Light weight, thin built, easy to carry in my pocket. Only wish the Zoom button would be easier to operate. Over all, Canon is a trusted brand.

decent purchase..look wise not that great but take good snaps.also, video recording comes a bit blurry.It can be recommended with this price..

I have only begun to use this camera, but it appears to be a real bargain. Great features at a bargain price. 5X zoom and 16MP, more than I'll need. I'll give it areal workout at Thanksgiving.Amazon's price and shipping care are the best there is.

I bought this camera as a replacement for a Kodak 10mp camera thinking 16mp would be that much sharper. Boy was I ever wrong. I tried every possible setting trying to get a sharp clear photo even half as good as my cheap WalMart Kodak. But all I get is VERY grainy photos that will not enlarge at all. I contacted Canon and they said I should be getting clear sharp photos and would I please send the camera to them to check it out. In about two weeks I received a brand new unopen replacement. Nothing has changed. All photos are very grainy and I am stuck with a piece of junk. This is not my first digital nor is it my first digital Canon. My first Canon was a 6mp which made FAR superior photos than this one. These little cameras are suppose to be point-and-shoot and it shouldn't take a professional photographer to use them.

Better than i expected, since it replaced a 10 year old camera... a lot has changed, sharper images, better zoom capabilities, cool features I haven't even figured out yet! Don't forget to buy a memory stick at the same time or you will not be able to play!

This product is amazing. It is all that Canon stated it was. It is simple to use (I'm an auto-type photographer)and the zoom is great. I especially appreciate the large LCD viewing screen. I hope it offers me years of enjoyment as did my last Canon digital camera.

Great for anyone who likes to take good pictures, but doesn't want to have to take out a second mortgage to afford their camera. I was really excited to get this camera delivered. I ordered it through Amazon, received it just a few days after ordering, and it was in great condition. Love the blue color. I was trying to decided between this camera and the Nikon Coolpix S4100, approx the same price. Basically, this won me over with the lens options and creative filters. At first it seemed like a lot of confusion, but after reading the manual and playing with the camera for a little while, I figured everything out. My favorite features are the motion tracking, face detection, and the different lens options. It also has a custom timer (so if you don't like 2 sec or 10 sec, or if you want it to take more than 1 shot, you can adjust it). It's compact, responds quickly, and takes great pictures. The only thing I would change is the zoom, wish it was a little more.

I love, love, love, love, my new camera. It's so light! It does not add weight to my purse and I can carry it ever where without feeling like I'm carrying a bowling ball with me. I love everything about it. The battery is small, compact, light, and inexpensive. I love, love, love it!

This is the best little camera I've ever owned. I love the clarity and simplicity of the Canon Powershot A3300 IS. I've never owned another brand of camera, why quit a good thing and the price at Amazon was the best I could find.

Amazing camera! 16 MP is definitely very clear. It automatically changes the lens for each surrounding which is great! I couldn't have asked for a better camera! It is the best point and shoot camera you can find!

I am not a great photographer, so I need a camera that makes it easy for me. This camera does that. I had an older digital camera that was old and had certainly served its purpose. I searched and read reviews and asked friends and finally decided on this camera. I was not dissapointed. I took it on our family trip to Disney World and it was perfect! I bought the case to hold it in and it hang on my purse. It was light and easy to carry around, and took GREAT pictures. It adjusts itself so there are no blurry pictures! I love this feature, because that used to be my specialty. I have been very satisfied with this camera.

The Canon PowerShot A3300 IS is small enough and nicely fits into your pocket. Being 16 Megapixels and tons of shooting modes your going to need to browse the manual a few times to learn all it's features if you want to get some amazing pictures from it. The A3300 does have an Auto mode and bonus Easy Mode setting on the dial. In easy mode only a couple settings work and gives brief instructions on how it works, such as the shutter and zoom, otherwise the camera decides everything else for you. It also has a scene mode and special effects mode with allow for some creative shooting such as Fisheye lens, miniature, toy camera, etc. The camera feels very well built in your hands and the only down fall I found so far is that the flash is at the very top right hand corner and you can have a finger in the way of the flash if your not careful.Canon Powershot A3300 16 MP Digital Camera with 5x Optical Zoom (Black)

I'm new to cameras and bought this based off of past experiences with Canon and reviews. So far I like it a lot. The picture quality is what I expected for the price, the time in between pictures is a bit long sometimes (2 seconds roughly) and it's not great at motion shots. It does take some beautiful pictures though and I think anyone would be happy for the price.

I've had the camera about 2 weeks. I'm an amateur just wanting better photos of family and family events. Every single photo I've taken so far has been great. Pictures are crisp, clear and look great whether taken at night or day. This camera is great and I would recommend it to a friend.

My only negative comment is the shutter lag. It's easy to use, good picture, compact, nice point and shoot camera. If you're far from professional, this is a good buy.

I've only used it a few times but I have been very pleased with it so far. The shutter speed is much faster then my older Canon (to be expected) and my pictures seem to be a lot more vibrant as well. Not to mention, the camera is so light weight that I don't feel like I'm carrying a brick in my purse anymore.Great camera, highly recommend it...especially for the price (best price was on Amazon!). This is my 2nd cannon in 5 years and I can't say enough good things about the product.

I was so excited to get a Canon camera. I've heard nothing but good things about the brand. After much research, I decided to get this model. I did not like it at all. The pictures all came out grainy and absolutely horrible. When fully zoomed in, the pictures are barely recognizable. I cannot say much else about this camera's features and specs because after about the 20th awful picture using all of the different modes, I simply put it back in the box and returned it. As for the body of the camera, it feels really cheap; even toy-like. The buttons are very flimsy and very loose. No bueno!Instead, I got the Panasonic Lumix DMC-ZS8 and it's AMAZING!

I wanted to spend some time using this prior to reviewing it but after 2 months of service here's were I stand. Great point and shoot I got it after my SD950 is was stolen and I Like it. Now coming from the Titanium 950 to this the camera A3300 doesn't feel as sturdy but so far it's held up. The picture quality is slightly better with the A3300 and I love all the cool lens effects. One lens effect I wish they would have added from the SD950is is the Color Accent I felt that made for some ingeniuous pictures. The battery life is great on theis camera as well I shot for an entire weekend on 1 charge.I'm going to be getting a dSLR soon but this will hold me over.

This camera is OK for regular users, but I have to say that is very slow on shooting... I never seem a Canon camera as slow as this one, it's impossible to get a good shoot on the first try... but if you are OK with it go ahead, it's a good price for regular camera.
