Battery life
We`ve had this Dyson a year to this date. Everything worked fine up to today, then the inevitable happened. The battery died a death. When a Red light flashes on anything you always fear the worse. We checked for blockages etc. Hmm, not amused but I will contact Dyson to hear their response. Just be aware the battery life doesn't appear to be that long, on mine anyway. Other than that when it works it does what a Dyson does best.

Very lightweight and the battery life is fine
I have a ball dyson did not think it could be beaten but this lightweight easy to use stick is amazing and dose everything apart from washing the carpet

Battery life, again!
Battery technology is evolving, however let's not kid ourselves, it will be years before battery technology is sufficient to power products with the same ease as an electric socket. This device is ok but let down by the short battery charge, 6 minutes on full power!!

Broke after only two months
Totally amazing hoover in every way for two months and now has stopped working and I can’t return it. Who can afford to spend £300 on a hoover every two months. Soooo cross

Super quick delivery

Broken
received yesterday afternoon (7th May), to find it doesn’t work!
Charged it overnight and it’s not working. Quite frustrated as just want to return it and have a refund.

I like it.
Overall I'm really happy with it and would recommend it if you're looking for a cordless vacuum cleaner.
At the moment I can just about clean every room in my 4 bed house on one charge. I wonder how long before the battery begins to degrade and lose capacity.
Still it is a shed load better than my old Dyson vac..

Great for hair removal from carpets.
This does a great job especially picking up hairs from carpets and is much more usable than a wired cleaner but it jams up too easily. You need to empty it all the time and the battery suddenly quits without prior indication that it needs a recharge.

Stairs easy
Love it, great for stairs, so much easier than my heavy old Dyson. Useful for the car, and not needing extensive leads. Seems to make having a quick Hoover a fun idea rather than a chore.

Do not buy this product
This is not a dig at the sell but at the product. I bought this 9 months ago and it has already failed, the battery will need replacingn and the battery is classed as a consumable item so will cost £60+

Extremely disappointed with the battery life I should have have read the reviews if I had known how bad the battery life was I would not have purchased this dyson

Not working properly after one year
It is a good vacuum cleaner to start off. However, after one year the charging cable doesn't charge. The bristles of the foot part come off and the suction has decreased. For the money not good enough.
