I LOVE HOOVERING NOW ...
AMAZING, love hoovering now. Have wasted so much money on other hoovers, cant praise it enough, it is scary how much dirt and dust it removed, I have two dogs and it picks up everything so quickly. Love the function, that it tells you when its blocked. Easy to clear blockages, which doesnt happen very often

30 minutes runtime? Rubbish
Although an effective cleaner, we only get 15 minutes from a full charge, so avoid if you have more than a couple of rooms or stairs to clean.

This is the 2nd Dyson we’ve bought. I told my husband if he every buys another one I’ll divorce him. After a few minutes of cleaning the stain starts intermittently pulsing. This suggests a blockage. There’s never a blockage, I dismantle it then it works for a Few seconds then does it again. I’m so fed up of it. The same thing happened with my other one. I’ve only had it 2 months sadly I have missed the return day by 5 days but I’m going to send the thing back Direct to Dyson. I’m buying a Shark.

low power and battery doesn't last long

Best vacuum ever.
Spent a while deciding as my previous Dyson was awful. However this is just perfect love the flexibility and versatility of a cordless copes very well with the hair from my 2 dogs. Only downside is as the literature says if you use on the high suction battery does not last long however recharges very quickly.

Decided to spend more on this product and i'm so happy i did
I've had several cheaper vacuum cleaners which just didnt work on cat hair. Decided to spend more on this product and i'm so happy i did. Finally a vacuum that fits in a small flat that picks up all the cat hair. Small, light, easy to use and store away. One charge can do the whole flat in one hit. Easy to get to the high up cobwebs with the attachments.

I was waiting to buy Dyson vacuum cleaner from last one year as it is little expensive.
And finally I got it and I love it.
It is light weight and does its job properly. The only thing I feel with v7 is the way the bin opens . I wish that was a little better it is better in higher models . But overall so far I am satisfied

Rubbish for puppies or new carpets
2 puppies, bits of chewed up plastic a newish lounge carpet. Fluff from carpet, dog hair/dust. Normally have to unblock 3/4 times per cleaning not a patch on the old upright dyson. Would never have purchased this machine had I have read reports from dog users. Waste of Money would never purchase another dyson.

Fantastic vacuum
This vacuum really does a good job of removing cat hair from the carpets and furniture, my only quibble is that the battery life could be better.

Don't believe the hype...
I have to say I'm dissapointed. The only thing that's better than the Bosch Athlet for example is that the waste bin is very practical and the cleaning of the hoover is really simple. BUT saying that, it isn't that lightweight, you need a strong arm and it doesn't glide easily, the suction isn't great no matter what setting it's on, at least now I know that with Dyson it's all about marketing hype, it doesn't walk the walk but maybe the brand new a million pound model is brilliant, I'll never know as I won't be taking the risk just in case...

Great machine while working but after few months no longer charging
Bought this on the 20th July 2020 and it is no longer working trying to get in touch with seller to get it fixed or a new one. It was great when we got it and I would have give it. Five but now I will have to wait and see what happens

Dyson not working
Unfortunately had a problem bought this for my Grandson and his wife they are just moving house they were so delighted with it. Yesterday my grandson came round the Dyson had stopped working he had activated the warranty so it is being sorted by Dyson.

Disappointed
Not worth the money. Battery doesn’t even cover my one bedroom flat. I find it clunky personally changing the heads and emptying it watch your fingers as they can get caught in the lever! Not impressed with the suction either for the price

What a beautifully designed piece of kit. Slots together neatly. Easy to use. Lightweight but still sturdy.
Brilliant for my one bed flat. Charges up quickly and is easy to empty. Plus it is so much quieter than my old vacuum cleaner.
Was shocked how much fine dust it pulled out of my carpets.

great vac. works all over a 3 bed house plus more. light weight. it doesn't pick up big pieces so that needs picking up and hair gets caught around the cylinder, but you just cut it off and clear it once a week and it's good to go. better then all the other vacs i've had

Suction is a problem.
This machine is a replacement for one of the original models which failed due to the battery which is not replaceable.
This model got off to a good start, plenty of suction on both high suction and Max setting. The machine is now two months old and there is a noticeable drop in suction in both settings. A check of the filter proved inconclusive as it was fairly clean. I have yet to contact Dyson.

Works great
It came sooner than I expected. Easy to set up and works great. Fully charged all the time and works great with dog hair and rugs, as well as bare floor. Highly recommended.

Great product but battery lasted less than 3 years. Terrible value for money.
The product itself is great. Very easy to use, sturdy, and good suction. I've got two labradors who regularly shed and this hoover has been a daily a life-saver. Problem is, the (unchangeable) battery has lasted less than three years and now the hoover will no longer hold its charge, thereby rendering it totally useless!! Given that I paid almost £400 for only 2 years and 10 months of use, this represents terrible value for money, hence I'm forced to give it a mere 2 stars.

Life-changing!
I already have a dyson so wasn't sure I wanted to shell out for another one just to have no cord.... But so glad I did. It is so much easier to grab and use, is lightweight and still does a good job. I have to empty after a couple of rooms and remember to charge it (as I haven't put it on a wall) but still find this easier overall. I struggled to open and close it the first time (even with the instructions) as it felt like I was going to break it, but figured it out and it has been simple ever since.

First impression excelent lets see what its like in 12 months time. I live in a small 2 bedroom bungalow and it ticks all the boxes. Some of the reviews i have seen i think people have been using it on max power when not needed and wonder why battery runs out quick Normal setting is adequate

Jut leishmaniasis I had purchased years ago instead of purchasing cheaper options.

works well, battery life is as good as when i brought it, 20 min run time, have changed the roller and that's been it had it a few years now, fully recommend
