Daikin is best
Best one after OGeneral and Mitsubishi,
Daikin is totally worth it's money for its cooling capacity and quality parts. Much reliable.
I preferred JTKJ series for its temperature display on indoor unit (also compressor speed in display, check youtube) and dehumidifier option.
You can't go wrong with any Daikin model, just research on Daikin India website and decide according to your need.
I would say 5/5
Amazon delivery and installation very next day and best service. (I got free installation offer, and no stand required at my house, so didn't pay anything extra.)
All the remote options works perfect and are much helpful like power boost, good sleep, econo, coanda and intelligent eye.

Review based on Older Machine, Hidden Costs
I already have one AC installed. Performance wise very good. Except there is no temperature display on the unit. The remote has no light. Basically at night you operate in the dark.
But issue is of the numerous hidden charges while installing it. Exorbitant prices for wiring. They charge for installing the drain pipe, even though it is just hanging after the first 2 feet.
And none of their so called rates are "fixed".
I was given an estimate of 7k + 1500. So i am returning the product.

Nice product
Great AC with lots of useful features. Received the product on Saturday and immediately called Daikin customer care for installation. Guys came on Sunday morning and fixed the AC in couple of hours. Installation was free but charged extra for the bracket and extra cabling. Manufacturing date was Sept 2018 hence 4 star otherwise overall happy with purchase.

Nightmare AC
I had ordered 2 ACs. While one came perfect and installation was no hassle, for the other one it was a joke.
The other AC was without any gas, and possible reason was a puncture in tubes internally. To get it verified that there was an issue and to raise a replacement it took more than two days, and since the replacement request was done I have been waiting for 4 days for the replacement AC to be dispatched. And will wait further 24 hours for supervisor callback.
After dispatch for sure I have to wait about 4-5 days for delivery, then again 72 hours for installation. So all in all about 25 days of I am lucky.
And yes I still don't know what happens to installation and de-instantiation cost- if I will be reimbursed.
Basically large equipment from Amazon... Buy at your own risk.

Daikin installation team demanding more money as they are squeezing customers as we have no choice left without installation instead of 1500/- demanded 5000/- even though no extra items were needed such as copper tubes, electrical cable or stand etc.,

Best in class AC
best in class super energy efficient as it's issr value is 5.2 as other brands give under 5 for 5star models.noise is absolutely absent for compresser.remote is also good.it is also having temprature display on insider unit.only thing is that i purchased it during 1st day of sell of republic sell as i am prime member ,i orderd 1st on 51069/- but after i ordered ,price declied to 49899 so i canceled 1st order and again placed new order.but again after some hours price decreased to 49860 something.After sell ended the price again decreased to 49846.we middle class plp waits 4 sell as we will get the products with less price but after end of sell if the product we r getting at price which is less than the sell price then what's meaning of sell.

INSTALLATION SERVICE TO BE IMPROVED.
Installation service to be improved ,as we find some water droplets in side the room . Drain water droplets getting leak and coming inside bed room.

My room Size is 110sq feet... initially i was doubtful about the tonnage of AC. But once it is installed...i think it is one of the best AC in the market...in terms of cooling efficiency and cost.

AC is good but not sufficient for rooms larger than 80 sq feet and product is good
About the amazon customer service it was a worst feedback from my side i have waited for an hour to get connected and still no resolution on my issues I think amazon should work on my feedback

Poor installation experience
Very poor installation from Daikin. Damage the wall paint. Water leaking after 10hrs. No bill given for installation. Charged more and over market rate. FYI already using 5 Daikin AC. Very poor experience.

Dead on arrival. Pathetic quality check
Dead on arrival. Getting A6 error just after switching it on. Now I have to wait for another 7 days to get this fixed. What kind of quality checks are in place for a brand new product which took 15 days to deliver at my place? Pathetic

Daikin service and installation is WORST! DO NOT BUY!
One buys a Daikin A/c thinking it to be the best! Quite literally. Alas, you’re sadly hit in the face when such a pathetic installation experience comes to pass. The installation has been so SHODDY, that water keeps leaking from the Indoor unit. We then called Daikin service (Impulz) to repair it - his solution - let the water collect inside the room in a bucket! After I told him that’s not possible, we now have an open window which we can’t close since the water exhaust has to go out of it to create the correct angle of decline. The repair person did not even have a drill machine. Now I have to find a glass cutter to cut the glass at an appropriate angle, till which time we can’t close the window - in the peak of summer. After spending INR 48k on an A/c and then 3k on installation, if I still have to get stuff done, then one just feels cheated and helpless.
Don’t buy this brand, the A/c is good - I’ll give it that no doubt, but the installation and service is so pathetic, that I personally will never again buy a Daikin! I have 2 voltas ac’s and one Samsung. Never faced such nonsense issues like I have from Daikin.

Over hyped
For the price, it’s a lot of trouble in terms of installation.the cooling effect is not good. Response of Daikin to customers is very poor. The entire experience is trouble for an individual, maybe Daikin Ac are good for big commercial places, not for middle class homes.daikin need to check/rein in their service agencies that charge unjust money and threaten that they have power to refuse installation and void the warranty. It’s a very bad experience that leaves you harassed despite paying through your nose and feeling helpless. Forced to consider a user friendly company that cares about its customers that eventually sustain such overhyped giants through their hard earned money. Wrong business practice. Someday this will run its end because it’s plain harassment.

Damaged Evaporator Coils on Brand New A/C
Received indoor unit with entire rows of damaged evaporator fins. Upon showing the damage on received unit to authorised DAIKIN installation engineer was told "yeh chalega" and that aparantly this is a normal occurance for DAIKIN products. They then tried to complete installation and show me that the A/C is cooling. Ofcourse it will blow some cool air, but it's common sense that the unit is not operating efficiently.
Wrote an email to DAIKIN INDIA customer support, which is yet to be acknowledged. Zero accountability, Zero professionalism.

Delivered without Gas
Delivered without Gas!!!. I have seen many comments on this.. Not sure if its becouse of faulty machine etc.. Installation guy told me that he is seeing this for the first time and he will bring in gas and full it and test!!
On further test, it was found that coil was damaged !! Dont undersand how will an unit gets delivered without quality check. Imagine the situation, pick up guys will come, again delivery guys, again installation guys!! This is covid situation.. just hoping that secound unit works!!! This is after i had selected costliest brand and model !!!

As good as it gets!
It is a bit steep in price, however, for the quality of the product this is, I have no complains what so ever with the product. It cools the room pretty rapidly, doesn't many much noise and looks slightly better than most AC, has a more premium feel to it. I am very happy with it.

Not meeting expectation
Product broke in first week of use of less than 20 hours. The product is showing E8 error. This means cooling problem. Not expected such issues from Daikin products. Delivery was made by Cloudtail, and was smooth. However, request Amazon to help in replacing this product as it seems to be faulty one. Please help in resolving by replacing the product as I dont want to continue with this item as it would be a nightmare for me to get it mended.

Good product but Bad installation.
Deduction of 2 stars simply cos of customer service and the person who came to install the ac. There is no question of the quality of daikin. I had installed daikin ac last year as well. And I was impressed with customer service. But this time the third party which was assigned for installation is a disappointment whether it is in behaviour or professionalism. Please work on it.

Harrowing installation service procedure
No installation even after so many days. Horrifying installation procedure atleast in Delhi. I have tried various mobile numbers and local branch landline numbers received from customer service and not a single one of them is active. I think the whole procedure is geared towards not letting the customer contact. One day, one installation person contacted, fixed up a slot and then vanished. He doesnt even pick up my phone now, even to inform me what happened or what will happen. I want to install through other services but dont know if warranty will become void. So enjoying summers in Delhi.

One of the silent AC
For the past 10 years I used LG AC but after replacing it with this model of Daikin, I'm at peace. Both, indoor and outdoor units, are very silent. The air purification system is doing its wonders by keeping the air clean.
I would recommend this to every other user who is looking out to buy an AC with 40K+ budget.
