Есть один нюанс. Достав картридж из упаковки подумал что я дурак и купил не тот картридж. Но надпись на коробке говорила что он для моего принтера. Оказалось что это не картридж целиком как мы привыкли видеть. Это только половина картриджа другая половина типа корпуса остается старая. В нее вставляется половинка и счастье вот оно. Вроде ни на коробке ни в бумажках про это нет информации

Низкая цена, фактически, нет смысла заправлять старый картридж. Качество печати отличное.

На верхней крышке картриджа, там где у оригинального в пластике отлита надпись "Brother" кусок черного скотча(????). Мне кажется или кактусы и правда перезаправляют старые картриджи и потом их продают?))))
Ну как бы там ни было, даже если это перезаправленный картридж, работает он отично. Правда, возможно, неоригинальный тонер быстрее "запилит" фотобарабан (расчитан на 15000), но это только время покажет.

Это принтер, работающий даже от телефона. Если что нужно распечатать в мобильном режиме-это находка. Я им пользовался, когда работал торговым представителем. Накладные печатал прям с айфона. При чеи печатал довольно быстро. Правда нужна специальная бумага, но это мелочи. Особенно если нужно срочно и в какой-то глуши распечатать и подписать бумаги.

Цена картриджа, конструкция хоть и другая в отличии от оригинала, но подходит идеально для моего принтера

Все в полном порядке
Мне нравится его работа, я дома много различной печати выполняю, да и брат, и отцу иногда что-либо надо. С таким картриджем намного дешевле выходит работать, и ресурс емкий и вырабатывается он четко, нет смазываний, полос кривых и прочих неприятностей.

this all in one is a total workhorse! i have had mine for years and print 30-40pages a day on this thing. never a problem and super easy to use.. Buy your toner in generic cartridges and you will notice no difference in printing quality butyour cost will be cheaper than dirt..

I replaced an earlier version of this fax that lasted for 6 years but the rollers had worn out from heavy use. I use it as a stand alone fax but I could print from my computer if I had to. Its a good sturdy fax.

This is the second Brother I have purchased. You can't beat it for the price. Using OEM toner cartridges, each copy is less than 1 cent each. It's been a reliable companion for years and have put thousands of pages through it without a problem. This one was purchased by a friend at my recommendation. Unless you need color all the time, this is an economic means of making copies. I've also used the copy & fax part of this printer. Always works flawlessly.

This has worked well for me. I bought it after using another Brother product for years. It was easy to connect to my Windows 7 computer and everything worked well on the first try. I've already used it for sending faxes, scanning documents, printing and copying. Although we use it mostly as a printer. The only negative thing I've noticed is that when doing large amounts of copying/printing the paper ends up with a slight curl. Despite this I find loading it much easier than my years older version that had to be fed paper from a paper tray sticking up out of the back. So far I've had it about a month.

First of all, this broke the world record for fast delivery. I ordered it on 1/11 and FedEx delivered it on 1/12! Turns out Amazon must have a depot in Phoenix where I live.My four-year old, monstrously big Canon MFP died, so started looking for a much smaller one, and one that had PC-fax too, not easy to find. After spending hours looking at these, finally came across this Brother. It as all five functions, and all work very well. I do miss the platen to copy or fax, but hey, can't have everything, and that would make it much bigger.The manuals for setup leave a lot to be desired, but not that hard to figure out. The plastic guides to input paper and the output guides are pretty cheesy, but the rest of the machine seems very solid.The User Guide, for some weird reason, has info on all the functions except the Scan. Nary a word on that, but the manual on the CD does have the info. Strange.There are a load of ways to tweak the printer, and the info in the guide is simple, giving the numbers to key in to make changes. Also, can do a lot on the computer too, which is easier, as the LCD is rather dark and hard to read.My only complaint is that printing or copying, the paper comes out very badly curled up. I am using laser paper, so don't understand that. Leaving the sheets on a flat desk for a long time does not help either. I emailed them, but no reply yet.Have not had it long, but wanted to point out that it is a vast improvement over the old one I had, especially the scanning. That gives a lot of choices on what program to use and what format to save it it.All in all, a good machine for a reasonable price.OK, it is now 4/1 (not an April Fool review) and have used it for a couple months and I really love it. It is the third MFP I've had, the other two being ink jets. I solved the paper curling by getting a different brand.It is exceptionally fast printing compared to ink jets. In sleep mode it is totally silent. Everything works perfectly in printing, scanning, copying and faxing. one of the best printers I've had, and I go all the way back to dot matrix. Highly recommend it, I think now it is five star.

I wanted an all in one laser unit that was as small as possible. Although it has scanning capacities I don't need this since I also have a full size scanner. The print and faxing capabilities are good as I have the unit connected via Ethernet to Win Vista and Mac OS 10 (latest version) computers. I used the Brother install disks for each computer. At one point I lost the network connection on the Mac and had to use the USB port. Later I lost the Vista network connection. I went back and tried setting up the network connections on both computers again and was successful. For whatever reason the Mac couldn't see the printer at one point and then later it could. With the Win computer I just deleted the original Brother icon and Vista found it the next time. At this point I am very pleased with unit.

i've been very happy with the unit except after not quite three years the rollers refuse to pick up paper from the paper tray - jams every time. It doesn't have an easy alternate feeding method - manual feed has no holder. It's supposed to be good to 24lb paper. Called brother and they concluded it's the rollers.

I bought this item through Amazon about 18 months ago. It worked fine, UNTIL the toner cartridge ran out. I bought a Brother toner replacement cartridge, which cost about $100. And guess what? The machine continues to give me toner cartrdige error messages, and I can't print a thing out. The Brother websites troubleshooting instructions are virtually useless, telling you that if their instructions don't work, buy another cartridge. Really? How many of us have a hundred here or there to sink into cartridges for this machine?Very frustrating, and a very blase attitude regarding troubleshooting. I will look for a replacement from a company with a better commitment to quality and customer service.

My office gave me this to replace my HP laserjet 1300. I tried it out for a couple of days and reconnected the HP, and I now have it on a shelf gathering dust. It seems to go to sleep and has to wake up again. With long documents there seems to be a long delay after a few pages are printed whilst more pages go into memory. Whilst it may be OK for printing documents of a few pages, it's not up to my demands, and I prefer my dedicated scanner (Fujitsu Scansnap) and PC fax software anytime.

You can tell Brother makes a high-quality product. Very easy setup, very consistently produces good work.However, anything I scan or copy has a tendency to get stuck in the feeder. Just a warning - it's a bit sensitive and if past warranty (1 year) can be pricey to fix. I'm switching to a flatbed scanner after the wallet pain this has caused!

This is an amazing product for the money. I had a Brother 4800 MFC for years. The only reason I upgraded was for the envelope feeder and the PDF Scanning capability. And as a bonus, this machine is faster and quieter than the 4800.

I've had the Brother MFC 4350 for 7 years and loved it. I finally decided to upgrade to a new Brother MFC 7225N. The printer installed very easily. The printer quality is very good and overall, I think I'm happy with the purchase. Two pet peeves:1) The machine is much louder than the MFC 4350 when its printing. If you have home office, you probably can't print a large document and talk on the phone at the same time because of the noise.2) The top and the bottom of the printed pages curl up. For home use, this will probably be ok. If you are printing proposals or official business-related stuff, this may annoy you. (not as professional looking)

As with all printers, it would be a good idea to check the price of consumables before purchasing this printer. This printer (actually this print engine, as it is used in several other Brother models) has a lower cost than some other Brother units, but you will make it up over the life of the printer as you buy higher-priced toner and drum units. The toner and drum units for this printer cost more than those for other Brother models, and don't last as long. Consider your printing needs and spend more upfront if you will be printing a lot.As long as you expect this going into the purchase of this printer, it is a great unit. It works as advertised, and Brother has very good drivers under Mac OS X. For the money upfront, you can't beat it. For the future cost of consumables, you may be able to find a better model for your needs.

Delivered on time. Easy to install. Nice black and white prints. Paper tray a bit plasticky. Some times hard to put back on rails after you put in printed page in tray for reverse printing. Other wise, no jams, no misfeeds yet. Works fine!

Finally, enough of the ink cartridges. The MFC 7220 is exactly what I have been looking for. It prints excellent laser quality copies. I could use this at work and not miss a beat. The included Paperport software allows editing of scanned documents. I have used the fax on a limited basis. Very pleased with the MFC-7220 and definately recommend it.

The product itself is decent and prints well, but jams when you try to print envelopes. Or, if it doesn't jam, the envelopes come out looking crooked. I called tech support twice, and first they told me that they can't help me because it's not their problem that it's printing crooked, but a problem with the software...That, of course, wasn't true because I was using Word, which is good with envelopes. The next time I called they told me that the envelopes I am using are too thick, which is also total garbage because I was using the most standard #10 envelopes in the world! They were just totally unhelpful!If you don't plan on printing envelopes, or calling tech support, it's a very nice machine.

I was looking for a high quality fax and stumbled upon Brother's 5 in 1 Laser Multifunction Center. This is a great piece of equipment for anyone to have, even if you are just looking for a good laser printer. The quality is great and it prints very fast. The fax can store up to 400 pages in its memory if you are out of paper, and the images, when faxed, are all scanned into the memory before the fax dials up the number. This makes for an easy, smooth fax that creates no problems.I have yet to run into a jamming problem with the fax or the printer. The scanning capabilities are great as well, scanning the image exactly as it looks down to the detail, which some scanners are uncapable of doing. Of course it is a large file to copy so perfectly, but that can always be reduced to a more manageable size. The only downside to the scanning capabilities is that it is not a flat bed, so you won't be able to take noncomforming shapes, such as IDs and so on and scan them. But that is a small price to pay for a great scanner.All in all, the Brother MFC-7220 Laser Multifunction Printer has met all of my expectations and more. Buy it for the printer, which is exceptional, and you will get so much more.

I bought an MFC-7220 for my father who wanted to be able to screen incoming faxes on his computer before they were printed out and fax documents from his computer. This does both and more very well.My impression of some of the features:Build quality - very good.Print quality - very good considering the price and variety of functions the machine has.Ease of use - although the documentation wasn't the best (which seems to be common among Japanese multifunctions), it was relatively easy to set up and figure out how to do everything. Operation is simple. The software that runs the PC sending and receiving is very easy to understand and run.Size - nice and compact, and controls aren't crowded.This is the second Brother machine I've bought (the other was a simple laser printer) and I they seem to be really doing things right.
