Poor Service by DLink
The product SSID and SSID on the label do not match, hence it was not working, I kept on trying to reach the tech support of Dlink it always says you are in queue no 0 your call will be answered shortly, I waited for 30 mins but the cal was never answered. Hence I returned the product

I Got Used/Returned product..
The box was open.. inside no manual and polythene cover.. when i check product unable to login because router configured by someone and set wifi name password.
I have reset my self.. due to my emergency i haven't returned.

Good enough device
writing this review after one month of use. Product is good, set up is easy. I have purchased it for my ACT fiber net connection. Initially the laptops were slow in getting connected to this router, and it would say no internet even after connecting, but later they connect instantly and internet is also available immediately after connection. mobiles never had any issue in connecting from the beginning.

Perfect for Act fiber connection.
Very nice product and comparatively got it on low price. This doesn't come with any software disk to install which is hassle free. A long chord which is very useful . Being a two antenna the range at which we receive the signal is strong and accurate. The signal easily crosses 5 walls.

keeps dropping mobile devices without any logic
This router is trivial to setup. Signal strength is quite good throughout my home. The only frustrating problem with this router that actually forced me to abandon using this and get back to my old router is that all the mobile devices keep getting disconnected on this one. Tried all possible troubleshooting with whatever tech support available and couldn't resolve this. Checked with multiple mobile devices and the pattern is the same - they all work absolutely good with the old router but not this one.

after having few problem with Chinese routers that never connected after many attempts ,D-link found to very good although i am not technical in this area i could easily install in 2 minuntes ...so far good ,worth it

Super product.
D-Link N300 always my favourite when comes to WiFi router. Reviewing this product after using for 4 days. Ours is duplex house with a pent house. We place this router in first floor with ACT internet connection. It covers the whole building, no signal issue. Ground floor & 2nd floor internet speed was between 25-35 Mbps, 1 St floor the internet speed was > 50 Mbps.

Not suitable for PPPoE broadband connection
Please do not buy this product if your broadband connection is PPPoE. It does not support this type of connection. I faced a lot of trouble in getting this to work. Finally D Link customer care asked me to return the product as they were also unable to troubleshoot the router. So please be cautious before buying this.

Awesome speed even using it as a repeater!
Wifi signal is awesome...installation is like ABC... AND ALSO YOU CAN USE IT FOR REPEATER...I USED IT AS REPEATER FOR EXTENDING MY JIOFI SIGNAL WITHOUT ANY SPEED DROP AND NOW I CAN USE MY JIOFI NET OVER MY WHOLE HOUSE EVEN AFTER MY ROUTER IS CLOSED IN MY ROOM AND ALL DOORS AND WINDOWS ARE CLOSED. ITS SIGNALS DIDN'T GET BREACHED. AFTER ALL I WILL SAY GO FO IT GUYS...

Good wireless reception at low cost
Dlink has multiple routers at various price range. Dlink DIR-615 is being an entry level wifi router has good reception and transmission capabilities. I am using this as secondary-router in Wireless AP mode. My primary router is D-Link DIR-825, which is one of the best by D-Link.
I was initially using a TP-Link double antenna router, which is not a good one due to it's poor reception capabilities.
This router is one of the best option in this price of ₹899.

Good range wifi router
Using it with my excitel internet connection. Initially was not able to connect directly as excitel has Ethernet port. After too much digging online was able to get setting required. Still it didn't worked. Raised a complaint with excitel guys they did some settings from their end then only it started working. But range is quite good for this product.

Great Router! Go for it!
Great Device in Great Price! Go for it! My package was came before their scheduled time. And during this lockdown period I have to study from online classes. And as you all know that during this period, all the shops are remain closed. This is why, I ordered it from Amazon and I am very happy for getting it in right time. Good for people who live in a flat/small house
I live in a flat and I have his router placed in my room and I get a gr8 range in my hall and other rooms also. The setup is complicated but u can check youtube for it.My pack has 150mbps speed and I get gr8 range from this router.Gr8 for browsing,gaming etc. We get LAN cable in box which u can use for faster speed on pc . Since it is a single band router it shall not be useful for people living in bungalows since we get limited range.hope u found my review useful

Device is not as per image given on the selling point.
Device is not receive as per image. I was expected that the antina was shown in back side of device, but i receive the device with left, right antena. This the updated pruduct of D-link,
Which is not compatible to us. The configuration is much tuffer than previous product and also i realise the reset bottom is not working on this device.

Received a used router..
Product is somewhat costly than the market,1099 bought iball baton router 6 months back at rs.800 now that is unavailable so thats why i bought this from amazon and received a used router..

Good one... 👍
Good Signal , u can install it easily... 4 lan port and 1 wan port... Speed lags when more than 2 device connected... For office works it's good...

Pretty Straightforward
Very good router, happy with my purchase, the important thing to keep in mind before buying a router is that what kind of band is supported by the devices where you want to use the Wifi, is 2.4ghz devices are more in number you should go for this, or else buy the fancy gigabyte routers.

Absolute waste of Time & Money..
It started giving me problem from the very first day. First it took 3 hours to just configure to the connection and even now I cannot login to the admin page. Secondly, the connection is so bad that it drops more than 5-6 times a day. I trusted the brand name, D-Link but I guess it`s a replica not the authentic product. i asked for the replacement of the router, their courier boy picked it up and after 5 days keeping it with themselves they refunded my money. Such a waste of TIME.

Slow speed of router
The product was installed in my home . But to our surprise though it is mentioned that it can take speed upto 300 mps , I am getting only 45 mps speed internet. When I connect the internet connection direct with out your router the speed in mps goes beyond 200 mps.How do I address this issue.

Defective piece.
This product was a defective piece. By the time I ran my tests on it the return or replacement window was closed. Now I'm stuck with this product. Had to buy another one which is working fine.
The sad part is that the quality test on this particular product may not have been done effectively which in turn coates me.
If Amazon reads this, I'd request them to reach out to me.

Worst service
Purchased it on 21st may ,The router worked for 5-6 perfectly and started creating issues after a week just a day after the return window is closed. Worst service by DLink . Tried contacting the service center they asked me to courier it, I purchased it for ₹1100 and pay 200 rs for courier as well, Are you serious?

Das Problem bei vielen Provider-Routern mit x-hundert Megabit WLAN ist, dass diese Rate nicht durchs LAN Kabel geht, weil da oft noch 100 MBit/s vorherrschen. Mir ist aber in diesem Fall die interne Übertragung wichtig, so bin ich auf den DAP-1665 gestoßen, der sich als Accesspoint via GBit-Anschluss an meinen Netgear-Switch koppeln lässt.
Die weiteren Modi (Bridge, Bridge mit AP, Repeater (Range Extender), WLAN-Client WISP-Client oder -Repeater), mit denen dieses flexible Teil betrieben werden kann, nütze ich derzeit nicht, finde die Vielfalt aber gut, falls ich irgenwann einmal einen anderen Bedarf hätte.
Bezgl. der Reichweite sinkt sie im 5GHz Bereich schnell, sobald Mauern dazwischen sind, das soll aber in diesem Frequenzbereich normal sein. Die WLAN-Stärke kann für 5GHz und 2,4GHz separat in drei Stufen eingestellt werden, allerdings habe ich bei der Messung mit einem Samsung Tablet keinen großen Unterschied bemerkt, es könnte auch sein, dass diese Einstellung nur das Maximum darstellt und der Router die tatsächliche Leistung an den Bedarf anpasst (im Normalfall sitze ich mit den Tablets neben dem Router).
Mir ist aufgefallen, dass im 5GHz Netz die Übertragungsrate auch bei größerer Entfernung (10m durch zwei Mauern mit Holztüren) trotz des schnell sinkenden Pegels die gefühlte Geschwindigkeit immer noch besser zu sein scheint, als im 2,4GHz-Bereich meines Provider-Routers.
Die Parametrisierung des DAP-1665 ist sehr flexibel, bei mir blieben kaum Wünsche offen. Lediglich die Anzahl der möglichen Einträge im Macaddr Filter finde ich etwas zu gering, allerdings wird diese Funktion von wenigen genützt.

Gutes, praktisches und benutzerfreundliches Gerät
Der D-Link DAP-1665 Wireless AC1200 ist ein kleiner, einfacher Access Point mit einem guten Preisleistungsverhältnis. Er lässt sich auch bei einem gegebenen Netzwerk einfach und schnell über eine klassische und komfortable Weboberfläche konfigurieren, man benötigt also keine proprietäre App auf einem Smartphone. Die Sendeleistung ist für ein Gerät dieser Ausstattung angemessen, könnte m.E. jedoch ein klein wenig besser sein (vgl. zu meinem Vorgängergerät, ein altes TP-Link gleicher Größe). Die beiden Antennen lassen sich beliebig verstellen und/oder abschrauben, was in verwinkelten Räumlichkeiten mehr Möglichkeiten zur Installation eröffnet. Der ordentliche LAN-Anschluss ist GBit-fähig, stellt also keinen Flaschenhals dar, wie man dies von anderen, preiswerten Geräten kennt.
Die Bedienung der Administrations-Oberfläche ist übersichtlich und gut. Das Speichern der Einstellungen auf einem unabhängigen Laufwerk sowie die Update-Prüfung gehören selbstverständlich dazu. Lediglich das Finden und die Auswahl von best. Unterpunkten innerhalb der Konfiguration ist etwas merkwürdig aufgeteilt. Man kann damit arbeiten, doch vielleicht wird das bei einem zukünftigen Firmware-Update besser.

einfach zu konfigurieren und leistungsstark
Ich hatte seit fast 2 Jahren einen Repeater von TP-Lin.k im Einsatz. An sich war ich von der Leistung zufrieden, doch passierte es immer wieder mal, dass die Sendeleistung versagte und ich auf dem Dachboden faktisch gar keinen WLAN-Empfang hatte. Als es wieder einmal passierte, wurde es mir zu bunt und ich habe mich sofort nach einem Access Point umgesehen (an einem PC, der per Kabel angeschlossen ist). Ich fand dieses Modell hier und bestellte es. Am nächsten Tag bekam ich das Paket und konnte die Einrichtung in 5 Minuten abschließen. Seit dem habe ich einen super Empfang mit Null Problemen. Man kann das Gerät übrigens auch anderweitig nutzen, aber für mich war nur diese eine Möglichkeit sinnvoll. Wer etwas gescheites sucht, kann hier bedenkenlos zugreifen.
