Lovely product
I spend a fortune on Amazon and never write reviews. However I wanted to make an exception for this as it solved a problem perfectly and inventively. My old tap connector had a jubilee clip and kept slipping off due to the water pressure. This works a treat - you just need to hope that your tap has one of the two supported thread specifications.

Didn't matter as was REALLY simple.

Tighten with little tool

No leaks at all and gave great pressure to use my pressure washer

Didn't expect it to work well ! But I was wrong!
I purchased this to use at my sons as he has no outside tap, I was a little apprehensive as to how well it would work as it is quite inexpensive, but it was very easy to fit I used the plastic tool provided to fit it and it worked perfectly we used it to connect the jet was whilst cleaning his front and back gardens which are both paved Brilliant grat value for money I would recommend to my best friend. AS

No leaks
After struggling with a competitors products all of which seem to spring leaks, I saw the adverts for Gardena products. Thought I'd give them a try and, amazingly, they live up to their advertising hype. No leaks (so far). This latest piece of my watering equipment is easy to fix and appears really sturdy. Time will tell if its a good as they say but so fro its all good. I will gradually wean myself off the other stuff and on to Gardena to avoid the hassle and expense of replacing stuff each year

Well Designed
This is great-I’ve tried so many adapters and this one works in a completely different way. Your tap will have a filter on the end of it that unscrews, you then replace it with one of the metal adapters in the pack, push the plastic part of the adapter on firmly and close the lock.
You can leave the metal adapter permanently on your tap as it’s probably an improvement on what you’ve already got. Then in future just push the plastic adapter on. Only criticism is lack of instructions but I figured it out.

SEE UPDATE - Good, could use some improvements
EDIT:
The replacement sent has broken in 3 weeks. It will not shut off. It seems defective in the handle - where the control button to keep it on is a good idea - may not be engineered in a way to function for any length of time. I had to contact Amazon to return it - I am ordering another one - not sure if the style or the other metal one yet. I am already heavily invested into these with sprinklers that go with the quick change thingy - and they are not a universal size - so once the commitment is made; you are stuck with their items. If the new one lasts longer; I will change my review. I do love their sprinklers and have 2 of them.
Pros:
Most all of the settings are great.
The quick change thingy is a plus
The extra little dial on the back to control pressure is great
The "on" button is great - you can set it to where you do not have to hold the trigger
It swivels.
Cons:
The first one I got did not work (so hit and miss - it had no pressure even after trying all adjustments)
The handle sticks to "on" sometimes
There is a noticable decrease in water pressure compared to my other sprayers (my husband says that it is due to the quick change thingy)
Dirt gets into the squeeze hangle very easy (when gardening with dirty gloves - there is just no way to avoid this) and may be why the handle is sticking to on.
The dial is difficut to turn; especially when you hands/gloves are wet (which happens when using a sprayer lol)
You will need to buy extra qick change thingies for other items to work with your hose

Perfect to attach tap to tabletop dishwasher fitting
I brought this to attach my tabletop dishwasher to my tap as I didn’t want to plumb in the dishwasher as I rent and would have to drill a hole into the Kitchen worktop, but was fed up with all the cheap pop fit tap adapters (which actually cost more than this) I wasn’t sure it would work, but it does and it’s great. I measured the size I needed to fit to my tap and the size I needed to attach into the dishwasher hose attachment and it’s perfect, don't leak or anything! It’s great quality (my kids won’t break this like the other adapters I have paid lots more money for) I’m Super happy with it.

Very disappointed..
Broke in half after 9 months. It says on the packaging that there is a 2 year warranty, but there is no info on how to return. I looked online at the Gardena website, but they have no info there as well. I'm guessing that they hope you just get frustrated and walk away. Very disappointed......

No need for outside tap
Before I bought this product I was researching fitting an outside tap. Having to drill through my wall , cut into installed pipework and the worry of football damage and winter storms on the tap itself. Then came across this and for me its great. A simple undo of the end cap on the tap, fit the pieces together in seconds and then screw to my tap and done! connect my hose and within minutes I am cleaning my path and car. Superb little gadget and well worth the money. Saved in cost and time. GREAT!!

Possibly the best spray gun for home use
If I could give this spray gun 10 stars I would. It is adjustable in all the right ways. Press the handle lever once to turn the water on, press it again to turn it off. The water flow is easy to adjust. The spray patterns are exactly the ones I need and are likewise easy to adjust. The whole unit is tough but lightweight. Using the Gardena connect system it swivels so you don't have to keep flipping the hose over. No leakage. My previous metal spray gun gave me tendonitis because it was heavy and did not swivel. This one is comfortable to use even when watering a long time. For my new landscape that's 90 minutes a day.

Perfect solution to connect your garden hose to a kitchen tap.
This was the perfect solution for me when connecting a hose to my kitchen tap in order to fill my children’s paddling pool. It was easy to fit and works perfectly in tandem with the expanding hose I recently bought. Useful for those who either do not have an outside tap (I have one but it doesn’t work) or those with younger children wishing to add warm water to a paddling pool.

Products are not well made, both nozzles have broken in months. Warranty service is impossible. Buy something else.
Changing my review to 1 star because 0 is not an option. This nozzle broke after only months of use, water now leaks from inside the handle. Getting company to honor warranty is impossible, have been in communication for 3 months and i'm pretty certain they have no intentions of actually backing their products. I finally got word they would FedEx the new nozzle in 1-2 days MAX... this was 2 weeks ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON GARDENA THINKING YOU ARE PAYING FOR A SUPERIOR PRODUCT. THEY ARE JUNK AND 2 YEAR WARRANTY IS A JOKE!!!

Works great. Very nice quality
Works great. Very nice quality. Have had other quick releases and this is by far the nicest. NO leaks which is almost unheard of for me. Couldn't be more pleased. Also purchased the GARDENA ZoomMaxx Oscillating Sprinkler on Weighted Sled Base and the 1975 Aquasoom 3900-Square Foot Oscillating Sprinkler. Equally pleased with them.

Needs additional washer
Great idea as it could be left on and swapped when required.
However the part does not fit fully and leaks. I had to find a washer and that did the trick. Also the aerator makes the flow not smooth anymore, it alternates between normal and a spray. Not sure what this is due to as the washer is tightened. WOuld be well worth the money if these niggles were not there

They don't honor the warranty.
I hate to give this1-star, but here I am. I purchased this in April 2016 and LOVED it immediately. The quick-connect option is excellent, and the 7 different spray options work well, have excellent pressure, and don't leak/spray in random odd directions.. Well, until I went to use it this year and the water on/off won't work. Gardena claims this has a 2 year manufacturers warranty. However, I've reached out to Amazon and Gardena trying to get someone to either repair or replace my sprayer and it's crickets. The sprayer at this point is garbage and can't be used, and I feel somewhat trapped because I've purchased other Gardena products to work along side the easy-connect feature. Really disappointed.

Great product
Great product only negative comment would be the plastic spanner supplied wasn’t up to the job to remove my old fitting or secure the replacement to gain a seal. That being said I had a spanner to hand and I would give this ten stars never the less brilliant. For you guys will tropical fish also ideal to refill your tanks when you get use to mixer taps like I done for many of years breeding Malawi’s..

Nice Quality Gardena With Many Features
I have an older Gardena that has held up well, but is just getting old. I decided to try this one that has more features than the last. First, the handle is different. You don't just hold it down, you squeeze to turn on and then squeeze to turn off. It latches so you don't need to hold handle down. This isn't bad, I just haven't decided if I like this mode of operation. I am very used to holding down for spray and releasing to stop. Next, is the adjustable nozzle that my last one did not have. There are may choices, the mist is very fine and gentle while at the other end, the pencil jet is quite strong. The sprayer feels quite hefty so I assume the insides are metal with a plastic exterior. Finally, the quick stop that attaches to the hose end has a locking feature where you rotate the outer sleeve about a 1/8th turn to lock and prevent accidental disconnect. I never had accidental disconnects with the old quick stops and I find myself constantly locking the quick-release and struggling to remove nozzle while water running before realizing... hey I locked it. Overall a quality products with features that I haven't decided whether I personally need or like. But, that's a personal problem, not a product fault.

Great item with all the necessary equipment. Easy to fit. Shame I had to return this as my tap mouth was too small and water leaked everywhere. Have ordered a alternative which fitted better.

I HAVE PURCHASED SEVERAL OF THESE - THEY ARE GREAT FOR A YEAR, TWO IF YOU ARE LUCKY - THEN SOME SEAL BEGINS TO STICK AND THE SPRAYER WILL NOT SHUT OFF. TOO MUCH MONEY FOR SUCH EARLY FAILURES.
I TRIED TO DO A WARRANTY CLAIM FROM INSTRUCTIONS ON THEIR WEBSITE AND IT APPEARS YOU HAVE TO SEND IT TO EUROPE - NO MORE GARDENA FOR ME !!!
