Happy with this AC.
Fast and Healthy cooling..
I have bought from shop for Rs 51000.
Installation was free but chrarged for installation items which cost me around Rs 3100. Daikin service was prompt and insatallation was pretty good. Cooling is so good that you won't find it uneasy like other brands. Best product.

After two month, crackling noise, uncontrollable temperature
I bought this ac for following reason:
1) High energy efficiency
2) Inverter AC, uniform temperature
3) I have bad experience with Hitachi Ac (poor customer support and unqualified engineers)
Installation:
It took 1 week to install the ac. There was gap between wall and ac. I asked engineer to remove the gap, they said it is installed like this. I think, they incorrectly installed the ac. they charged 500 Rs for 100rs pipe. they charged 2500Rs for core cutting for 18inch beam, It is pretty high. My friends has done it for 2000rs.
The didnt even install accessories filter. Please make sure that accessories filter is installed. you will get the filter with the unit. After installation, they did not clean the room and the wall. It is there job to clean it. I paid around 4000rs for complete installation. 1000 for Bracket + 500 for water pipe + 2500Rs for core cutting.
After two of use:
Electricity impact: I use the ac for 10 hours a day, I generally get 800Rs bill without Ac . With the AC, bill was raise to 2300Rs. 1500rs bill value was raised. My friends has non-inverter ac, they pay similar amount. not much gain with the inverter. It means if you are staying cool place like Pune, you dont need to go for 5 start, 3 inverter ac will do the trick. Places like bombay, it may help.
Ac performance:
Cooling capacity is on continuous decline. It started making "crackling noise". I have to put ac on very low fan speed or night mode to avoid the sound. Yes, I clean filter every second week.
Serious defect in product: When sun comes out and out temperature goes up, ac drops inside temperature significantly, even it drops the temperature below the set temperature. Irony is, it shows that room temperature is lower than the set temperature. I manually increase the temperature by 3 degree or off the AC. My kid is 4 year, he gets sick by the low temperature.
Customer care support: I complained customer care about the temperature issue and crackling noise.
I have opened three complain about the same issue, two were closed in background without any resolution. there is no facility to escalate the issue. Call customer care, wait for the their response or non-response for a week. and call again.
One important point, Dainkin has outsourced his his services, different people will have different experience.
Overall it is very poor experience with Daikin customer care. I will "NOT" recommend the Daikin ACs.

Best to buy Daikin JTKJ
I purchased first week of April 2019.
Overall ok. Noise is less than ceiling fan. Exact 0deg and 90deg operation is missing. Condensor on time is high. Manufacturer on September 2018. So it's not 2019 model. It's the matter of Price. Stabilizer your wish.
I compared with ogeneral it's cooling performance is little bit low.

I highly recommend not to purchase any daikin A/C and worst service.
I blindly went for DAIKIN ignoring all other brands. logged a complaint that my a/c display is not displaying anything. after 3-4 days of complaint the technician came and did full inspection and told me that PCB has malfunction . it took 3 weeks for them to replace that part. after one week again the same issue despite the new pcb been installed. so again i logged a complaint at their customer desk on june 6th and till now they have not visited and this all is going on when my machine is warranty . very sad that this is the situation of DAIKIN. i didnt not expect this from them. mine is 1.5 ton 5 star inverter split ac

Daikin is made in China now
Daikin i am using from 2018 may in 1 year 2 months , i have been using. but unfortunately. Daikin PCB board not working , guys let me tell you when Daikin was made in Thailand & Malaysia , performance was good ….but now daikin is made in India inner electrical parts are made in China , If you dont believe me ( Model FTKF35TVAV .. 5;STAR INVERTER AC i bought 44500 & I was very glad to chose the best Ac but 25 may 2019 outdoor unit shut I called DAIKIN PEOPLE TO CHECK IT THEY SAID PCB OUTDOOR BOARD DEAD ( NOTE : DAIKIN ENGINEER ARE NOT FROM DAIKIN THEY ARE FROM SOME BALAJI CONTRACTOR DONT NO WHAT STORY WAS THAT)

Can't cool below 22c
I bought this Daikin AC from bajaj electronics last year, after one year of observation, this AC can't cool a normal 10x13 feet room below 22c. I kept AC to 19c for 3 hours, making sure no air leak from the room, room temperature was still at 22 to 23c.

One should always look for, split AC, copper condenser and five Star AC. Daikin is very trusted brand. I have the same model. And it works so well.
I usually get Dry Throat in Other ACs But trust me whenever i am in A Room with this AC, Its so Freshning. Though it will save your electricity bill. No need to worry after Buying this Champ.

Extremely unreliable and highly unpredictable AC. Stops working at the drop of a hat.
It says it has a stabilizer built in. But stops working after a fluctuation. Then only the service center guys can fix it.
The copper pipes developed holes in less than 3 years. (No open "naala" in my area, in 5 km radius.)
Daikin service is worst.

Waste of Money
Bought it 2 years ago since then something or the other keeps happening to it. Total waste of 48000rs. I have 2 more Acs other then this but this one keeps asking for major service every month. Pathetic built I bought it with impression that this company is like O general its nowhere near it. FINALLY getting rid of it.

Best buy in Rs 47499/-
I bought this May 2019 model for Rs 49999 and with cashback Rs 2500 on paytm mall ie Rs 47499 effectively. Got it installed on 9 June 2019 free of cost except Rs 480 for 4meter 3core electric wire.

Temperature doesn't reach down below 22°C
It's a very glod AC. Low noise , high energy efficient, faster cooling. But problem is that room temperature doesn't reach down below 22°C even it is set to 18°C

Box does not contain basics for installation
I got the Daikin 0.8 ton ac installed yesterday and had to pay extra for standard installation parts like bracket or stand (to place the outer unit) and extra copper wire, hose to let water out. Had to shell out 3000 rupees extra to close the installation.
ac manufacturers must ensure that basic things that are needed to make an installation are part of the package box and not harass the customer to shell out extra money to buy this.
I would demand a refund of my expenses on the stand and the hose atleast from Dailkin/Amazon.

Installing needs improvements
Good product but installation cost additional Rs 3000 for labour, wire,stand ,plug. Dealers need to improve in providing quick solutions to issues during installation due to height in apartment. Had to postpone installation by one day since installing team didn't have all tools on day one. But installing was done good even after delay. Have check the performance of AC now

It takes approx 2 units if used 6-7 hours,
Even if used more than that it should take max 3 units per day max
Approximately max 700 to 1000 inr monthly additional light bill if used 6 hours or higher a day
Noise level is low, almost silent
And Installation person was also very cooperative
For bedroom or smaller room its best quality wise & energy consumption wise

Good value for money. Missing PM 2.5 filter, Amazon to be blamed
A critical item missing from the box. PM2.5 filter accessory was missing. The AC package box was opened by Daikin technician only.
The product description in text as well as in the images on Amazon shows PM2.5 filtration function and the product manual also describes this function using provided additional PM 2.5 filter accessory which was to be attached to the existing net filters.
Informed Daikin about the missing part, they blamed Amazon and wanted me to contact seller. Now who will do this back and forth. Disappointed with Amazon for this short delivery.
Product looks good, value for money and cools down a 10-11 study room (no direct sunlight, only one window in east and middle floor in high-rise) in 10 mins to a comfortable temperature. Power consumption to be seen in coming months.
Have another 2.2 ton Daikin Inverter in drawing room and its working fine from past 4 years, no service required ever though its always on a higher side in terms of electrical consumption.

I am using it every night for 8hrs at 27 degree temperature. Average units per month is 100 units (including 240ltr refrigerator, 3ltr geasure, fans, television, oven, mixuremixure etc.)
Only AC consumption is 3units per day @ 8hrs
I have 2 more ACs, 1.5 ton and 1ton for other rooms but out put is same when compared.
I highly recommend Dikin 0.8ton even though it is not inverter AC.

Worth to buy..!!
Went to buy a 0.8 ac in the market but didn't find any 0.8 ton ac, they only had 1 ton ac which was priced at 30000-33000 of Daikin. Return back home and found 0.8 ton ac in amazon, booked at 22500.
After using for a week, I can definitely say it worth my money.

Only the thing I didn't like is daikin should have given a wall remote holder.

Unprofessional installation work.
Rating only for installation. Product is very good (4stars) but the installation work is very unprofessional. They have damaged the wall. They have Not planned before deployment. I have purchased internal core cable and stand separately which is not included in unit. Even they have charged fitting charges for Ac outlet stand. Please be conscious on those things before installation.

Not getting connected to company help
I received the AC, I baught through Amazon. But no installation update or information from Daikin. I searched customer care number on Google, trying to connect... Got 4 different numbers there on Daikin's website, could not connect any of them... I am confused whether I should keep the product or return!!!.. Because if I got any issue later.. Don't know whether the company would help.... Irresponsible company people...

Bought after lot researching. Aince my room is less than 100 sq feet I chose this 0.8 ton Ac. I chose clouddetail vendor. I personally prefer him despite he charging a little extra. His delivery is very professional everytime!
Smooth delivery within a week. AC is September 2019 manufacturing. Next day installation. Installation people were very professional and did an excellent job!
Paid 3000k towards installation and accessories. You can chose to get stand/accessories from outside. This would save money. Since it was lockdown I took from the company.
Regarding AC: noiseless, chills room within half an hour. Smooth remote control, power chill option. What else do you need? don't know about units consumption yet ass less than a month.
Advise: if your room is on top floor/ sun facing / filled with lots of furniture specially metal, books. Then I would advise you to go for a higher ton AC.
Other wise this AC is perfect for small room.

Awesome cooling and very light on your pocket
Dear friends, I have been using it for past one month and believe Me I am so glad that I took the decision to buy this one. Cooling is awesome, noise of external unit is also very low, power consumption is awesome - ranging from 700W to 750W. In actual it costs Rs. 5 to 5.5 per hour in my case due to standard cost of 1unit as Rs 7 in my apartment. I have observed it for many days so can confirm about its power consumption. My room size is 10x12 sq.ft. but it can cool it down in approx. 10-15 mins in powechill mode. I recommend you to go for it. Thanks

Worst service.....no one cares
Bought the AC on March....after 10 days of working it stopped cooling and water is leaking inside my house rather than from the drainage pipe...I know it's a simple prob but want t technician to fix this ....not even one month.....caled the service center...no one picked.....one of the owner I think did a courtesy to call me up and when I informed about the prob his said that he will get it fixed but now his phone is switched off for good.....

Pathetic Installation by Daikin hired labourers....
Day1 post installation after using it for an hour in evening, the moment I turned off, water from indoor unit started flowing
This after the cheap installation laborers hired by Daikin , installed the indoor unit twice as first time they drilled hole and misaligned the indoor unit.
Second time, they drilled again nearby and you see in video water gushing out of indoor unit

Daikin ac are the best split ac available in the market.. However 0.8ton is new to me and not yet installed but I have another two 1.5ton daikin ac... Super cooling.. Around 40% more effective then others.. Super silent..

Energy efficient
Energy efficient. Takes below 800w energy and consumes less than a unit per hour. Power chill option works fantastic. Quickly cools the room. Zero noise too. Only con is no display. But can be manageable.

stay calm and chill
Ac cooling is very fast cools 100 sft room in just 10 min if you have a room less than 100 sft buy it with your eyes closed .

you should asked him to de vacuum the pipes and then release the r32 gas

Perfect one on this price for 13x12 ft room
Perfect Ac for 13x12 fr size room, it takes 10 minutes max to child out room, you just need to do is don’t take fitting facility from Amazon or Daikin as they are not professional, make your Ac fitted with your known Professional of your area.
And don’t worry it will not break any warranty policy.
3 to 4 person in a room on 26* degree takes maximum 12 minutes.
I’m writing this review after 20 days of continuous uses day and night, and writing this in details because there are lot’s of confusion in reviews here, and one thing i noticed is that there are major problems with non-professional fitting, those who has proper fitting have no issues. Mark it and go for it.👍🏻
And don’t worry it will not break any warranty policy.

Too many hidden charges
The price of the A/C appears optically low. There are a lot of hidden costs involved.
Firstly, you can get this installed only through Daikin. If you use your own AC technician, the warranty would be void
Secondly, the guys Daikin sends, is ridiculously expensive. They charge 1500 for installation, along with so many other charges like Stand installation charges (I purchased the stand myself, they charge extra just to drill 4 holes in the wall and fix the stand), plug charges, insulation tape charges. hose pipe charges, electrical wire charges. All these are absolutely necessary for installation of the AC and dont come with the A/C
Luckily, I already had copper tubes installed by another AC technician. Otherwise would have had to pay a lot of money for copper tubes too.
Overall, excluding the copper tubes, you will end up paying Rs. 3000 to 4000 per AC for basic installation. If you need copper tubes, it will cost you much more than this.

Overall Best in the market...
Though its of smaller capacity does its job nicely...Our room is 120sqt with direct sun light exposure from 2 sides (with sparsely occupied)...it takes around 3 mins to feel the cooling and around 7 mins to completely cool the room...only drawback is the lack of background light in remote (u need any other light backup to operate it...but its ok to just on or off the AC as it has minimal radium effect for buttons alone...)..its from best brand...so satisfied with the performance and purchase...
Installation was also good..quicker response ...but as expected they charged around 2k 😐(1500 std insta charge + 400 fr copper wire + 50
fr plug + 250 fr outer unit stand fixing though outer unit stand was already available with us.) charge is bit costlier comparatively...but nice work done by tech team...
If decided to go with budget friendly AC from nice brand for medium usage..its gud to go...
Will give review fr energy efficiency once bill comes...since its non inverter fr heavy users it wont be a gud idea...

Product with out refregent gass received with 5 star energy lable.
I have to point out the following:-
this is the second unit I have purchased , on installation we found no refregent gass in the unit to run and we see a 5 star energy lable fixed on the unit; this is a clear cut example that daikin sending out unit after assembly fixing the 5 star lable with out testing energy consumption against the direction of energy authority of India, this is grave offence done to the public who purchase product seeing the energy lable of energy authority of India.Goverment should take proper action against this kind of manufactures and not allow this kind of product in the Indian market to product the public.
Indoor unit;-
1) by reducing the length and increasing the hight (A) the air through area reduced , (B) parity in appearance destroied eventhough you have added some new fechers; it does not give a good look for modern bed rooms.
outdoor unit:-
you have reduced the size of the unit to suit western countries,but ours is place of dust, polution and heat, except northern side, we require abiger size to withstand dust and polution for the durability of the roduct.

excellent Ac.. using it for a week now.
excellent product. 0.8 ton..but cooling better than 1 ton ac.. room size 10x12.. chilled in 10 minutes. have to operate at 26° as cooling too much.. silent operation.
installation done in 2 hours. good installation. charges 4000... 750 for 1 metre extra copper pipe and 700 for 7 metre copper wire plus 600 for drain pipe... overall very good installation...

Received a damaged air conditioner
*******UPDATE: After few months Daikin India has finally replaced my air conditioner with a new one and it's working fine now.
I recommend you to check the AC thoroughly for defects before installing it to avoid any trouble. Things you should check:
1. Outer body for any damages.
2. The evaporator coils in the indoor unit.
3. The front panel door of the indoor unit.
4. Horizontal and vertical Louvres (swing).

I've purchased this AC in the month of May. The installation was done on 25th May. We asked the installation guys to check if there was any damage so that we could return the product if any damage was found. They said that the product is good and we too didn't find any damage on the outside.
After 2-3 weeks I opened the indoor unit to clean the air filters and I've noticed that evaporator fins were bent. I checked again carefully and found that an entire row of fins were damaged.
I contacted Daikin for a replacement since it was only few weeks since the purchase. They asked me send the pics on WhatsApp. They called me and said that it's completely normal and that all ACs have fins bent like this. They said that since it's not affecting the cooling they won't replace the indoor unit. They simply said it is fine as your room is getting cooled there is no problem.
They denied my warranty claim saying that AC was not damaged. Why should I accept an AC with manufacturing defect inspite of paying nearly Rs. 54,000?
I've asked Amazon to help me with the warranty claim and I'll update this review later.

Highly Expensive Installation, though it is supposed to be free
First of all I was made to sit at home for 3 precious days by installation guys who were fixing appointment and failing to turn up every of those days. And added to this expensive wait, was the most expensive installation charges for what is said as additional purchases amounting to hefty Rs.6450. They don't supply even a 3 pin plug with the unit. Thanks Daikin for this costly experience!

4 Major mistakes in Daikin AC's
1)Swing very very slow.
2)No indoor temperature display.
3)Night time remote buttons not visible (radium buttons not there).
4)Remote always on, (there is no switch off button), so batteries fastly discharge.
These 4 are major mistakes.
Current bill very less,
