I have the whole Elac Debut 2.0 7.2.2 system and all I can say is they are fantastic! I had a Bowers & Wilkins set that was about 12 years old and wanted to do a new system but didn't want to spend 5k on new speakers so after researching I decided to take a chance on Elac and man am I glad I did! They hit WAY above their price range. I paired them with a Marantz SR6014 and couldn't be happier.

These work well when configured as height or dolby atmos speakers. I have typical 8 ft ceilings and the reflectivity is very noticeable, especially when running my receiver in neural X setting, which seems to activate more height and surround objects. Very good tonal qualities and appear to operate as advertised by the manufacturer.

This speackers sounds great. Don't mistake them for regular ones . Your receiver needs to have the atmos feature . I use them on a stereo set up 2-2-2 with fronts and subs . They fill the room with a nice stage presence

I haven't written a review of these in a while since I bought these speakers. I wanted to wait until I hear them. I had listened to some atmos soundtracks and they sound great, but I was hoping I could hear something directly from these speakers. Well, they just disappear into the sound stage, so you can't go "yep that sound is coming from that speaker" but if you go up to it and put your ear near it, you can definitely hear it doing something. So it's doing its job, which is just perfectly blending into the soundscape. There doesn't appear to be any coloration at all with these things.

Grabbed a pair for around $200. Been wanting to add height speakers for sometime, but ceiling mounting just isn't really an option in my apartment. Set-up was simple, assuming you're comfortable with banana plugs and hooking up an AV receiver. After testing I found that a lot of content really doesn't put Atmos to use, but the ones that do it's immediately noticable. The sound quality itself is crystal clear as expected with ELAC. This is a brand that only makes good stuff.

These surround speakers are pretty impressive and add a real difference in the sound stage. They blend well with my system and don't stand out unnaturally. Design is a bit pedestrian and the sharp corners are not to my liking. I am somewhat confused by the costs of these small add-on speakers. This is not exclusive to Elac, and likely has something to do with supply and demand.
I am using a emotiva surround speaker as well and find they have a more natural and spacial sound.
I will keep these and think that the benefits out weight any of the slight negatives.
Hope this helps. Do yourself a favor and try the Emotiva brand, very impressive company, from amplifiers to speakers.

Overall these speakers are a great value for $230. They produce good but not great sound, hence the 4 stars for sound quality. However I gave an overall 5 star rating because for the price you aren't going to find a better set of atmos speakers. They seem to be well made and arrived unblemished. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for something in the mid-range price-wise.

Already have the Elac Debut 6.2 fronts and center. Polk sub, rears and ceiling, driven by the Marantz sr7011. A 5.1.4 setup now which sounds incredible. The Audyssey software in the Marantz really brings this thing alive (neighbors appreciate the discrete sound too). I'm driving these at 6 ohms and they sound like they should. I think 8 ohms may be too little to be effective but not sure. They really do add the front top dimension I was lacking in Atmos. Very pleased. Also, I think the MAGA hat adds 10db. Just a guess...

Last year, I switched from Bose Acoustimass to ELAC Debut 2.0 B6.5 and they sounded incredible. Since that time I have added the B5.2's as my surround speakers and the Atmos speakers. I just ordered another B5.2 pair and I will use one of them as my center channel because unlike the dedicated center channel speakers, it will fit in a shelf of my entertainment center. I guess that I will have a spare, but they were on sale.

These Atmos Speakers are great and sound fantastic. Now that there’s a lot more availability of Atmos movies for streaming or purchase I decided to add these to my ELAC Debut 2.0 setup and they were really easy to setup and look great on top of the ELAC F5.2 floor standing speakers.

These are good but not the best at looks or sound, I returned theses and kept a pair of Klispch atmos. The Klispch sound a little better and look way better in my home theater system.

Great speakers! I have been in the 7.1 game for a while now and since I was remodeling I figured I would upgrade my speakers from the Wharfedale line to these. I will say, I didn't expect the sound to be as rich and detailed as these are. I purchased the Elac 7.0 surround set up with 4 ceiling mounted speakers and 2 HSU VTF MK 2 and I couldn't be happier!

Using as a front right and left elevated Atmos speaker on my 7.2.2 av system. Set up with Audessey room calibration on my Denon 3700h av receiver. Works and sounds great. Recommend it sincerely.

I bought these to add to an existing 5.1 setup and it made a great addition. The best way I can describe the atmos setup is that it filled-in the blank spots in the experience. If you are not one that pays attention to the layers of sound then this isn't for you, but if you have an appreciation for details and sound directionality I would highlight recommend. Of course you need the right components to make this work and the right physical environment, but if you have or are ready to take the plunge in to the Atmos experience I would highly recommend these for the front-end of your x.x.2 setup

My first home system is ELAC speaker’s and I love it. I didn’t buy the most high end one but a decent one. In the future I will upgrade to a more expensive one but by that time, I Hope ELAC can modify all of their speakers shape. their speaker’s Corner are too sharp. Maybe smooth out the corner a little bit and it will be way better. I just think of a more safety concern that’s all.

Awesome atmos speakers. I have them in the front on top of my elac towers. Killer overhead sound when helicopters fly over, missiles, bullets etc!

Easy to install. Each speaker comes with 4 sticky isolating "feet" so they don't slide off your tower speakers. Work super well with atmos audio. Can't wait to watch more atmos movies!

They work. Not a lot of Atmos material to test. Have top end custom speaker. Sounds blend in well. Good speakers reproduce sound without coloring or taking anything away from source. No complaints.

In combination with the B5.2 and C5.2, the full Dolby Atmos setup (5.1.2) is complete. Truly the best quality you can find for the price.

I have four rooms set up with ELAC speakers (with some additional sub reinforcement in my theater).
They all sound great, and I recommend them to everyone - best sound per cost by a wide margin.
