Poor customer service
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Beware! I bought a laptop direct from Dell with a warranty. It has broken within its warranty with a hardware fault (broken charger socket) but Dell refuse to honour their warranty.

New version, poorer quality
I purchased this the older version of this laptop in 2018 and the performance has been excellent. Not only that it is a solid laptop with a great keyboard and ultra 4hd. It even looks like a Mac!
However this new model is a cheaper plastic version. Whilst the screen size is bigger and the performance is the same, the quality of the materials used to build this are not as good as e older version. Disappointed.

Very utter slow performance.😟
I have never expected this type of products from amazon. Laptop is very good for looking. But PERFORMANCE OF LAPTOP IS VERY VERY UTTER SLOW. Mouse pad also not responding for most of the times. Mobile connect also not working properly.

Actually it's a good laptop.
But the battery backup is not so good as the manufacturer claims.
They claim 6 hours of battery backup which is according to my laptop only 3 to 4 hours ,otherwise product is good , smooth and processing is also very good, be sure if you update your device and then restart it , Otherwise the Laptop is good.

Value for money product. Win10+ ms office not preinstalled.
Good branded product for a cheap price. Performance ,storage, speed and look are good. But picture clarity, colour and body material is not up to the mark. Still apt for the price. Ms office and win 10 are not preinstalled. You have to buy a genuine version of win 10 +ms office.

Excellent machine for home and student's use but UNFORTUNATELY I DIDN'T GET DELL ESSENTIAL CARRY CASE WITH THE LAPTOP THOUGH IT IS STILL MENTIONED IN DESCRIPTION. WHEN I CALLED AMAZON AND SPOKE I DIDN'T GOT THE CARRY CASE BUT GOT "WE ARE VERY VERY SORRY IT'S MENTIONED BY US MISTAKENLY". HEARTBREAKING ANSWER!

Slowest Processor in the world. DO NOT BUY IT
We got our laptop yesterday... Took more took more than 10 mins just to start!.... Another 10 mins to open Google Chrome...then ages to allow me to search...coulld finish my dinner while waiting for any folder to open....is this a FAKE Chinese product...is Dell trying to rob it's customers by giving them toys?? I bought this for my kids..day 2 and they would not even touch it!! Can I get a replacement???

Very bad product
Very very bad experience. Battery dains to 0 and brand new laptop will not start without power cable. Amazon support asks to format the device to fix issues. Seriously? I am struggling to replace it, the 10 days replacement guarantee is a joke.

Am irretating.this product
Am purchasing the laptop in Amazon... It's very slow running...too much. Very slow..and am contacting the cc'e technical support..am saying the I will return the product and can u replacement higher version laptop I will pay the money..but they are not providing.. it's west of money.. expect in this( COVID 20 SITUVTION) they are not understand my situation.. west of money...
Am requesting for every on don't buy this product..it's very slow... running.. its use full for kids...not comfortable for software employees...

Lags way too much
It lags way too much, especially on startup. And that's a lot coming from a student with very low standards. This laptop was recommended to me and I wish I hadn't listened and bought the other one.

System Hanging
I want to return the product as the system is very slow & hanging. totally not satisfied. Its more than 7 days days but only on usage I found the system is hanging because of 4 GB RAM I require 16 GB RAM laptop.

Предварительно: Я не пишу на самом деле вообще никаких положительных отзывах, так как я принадлежу к серой массе аплодисменты klatscher и продукт, который оправдал мои ожидания, в нормальном случае, а значит, не следует отметить.
Здесь я должен сделать исключение.
Я приказал получить док-станции в магазине продавцом belco24-gmbh с чем необходима классификация "хорошо" для 12 евро. Я получил один экземпляр, если мы видим практически никакого плюсы использования, какая после заказа в течение 24 часов на моем столе лежал без (!) Стоимость доставки.
прошу прощения за всех остальных - но больше не советую теперь! :-)

На счет Размера здесь будет блок питания с очень высокой температуре, что опасности на самом деле всегда мало мощности.
45 Вт гарантируют что при Работе с подключенным блоком питания это всегда работает в области очень тепло, почти жарко.
результат для меня: Уже второй блок питания из строя.
Мое решение - Targus блок питания с кружевом H - 90 ватт, будет чуть теплый, немного больше, но очень плоский.
