Excellant product
Good Suction, Good Floor soft brush which absorbs better dust than other vacuums that I had used. Lots of tools available and more interesting part is its maneuverability and reduced noise operations which I liked the most.

Awesome vacuum!
Great machine. Just like the Dyson V8 if you use max power you'll drain the battery quickly.
The new V10 is much more powerful. My wife and I use it on medium power. where able to do four bedrooms hallway and stairs that are fully carpeted. It's like using the V8 at Max suction with longer battery run time.
If you use max power on carpet you will drain the battery in under 10 minutes.
The real cool thing is were able to use all the attachments from the V8 absolute.
The only downfall that I regret, is it has a small canister. You just have to dump it more frequently. If you upgrade to the animal or absolute you will have a larger canister, with all the same attachments from the V8. The only question that I would ask is it worth the extra $175 for a slightly larger canister and a few attachments that you'll probably never use.

Good Gadget
Compared to conventional vacuum cleaners this is very different.Although expensive 48 k it is very convenient to use. No regrets of having purchased it.

Three Problems
Good machine, light weight, plenty of suction, seems well made. If I work smart I can get whole house done on one battery charge.
However, designing replaceable batteries would enable me to have one on reserve to switch to if the job wasn't completed on the first battery instead of having to put it back on charge to finish the job later.
Second, this is called Animal for pet hair, right? But the bin fills up so quickly with dog hair I need to empty it a couple times during the job. Needs bigger capacity.
Third, you have to hold the trigger to keep it running. But manipulating the machine causes hand, finger, knuckle pain. Needs a better ergonomic design/padding to ease this strain or a trigger lock so I can position my hand differently.

Awesome but very expensive !
very good quality and most versatile product. Can do a 1000 sq ft floor on a single charge. Wish there was a little more battery juice to ended by another 10mins of use.

We Love It
We recently moved into a 1500 sq. ft. home with our 6 furry friends and we desperately needed a new vacuum.
I wanted something that would be easy to take out and clean at the drop of a hat, something that can pick up lab hair (something I'm sure all lab parents battle with), and something I could takle the stairs with without wrestling the machine to do so. In fact, our last vacuum took a dive down the stairs and broke.
My husband also has severe asthma, and keeping a clean house with so many pets is a priority.
I took my time researching and settled on this lovely contraption. I must say, every single person I've told about it has been skeptical - until they use it. My husband was so disappointed I didn't get the Dyson ball, it actually turned into an argument. Well, after charging the battery he was the first one to use it and. He. Vacuumed. The. Entire. House.
The entire house, guys. I didn't get to try it out until later in the week. He no longer calls it a vacuum, it's his ray gun. My husband turns into Rick while he vacuums.
We use the vacuum in the lowest setting for the entire house and it does an excellent job! We'll only switch to medium if we're going over a particularly dirty patch of carpet, and the highest setting starts to lift the carpet off the floor (we never need that setting).
What about the lab hair, you ask? It doesn't stand a chance! My last vacuum would take 3 passes to pick up all the lab hair, and we don't have that problem with this vacuum.
We can vacuum the entire house on one fully charged battery with juice to spare. It's also less intimidating to my pets, they really don't mind it very much.
We do have to dump it quite a few times when we vacuum the whole house, but that doesn't bother us. If anything we're impressed with the amount this vacuum picks up, and are grateful for it.
Our lab mix like to sleep under our bed, and this vacuum has a swivel that reminds me of a swifer mop. It is so easy to vacuum underneath furniture, I can now get to the mess of hair our lab leaves behind under the bed!
The only think I wish was better about this machine is the storage, or the lack thereof. I'm still used to having a vacuum that provides "homes" for all of the attachments that come with it. Because of the minimal design of this vacuum, there aren't enough places to store the attachments. I ended up designating a spot in a drawer for the extras.
And that's it! If you happen to watch the video, there a part near the end where you can watch the vacuum slice a small dirt patchin half on the low setting. My husband's having fun, too. Check it out!

Over hoped, can't replaced Power full corded vaccum
Good for the floor but for anything else like windows and fine dust ! its not capable of, not much suction power and battry also doesn't lasts . Hell lot of pain in arms to lift and clean.

It's a working vacuum
I've only had this vacuum for a few days but it works. It's a vacuum. I wasn't blown away by anything fantastic like I had hoped. For this price I hope it lasts for many years. I will update if anything goes wrong.
I read the other reviews and we were prepared to have to make a shelf for the attachments so they were handy when I needed them. The shelf will keep people from knocking into the side of the vacuum as well. It's unfortunate that Dyson didn't feel the need to have compartments for accessories.
Update- I really love this vacuum now that my 7 year old has made vacuuming his chore. His older sister empties the dishwasher every other day so that's when he vacuums. It's easy for him to use on the low setting and he said it's just like playing with his nerf guns. He can get it in and out of the charger easily.
Update 2. The cheap plastic parts of the vacuum are breaking. Still works but now it's a pain to use.

This is the first vacuum cleaner I've had, where I look forward to saturday's when I get to use this product to deep clean my house... I really love using it.. ease of use, effectiveness, everything!

Excellent product from dyson, I was intrested for V11 the latest model but the same was out of stock. There are lot of additional assesries available in other countries thru Amazon but the same r not delivered to India.

Nicely sealed package with Used vacuum
If discounts are for used product do mention it or sell it separately! After all we paid 40k, paying an extra 5k for new piece is no big deal. Even though they say easy returns it is not, you'll be redirected to dyson
