I bought an Epson printer back in 2002 and had to return it less than a year later when the ink jets became permanently clogged. At the time I found dozens of angry reviews from other Epson customers who had experienced the same problem.I should have learned my lesson, but I figured by 2009, Epson must have solved this problem. Wrong. I bought this printer because it was very well reviewed and reasonably priced. The problem is that professional reviewers evaluate a NEW product. The Epson ink jets are fine for a few months. Then they clog. You can press a button to clean the heads, which uses a lot of ink (and by the way, the ink is VERY expensive and this printer goes through it VERY quickly!) The head cleaning works ok the first few times. But eventually it doesn't work at all. The ink jets become partially and then permanently clogged, meaning the printer goes through the motions of printing, but there is nothing on the page except a few faint stripes.DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER! Benefit from my experiences. You've been warned.

Initially, I loved this printer with its many features, ease of setup, and the high quality of the printing. It is pretty flimsy and noisy (all parts are plastic) but it produces nice quality documents in spite of that, with crisp colors and blacks. I have now had it for a year, though, and the cons outweigh the pros on this machine.Con - in a word: INK! The cartridges are small and you can only print a few sheets before they run out of ink; you have to replace all cartridges at once, even if only one is low; the cost of replacement ink is outrageous since you are replacing ink so often; after replacing the black ink cartridge only a few times, I now have a hardware failure which has caused black to stop printing completely! Epson has agreed to send me a replacement machine, but, after reading a review by someone who had a similar experience, I won't be surprised if the new one fails in the same way.When it does, I will not be accepting another replacement or buying another Epson.

Purchased this printer a few weeks ago and am very pleased. If we consider as many printers as most of us have purchased in the last decade, we all know that the ink supplied with a brand new printer is less than the amount of ink when it is purchased after the fact. This is just the way it is. I was extremely pleased with the set up, there is no noise with mine, it prints great pictures and copies. I love the wi fi, the printer is in my bedroom and my laptop is in the living room. The flat scanner if wonderful, I turn on the printer, access the scanner from my desk top and the picture is scanned and in my picture folder immediately. Havent tried scanning from the actual printer as this works excellently for me. I have had HP, Cannon, Lemark printers and I have to say I am happiest with this one. The ink in NOT expensive, I dont know what others are printing, but it is very economical for me. I print out my grocery lists, recipes, pictures, etc and could not be happier. I will say Amazon has the best price, I purchased mine at a "Max" store and paid 130.00 for it and am still very happy with it. Good Luck!

The Stylus NX515 WiFi is a good printer at a low cost. WiFi set up was pretty easy and print quality is good. Goes through the small ink cartridges quickly if you do alot of printing, but overall I've been happy with my selection.

Should have read the 1 star reviews before deciding to but this boat anchor. Same issues they experienced, sucks ink extremely fast, won't let you print if any of the 4 cartridges runs out (what stupid moron thought that was a good design feature) even if you only want to print black, the color cartridges must have ink (nuts right?). Work for 2-3 months via wireless, now all I can get is a Communication Error. Called support on two issues, one was that it wouldn't print black after the cartridge was replaced. After 5 head cleanings it still wouldn't print right and ran out of cyan from doing the prints to see if printing the pattern would work. I asked why my HP never had this issue, they said HP was smart and built the heads into the cartridge, Epson opted to have permanent ones you get to clean til the cows come home. The second issue was to at least get the wireless working again. After deleting everything, reinstalling, getting new drivers from thier site and 3 hours on the phone, they disconnected the call!!!!! I now have a LIFETIME ban on buying Epson. Join me.

Fantastic printer for the price, great scan quality and print speed. WiFi setup very easy, and the Epson software isn't as bloated as other printer manufacturers.

The printer is sharp and good and noise when printing and won't print at all when you use 3 hole paper which is not mentioned anywhere on the spec sheet.Other than that Great printer for the price.

Chews through ink like no ones business also has a tendency to forget its on the network and the wireless has now stopped working altogether. Going from a non networked to a networked printer is nice but when it like to hop off the network on its own it can be kinda annoying. With the added negative of it burning through ink I would not buy it again

The printer was priced at the level of printers with fewer features as well as slower printing speeds. The quality of prints on plain paper is excellent, I have not tried it as a photo printer. I love the enlarging/reducing feature, generally available on more expensive machines.

If you buy this printer be ready to be in a constant state of running out and buy new and expensive cartridges. If you are thinking about using any printer that uses "Epson Dura Brite Ultra Ink" forget it. You will be almost immediately dissatisfied.Here's a little excerpt from the Epson FAQ. Q:Can the printer still print if an ink cartridge is expended or not installed? A:No. The printer will not operate if any cartridge is expended or removed. It's best to always have extra cartridges on hand.So you can't print a black and white paper out if you cyan ink is low. In fact, YOU CAN"T EVEN SCAN if your ink is low.I will never buy another Epson product again. They obviously are into treating their customers like mindless sheep with features configured as these things are.

-This printer is not economical after you consider the ink price-Mediocre interface-Cheap plastic feel-Picture quality is good, but pages come out damp and saturated with ink-More errors during printing than with my old workhorse HP (I miss it dearly)-NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY EPSON

I love this because it was really easy to set up, found wi-fi right away, and worked perfectly the first time we used it! And now I don't have to find someone to print my daughters homework at midnight the night before it's due!! Highly recommend.

I had an Epson NX105 before, This one is so much better. Print quality good, faster, had a little difficulty loading w/Windows 7 but worked it out. It's just been 2 wks so time will tell!!

I love Epson for the simple fact that I'm a graphic artist. I have an Epson Stylus Photo 1280 as well and although it's slow, it has excellent ink usage and quality. Thus far, there are only 2 things good about the NX515 that I can see. It prints quickly and the images are good quality when you specify it to print so. Everything else is a waste of money. For general printing purposes, I can't get through a print job without the paper jamming and that's because loading paper for the printer to grab isn't easy. When I tell the printer to resume the job after the jam, it starts from the beginning and not where it stopped. It uses up ink like I've never seen and when the printer says it's out of a particular color (not when it's low) it won't print ANYTHING, even if it's in black ink alone. Obviously, I'm not please with this printer and I know for a fact that I'm not the only one with these issues. Epson needs to do better.

We bought this 'all in wonder' printer/scanner/copier back three months ago. Overall it is a GREAT machine but VERY expensive to print from.PROS:1 - Easy wireless set up. Did it for Windoze XP Home, and Vista Professional, no problems at all. Just ran the setup CD.2 - Great scans and prints. It gives the user the ability to copy a document to different computers on your home network.or just print one right away. A breeze to use and intuitive.CONS:1 - If the printer has been idle or off for a while - I hope you are not in a hurry and that you don't want to wake up the neighbors. It prints great eventually . . .2 - My old printer had a draft printing mode. The Epson does as well, but it is too lite to read.3 - Hi, I'm the Epson NX515 and I'm an INKOHOLIC. And, there is no refill rehab. You will spend the price of the 'all in wonder' with 2 sets of printer cartridges. We don't print very much any more, and think twice about printing anything because it seems this machine ALWAYS wants more ink.After doing a little research (too late), the ink cartridges shipped with the machine only hold 7 milliliters each. This is information you will not find in any Epson documentation. I found a website where they took 1 apart and measured it. The 'high' capacity cartridge holds 11ml. For reference, my old HP832C held 47ml - that's 4X the amount of ink - for the 'high' capacity! Epson's cartridges also cannot be refilled. Epson - in their infinite, green earth wisdom, added a little feature that renders the old cartridge useless after it is spent. They did, however, add a nice little pop up window that makes it easy for you to buy more ink. How great is that!In conclusion - if you really want to fill your recycle bin with empty plastic ink cartridges or you just want to scan - buy this printer.

I ordered this compact printer it takes up a lot less room then my previous Epson printerprint color and clarity are excellent it is a bit noisy but who cares it works fast. Set upis very easy it comes with a cd for easy installment which is fast the menue and buttons arereally easy to use my other epson which was older you had to press 2 buttons to turn it offnot this one. It does not come with a USB cable so I suggest you buy one but you can get it heredon't do what I did and buy from an electronics store dumb me paid $30 for one when I bought my firstprinter and it's not that long Amazon has them for about $3 each and longer to. The company Adoramais awesome they sent it by UPS and I got it at warp speed"

This product prints well but is the ultimate ink monster. I have it less than one year and for economic reasons print mostly in draft/gray mode and yet THE COLOR CARTRIDGES disappear (at least it seems like they disappear). I am shopping for another printer currently.

I was mostly looking for 1) a way for our 2 laptops to print wirelessly, 2) decent quality for occasional photo printing, and 3) super easy 1-off copies of stuff without using a PC. For $130 at Staples, The NX515 does these things perfectly. It does come with a usb cord, but I haven't even bothered to plug it in yet; the wireless pc-to-printer is that good.So far, I have printed about sixteen 8.5x11 photos, ten 4x6's, and lots of random plain plain paper stuff (recipies, etc.)... the initial inks carts are now well below 'halfway' but still going strong. NOTE I am very happy with the normal quality "photo" setting and have even tried the "Best Photo" setting, that probably uses more ink? This is the fastest printer I've ever owned, especially B&W.Setup Recommendations... follow the instructions exactly!!! Do not plug it into (or use with)a PC until you have mastered a simple copy & print. It's best to have some 4x6 photo paper on hand so you don't waste full sheet just farting around testing (get 4x6 photo paper at the same time u buy the printer).Only problem I've had is the scanning to PC & scanning to PDF... First time I could see laptop from printer lcd, but then never again. Expect it would work great if i hooked up via usb but haven't bothered to try. I have an epson perfection scanner, so scanning-to-pc is not what i need this for. It scans & prints just fine.Totally wish it had a separate drawer/tray for photo paper and/or 4x6 photo paper, but IMHO that is just more moving parts to break.I would not recommend this for an office where you'd print 50+ pages per day, but it's great for my home where we print/copy about 30-50 pages per week.Please comment if you have solved the wireless-to-PC scanning weirdness... thanks!

Received my Epson NX515 the other day, networked wifi setup was very easy. Initial impressions were that this machine looks fine, prints are completed very quickly although it is rather noisy. I was using an HP 2575 (I think) previously, as well as various Lexmarks before that, and these all had the typical inkjet clunkiness but I don't remember any of those being as loud. Print quality for black text is ok on normal settings and can be improved to very good by selecting higher quality (similar to the HP), although it is somewhat ironic that this causes the output to slow right down, on a par or slower than other typical inkjets. So it seems the 'speed demon' attributes of this machine are achieved by using the draft setting as its default.Now to the serious problems, this machine's memory card slots will not communicate to a Mac for some reason. This is particularly annoying as only the latest generation Macbooks have SD card slots (none support CF or any other format) so being able to transfer card data over a network is certainly desirable. I have discovered some work around, where each time the printer's id can be input to an OSX machine to access the card slots, but this is a rather cumbersome approach. With Epson's emphasis on photo printing and Mac's known absence of card slots on most of their machines, I would have thought this would be one area where the AIO would seek to provide some added functionality.Also rather strangely, Epson has omitted any possibility of duplex printing from a Mac! I cannot understand the reasoning for this, as they promote the 2-sided printing ability quite prominently in their advertising - a function that most users would expect as standard. This is inexplicable and inexcusable, I only hope they fix this soon in one of their software updates (as they did for the Snow Leopard interface).Overall, it seems pretty good in the tasks that it will actually perform but the lack of functionality for OSX users means that this cannot possibly be recommended. Back to HP for an AIO, I suppose...

Repeated paper jams--now not working at all following simple paper jam. Has required many premature ink cartridge replacements, wasting money over and over. Does not deal with different sizes of paper.And yes I bought it at Amazon who listed rave reviews. PhooeyI am only a home user.

1: It uses ink like there is no tomorrow2. It's set up purposefully to use ink, you really have to dig in the settings to set it to print lighter.3. It has some serious network connectivity issues. Either wired or wireless, it wont connect. It seems as if it is stuck on an assigned ip address and wont accept the new dhcp address from the router if it is disconnected.IT sucks it sucks it SUCKS! SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS AAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGHHHH!

This is my first non-HP printer and I probably will be going back to HP after this one.Only a couple of months old and the printer jammed up. Turns out that Epson uses an internal thin piece of foam they call the "print pad" which seems to have a tendency to come loose. This sits somewhere between the printhead and where the paper come through. I'm not sure exactly where since mine ended up stuck in the paper path. When it pops off it gets ink everywhere in the printer and basically its over for the printer. Epson is apparently familiar with the problem because they are going to free cross-ship a replacement. They indicated that this could happen it you jostle the printer a bit or turn it up side down. Any printer that is this fragile isn't worth the hassle. With only a one-year warranty Epson is basically doing a "sell and run" with this printer. At $120 this wasn't intended to be a throwaway printer but apparently that's what Epson has in mind.The support experience.It took nearly 40 minutes on the phone including the obligatory brainless "read the screen prompts" level 1 support. With the printer barely used and only a couple of months old it shouldn't have a problem like this. Did they offer to extend the warranty for this problem in case it happens again since it is clearly a product problem. No. Not even when I mentioned that I was a first-time Epson customer and that the one time one of my many HP printers had a problem they did this without any problem. I went through 3 levels of support to get all this resolved. I asked if there was any lemon policy or buyer refund option. Supposedly someone will get back to me. I'm not holding my breath.SummaryIf you can get it cheap and consider it a throwaway then the maybe it's worth it.

I'm really happy with this printer. Setting it up was slightly complicated, but the instructions that come with the printer are pretty straightforward. I love that it's able to connect to my home network wirelessly. The print quality is great and it's very fast, even on the quiet setting.My one annoyance is the noise. Granted, the quiet printing setting reduces a lot of it and it still prints very fast with it on, but without the quiet print setting it's LOUD. It's really a minor annoyance though, as the quiet printing setting fixes that and it still prints very fast with it on.

Had this printer for about 3 weeks and its really good, and the price is very reasonable for this particular product, I dont like the lack of a fax but everything else works very good so I would recommend this printer for anyone.

I got a great deal on this printer. Was scared by the reviews complaining about how much ink it goes through but was willing to try it for the price. The ink that came with it lasted me about 45 pages only; I have struggled with figuring out how to only print black but might have it figured out so hoping to see the new cartridges last longer. We really only use it for basic printing and scanning and this works well. Super speedy printing but is noisy however this doesn't bother us but it might for some. Overall great printer. Very fast shipping through Amazon, packaged well and very easy to set up.

My printer stopped working because it said the printer ink was "empty" (after one month). But my last print job had dark black printing. So I broke open the cartridge. It was half full on ink. Epson forces us to buy ink when we don't need to. It's expensive for us, and it's housed in a cartridge that's bad for the air, the ground and the water, needlessly! And you quickly waste on ink the money you saved on the printer. Don't help Epson get rich by trashing the environment! Other printers let you print until you can see the ink is lightening. Buy those printers instead. Saving cartridges is the right thing to do.

Don't get it..I bought this printer to take to college and its done nothing but get on my nerves. When I print on a quick print setting the words on a document come out distorted and I can only print reasonable documents of high quality picture settings. And yes that does use A LOT of ink. Also a dumb feature, if can't just replace one ($50) cartridge because if one is low you have to replace it before you can use it again. So if yellow is low and you want to print a black and white document you can't do it...I would send it back but its too late. UGH I suggest you get something else

I bought one in Sept 09 and it needed to be replaced within 6 months. They sent me a refurbished one. Then, that one needed to be replaced within 7 months and they told me my warranty had expired. It was the same problem with both printers -- black would not print! They would not admit that there must be an issue with the model. DO NOT BUY THE PRINTER UNLESS YOU WANT TO BUY A NEW ONE WITHIN A YEAR OR LESS.

Attention everybody!Please hold on a second before you place the order. I got this printer when it was on sale last Dec and by using the gift card I had, I paid for less than $70 for a all in one printer with WI-FI. I thought I got a pretty good deal. WRONG! What I bought is a piece of JUNK and a dark hole for sucking money.First: the black ink cartridge is empty with less than 30 pages printing! YEAH, I could not believe my eye when the "INK low" reminder pops out after 3 weeks of rare use! And we only use the normal quality printing, never tried the best photo becuz we know ink is expensive! Epson claimed their ink cartridge can print up to 245 pages. This is gonna be the number one JOKE in 2010.Second: Once the ink is empty, the printer will lock you in the replacement ink step and won't let you do anything. You can no longer use the scanner even though it seems to be a separate function. The little screen in the printer will stay in the "replace cartridge" page and other operation is "invalid".Third: When I finally pay the buck and reinstall the ink, the printer head seems to be clogged. Spent hours trying the software and physical cleaning with ethanol with no avail!I grew up with computers and started to use the primitive dotMatrix printer when I was a kid. This is the worst and ill-designed printer I have ever had. Epson is sucking customers by paying huge dollars times and times again buying their inks.I am looking forward to smashing this junk piece in front of epson branch office and purchase a new one, of course from other manufacturers.

Funny story, I was actually reviewing all-in-one printers trying to find one for a friend of mine without any intention of even buying a new printer but when I came across this on CNET, I couldn't help but check it out. The printer got great reviews, I decided to purchase it, so glad I did. I'm running on Windows7, software was very easy to install, very straightforward. Manuals and quickstart manual all easy to understand. The printer's very fast too, took like 2 seconds to print a test page, was very impressed. Not long to print a full size picture either. I also love the card slots and variety of print options it has. It was also a nice downsize as my old Canon MX300 was just too bulky and taking up too much space; this size is just right. The epson scanning software is also nice and basic, with just a click of the button away from scanning. I also love the fact that it has wi-fi as this is my first wi-fi printer. It's really such a convenience to have one less cable laying around. THe USB ports on my laptop already have enough junk hooked up to them. Setting up the wireless connection was also a smooth transition, the manual was super easy to follow. I found no problems with wireless communication from printer to computer. Overall I gotta give this one 5 stars, I've only had it for a week, but I am very impressed and we'll see how long it lasts. Well worth the money guys, I highly recommend it. Go Epson

I purchased my NX515 about a year ago and had very little trouble with it until the last few weeks when the print quality began to deteriorate. It started to smudge along the right side of the page and more and more suffer from repeated paper jams. Finally the "printer pad" (as Epson calls it) came out and broke off. After reading an earlier post here, I called Epson and they replaced it without much hassle - other than the normal call center frustrations and delays.This was my first Epson printer and also my last. I had heard great things about their photo capabilities and switched from HP just this one time. I would not recommend you make the same mistake I did.Although, if you do and it breaks - they stand up for their products and replace them.

If you want a good way to waste your money, and raise high blood pressure, then this is the product for you! The moment the ink goes out, this piece of junk will flash a message telling you to replace it, while at the same time shutting down its other components. Even as I write this, I'm struggling to scan a picture, however, once the ink needs replacing, the entire thing goes dead. I am very sorry for my grammatical errors, but I think I get my point across when I say that you are better off not buying an epson product.

I bought this printer primarily for pictures. I am very disappointed with the quality of the prints. They all seem to have a fog over them. The colors are not sharp. Plus the ink runs out quickly. The only good thing about this printer is the speed, but I would gladly trade the speed for better print quality.

This printer produces quality work. However - when it comes time to change your ink (which happens often) the downfall of the machine is clearly evidenced. Changing ink is a major undertaking - providing you can get the machine to recognize the ink cartridge at all. I purchased Epson ink cartridges (mandatory that they be Espon - meaning you pay more for the Epson product) and the machine still doesn't recognize the cartridge. Do yourself a favor - research the printers out there before you buy; a printer that refuses to print because the company wants to make sure you buy your ink from them isn't going to do you much good. In addition - product support by Epson was non-existent. I will not be purchasing any Epson products going forward...

I got this printer refurbished for $50 and it's been worth it so far after 5 months of use, after about 100 pages of printing. The printing is pretty quick, it scans fine, setup was easy, nice features. The ink usage is kind of an issue,you need to get the large cartridges if you want it to last longer,which are kind of expensive. My black ink ran out quickly but I've been printing with the color cartridges (it substitutes them for the black). I never had any clogging issues. I'm happy with it.

This is my first Epson and i am hurrying back to HP. This is the noisiest printer i have ever owned. It keeps losing its Wi-Fi signal and now it constantly jams!It is heading for the rubbish pile after 6 months of troublesome use.

This great looking printer arrived a couple of months ago, and I couldn't be happier. I was looking for a wireless solution so that I didn't have to keep one computer on all the time with a shared printer. My household has four computers with both XP and Vista OSs. Setup was a breeze. The directions worked perfectly for each computer, the printer had no problem finding the network, all the software loaded flawlessly, and now everyone in the household can print, scan or copy at any time. The print quality looks outstanding, too. Probably the most amazing thing is the speed. Hit print, race to the printer, and I'll bet it's already sitting on the pullout tray. Another small pro is that the power cord, though a bit short, doesn't have a giant brick. It's just a cord. Only con is that is does seem to use up ink quickly.If you can be patient, you should be able to find this printer in the $80 to $85 range. Prices for it seem to fluctuate pretty wildly, even on the same web sites. I bought this for my boss for $83 on Newegg four months ago, and found it for myself for $81 around the beginning of December. Amazon has had it everywhere from $80 to $130 over the last few months, so just be patient and find a deal. If it's not there today, it probably will be tomorrow or the next day.Great printer. So happy I'm finally wireless.

The printing heads clogged. The ink cost me $75 to replace and still doesn't work and there is no easy way to unclog it.I have a fancy Epson paper weight now.Noisy as heck.Don't know what to do. I've had it for less than two months and have only used it very sparingly. Ugh!I'll probably buy a new printer rather than repair because I don't want to deal with the hassle.

At first i was not wild about an all-in-one printer. It was easy to setup, it paired wirelessly with my laptop flawlessly. It is connected to my desktop via USB, again with no problems, considering my laptop is running Vista Home Premium and the desktop is running XP Home Edition. To make copies the computer does not have to be on and you can print directly from a varity of cards. Overall i would rate this printer excellent and highly recommend it.

Don't even think about buying an Epson. Loved it at first, great print quality even though it sucks the ink. Had not used it much and got the dreaded, "ink pads nearing end of life"???? Contact Customer Support. I have never had an HP anywhere near END OF LIFE. I paid mega bucks for the Artisan 800 and also END OF LIFE! They should have told me it was a throw away printer!I feel cheated and will never buy any Epson product again.

I bought this printer from another vendor but I will like to leave some comments here as it will be helpful to other users, like me, who are looking for some information about this printer. THe important thing I wanted to share was that there is no need for a USB cable, if you have a wireless network at your place. When I was looking to buy this printer, I didn't find any information that if there is no USB cable then will it be working or not. But as I bought this and follow the easy installation steps in the product documentation, I was able to setup this printer for wifi access and printed easily. Setting up this printer is the most easist thing, as I tried it on Windows 7. Without any problem, setup was able to find the printer from my computer and printed. I didn't print much so can't comment on ink consumption and quality but the test page print wasn't so acceptable quality.I tried the scanning through wifi without cable, and I was able to get really nice scan with ease so that also saved the extra purchasing of usb cable, which is not that expansive but it saved me time as I bought printer from a retail store, not online, so I didn't have to wait for USB cable to arrive and setup.Printer was really silent, there wasn't any loud noise of start up or printing. So overall, aside for ink consumption, it seems a nice printer.

I've had this all-in-one for 3 months. I bought this printer because of it's WIFI connectivity and the idea of having 3 machines in one.Was I happy with it???.....NOT! Overall, print quality was nothing remarkable. It occasionally skips pages and won't allow draft printing. It makes a startling noise on start-up my landlord's beagle won't go anywhere near it. The thing I really despise about it is its heavy ink usage. I had to replace ink 3 times (black) and twice for the rest of the colors for the entire time I had the machine with me. It would have been forgivable if the cartridges are in a reasonable proportion to its cost but give perhaps another usd20, you'd be able to buy a new printer with the cost of a set of its ink. The last time this machine asked to "replace ink", I thought..hmmm, maybe I'd postpose printing and just scan but...surprise...Epson customer service said I'd have to put new ink first before the machine will resume function. Aargh..I complained and so to appease me, they sent a complimentary set of ink cartridges but of all mishaps, the inks arrived after 3 weeks and 2 follow-up phone calls (I was told to expect it at my doorstep in 5 days)!!! I am so unhappy with this all-in-one it's now boxed and ready to ship back whatever it takes...sorry.

I purchased this All-in-one because I used my sister-in-law's Epson scanner, and really liked the color restoration feature in the scanner software. I am very happy with my purchase. I love the wireless capability, and the wireless set up was very simple and took no time.

Easy to set up, easy to use. Found network with no problem. Software CD setup Toshiba Satellite Laptop without any problems on first try. This is the way it's supposed to work!

The ink jet cartridges are more expensive to replace than this miserable printer. I've had a Canon ink jet which was worthless after a few pages. I thought Epson would be better. No way. You can't even use cartridges that are not made by Epson. I just ordered a $50 Samsung laser printer. Hope it works better than these. No color but I rarely print anyways. Inkjets dry out. If you do a lot of color printing, you may as well invest in a color laser. These inkjets are junk.
