Not as per expectations
Not as per expectations. Costly product according to performance and features. Heating problem. Bad experience. Don't buy online specially from amazon. Headphones slot not working from starting. Very disappointed for this purchase from dell abd seller is worst.

Worst product.
When I got the item delivered for the first time, it was not even getting started. There was some problem with booting software. I requested for the replacement and I got the new item delivered. In the second product the keyboard was malfunctioning. Two times I replaced the item and I have lost trust in the product.

Pathetic seller, laptop isn’t working
I received the product today and it is not getting on. Seems like battery is missing or probably screen issue.
Technician visit is scheduled day after tomorrow which is even more worse
I recommend everyone please avoid buying any product from this seller Maxus IT

256 GB SSD missing in the shipped product
Just bought this product and initiated return as it does NOT contain 256 GB SSD.
Wrong product delivered. Amazon customer care told this is a problem from manufacturer.
Very slow in booting and even opening MS office etc..
Description did not match the product. Hence returning.

I WANT REPLACEMENT
when we open the shipping box found laptop was not turning on,its faulty.we tried the troubleshooting methods given by the your technician.it didn't work,there is some deffect in it,I WANT REPLACEMENT

Suerb configuration purchased in just 39000
I have purchased this same laptop in jaipur from Jayanti market.... I got it in rs.39000 on 28 feb 2021....awesome product in this budget and 256 gb ssd is the soul of this product so i want to say that ssd is must for window 10 and always visit nearest store before purchasing laptop for better comparison

я сразу же связался с Amazon, который предложил мне частичный возврат средств, сказал, что девушке срочно нужен ее компьютер, я согласился. Хорошая служба должна была связаться со мной снова в течение 48 часов, с тех пор я перезвонил им 2 раза, по-прежнему ничего

Очевидно, что при первом использовании микрофон обновляется, так что не удивляйтесь, если он немного потрескивает, но затем микропроцессор AMD Ryzen 3 0 обеспечивает все задачи с хорошей отзывчивостью .
