flash. It ended up being the camera. If not the paint on the hot shoe (come on Sony) the internal circuit board for the hot shoe is also known to be defective. The seems to be more common from what I've read on the Black version of the a6000. In my case it was a circuit board problem in the camera. I was able to exchange the camera and the new one works perfect with this flash. If you try this and you have a sync issue with the exposure you may have the same problem as I did. Initially it work perfect off camera. It was only on camera that I had a problem and the replacement camera works. Like others I highly recommend reading the instructions. They aren't very long and if you don't understand them you simply won't be able to use this flash to its full potential. Or possibly at all. I would love to have one of the larger ones someday. And maybe a second one tof this size. I've tried the Sony flashes and I do like them but they are large, heavy, and I'm not always happy with them in other ways. They do work well but this was perfect for my use. High speed sync as well as shutter speed seems to be somewhat limited to what camera you have and what lens you are using. I need to experiment some more with my manual lenses. I've had the best luck so far with the auto focus Sony lenses. If you're considering one I'd go for it!

While I haven't had extensive experience using this flash having only recently purchased it, I did use it over the course of a three hour event. It paired nicely, and easily, with my Sony a6500. It felt well balanced and automatically matched the focal length chosen as I used a zoom lens with it. The flash provided even lighting and recycled quickly to the point that I didn't have to worry about taking some photos in quick succession. I also used it with a soft-light diffusion box, so that the flash was putting out full power when I had that on, and it still recycled quickly in the fairly dark room.

It appears well made with good fit & finish. Controls are easy to understand and, when in automatic TTL mode, can be pretty much ignored. Only concern I would have over the long haul is the durability of the battery cover panel, which seems a little light and will require some careful handling.

Bottom line: While this certainly is not a powerhouse flash unit, it seems well made, is a good fit for the Sony a6xxx mirrorless cameras, providing far greater flexibility and control than the built-in flash of the camera. It does provide more than adequate lighting and, compared to other TTL capable flash units, is very competitively priced. This is a great addition to your kit and can function as primary or slave unit.

This is exactly what I was looking for. A compact flash with HSS that can be triggered remotely and reasonably priced! Works very well with the Sony A7II and X1TS trigger. A compact kit for traveling that still allows for some off camera options. The Godox system is working out very nicely for me (AD360, TT685S, TT350S, X1TS)

This is a great little flash unit for Sony A6000. Compact and packed full of advanced features. I tested the flash with a Sony 16-50 kit lens and a bunch of adapted lenses from Pentax, Minolta, etc. The exposures are spot in most cases. Unit cycles fast considering it requires only two batteries. You can dial in flash exposure compensation right from the unit itself. Bounce and tilt worked fine and built-in diffuser and flash card are easy to use. I also tested the optical slave mode with good results. Just remember to set the slave mode to S2 to accommodate exposure pre-flash from the camera.

The flash came with a stand (for optical slave mode) and a bunch of other accessories that were not mentioned in the instruction manual. There is a small pocket in the flash bag for the stand. I am happy with the purchase.

Couldn't be happier with this lil flash. I moved from nissin i40 flash to this godox tt350 and I like it much better. I do miss the video light option on the i40, but i like the readout better on the godox. One of the biggest things for me, though trivial, is that it folds/lays flat vs the nissin that took up more space in the bag. Great little flash. TTL works like a charm. Hoping to pick up a couple more of these soon.
*note* I know there's the new version with L-ion battery in them that last longer and recycle faster. I havn't had a chance to try one first hand, but I have been very happy with this one using recharchable AA batteries in it.

This is my third Godox flash and while this is puts out a bit less power, it is perfect for the Sony a6300. Yes it works with all the Sony a6000s, a6300 and a6500, as well as the A7 and new A9 ranges. The best part is the ability to use the X1T transmitter which sends 2.4 ghz radio waves to trigger the off camera flashes. It's a great product at a reasonable price!

Beautiful little flash for your sony or any brand that you own. TTL works great, it has great power for it's size and goes great with smaller form factor mirrorless. At 1\1 you can use this as main light, once you get around 1\16 it becomes great fill or accent light. this is great for shooting product photography. My favorite feature about this flash is that you can use it as a master trigger if you forget yours or run out of batteries. Works great for event shooting, with this on top of your camera, and controling other flashes. It also comes with usb for firmware updated, so your speedlight is always up to date.

My a6400 onboard mini-flash needed help in darker indoor shots. I have a much loved 18-105 f4 that would shadow my shots at wider shots. For $85 this was cured. This isn’t a panacea for wedding photography lighting, but for quick family shots, it’s great. The Godox 685 felt too big for a small bodied a6xxx series camera, looks great on a full frame though. I want to collect a few AD200’s based on this quality product and the stellar reviews I’ve read.

I noticed the more expensive flash I previously owned was a lot quicker to respond when taking photos. I now have a sony a7iii shooting over 20 frames + a second in continuous mode.

This is a very sleek flash, I get many compliments for its size and sleekness.

I don't know all that much yet about photography, but this flash was recommended to me to use with my Sony A6000. Most of the use so far has been on a tripod to provide even lighting for Craigslist ad items. The images have turned out beyond my expectations, and this is easy to use in my limited way so far. The translucent diffuser provides smooth even lighting.

It is easy to use and it’s compatible with my Sony A7ii camera and my godox X1T-S 2.4ghz wireless transmitter. You just have to set the channel, the flash group and mode (manual, TTL or multi), and also the high speed sync. It uses AA batteries. I recommend you buy lit-ion batteries because it hasn’t got any in the package. This flash comes with a variety of color gels that you can place in front of the flash unit, with the help of a plastic cover and a grip.

The packaging was well done. It comes with a case, several white balance cards, and a softbox. It does NOT come with batteries. It take 2 AA batteries. It worked fine with some rechargeables that I had. I attached it to the shoe of my Sony a6300. I turned both the camera and the flash on and it automatically recognized it. It works well, just make sure you read the easy manual if you are new to off camera flashes. The flash rotates up or down and side to side for ease of bouncing the light off of things.

These lights a small and fast, they are a breeze to use on any Sony camera. If you have never used a speedlight before there are videos all over YouTube on setting these up for on/off camera flash and you will not regret it. Not to mention they also include some gels so you can get a bit more creative with out having to buy a flash gel kit and they came with some cleaning gloves and wipes as well. very nice combo for the money my only problem is now I need 3 more!

I've got the larger flash as well but wanted something smaller for everyday situations and travel. This is definitely smaller yet has enough power for most many situations. Balances nicely on top of the diminutive (compared to my D810) Sony. For me, it would be nice if it had a socket for an external battery but I understand that is a "nice to have" that wouldn't really match the use case for this item.

Forget all the Miele, neewer etc 320 series and get this Godox. It is small size, portable and packs more punch than the others. Also works as transmitter and slave. And best yet... with zoom and HSS this gives you TONS more options compared to the 20bucks cheaper copies (which I had one by the way and it fell apart on it’s own)

Great Flash. Fits the size of the A7 very well. Don't feel like the weight is going to snap off the foot like on those HUGE flashes. TTL overexposes a lot, so I flip to manual quite a bit, but its easy to do and very intuitive. Don't need a Computer Science degree to operate it like some flashes Ive used.

This flash did not continue to work properly after my 30 day return window. Would not communicate with other flashes or trigger. Only worked on camera in manual mode. Would not operate correctly in TTL on my sony a6000. TTL showed no difference when adjusted from -2 to + 2 on camera. Would not respond to trigger or trigger other flashes thru the radio control I have two godox TT685s and a godox 400ws for sony monolight that work perfectly with my Flashpoint R2 mark 2 trigger for sony but this tt 350s flash will not communicate with any of them.

A few months ago I bought this for my Sony A7iii, it works fine until a few days ago.
Start to failing, doesn’t work well, like a fals contact, I have to slide it a little bit back to make it work, I check all the pins and are good.
I even got a new sony A7iii and try it and is the same thing.
I prefer not to buy this item never again.

I found this flash very effective for macro photography. It requires two AA batteries, and they do drain (slowly) when in storage, so I would recommend taking them out when not in use and making sure to keep a few extra batteries in your camera bag just in case.

Have had this over a year and have loved it. Gives me enough light for my close up work and balances well with my Sony camera. I have enjoyed it so much considering the 685 for when I need more power. I would highly recommend

I moved over to Sony mirrorless and my other speed-lights were too big for the body. Not only does this thing pack a ton of power for being so small it is also a transmitter for my amazing Godox gear! This means i can use to to work my other off camera Godox flashes. Such a good deal!
