Now, I'm a man, and I recommend this for men too. Ladies, if you want your man to have a smooth face and he just hates shaving, this is the answer to both your dreams.
I'm of Mediterranean descent, so I have coarse, dark whiskers which are a pain to shave. Literally, a pain. And even after I shave it looks like I haven't. Years ago, I went for lazer hair reduction, which helped a lot. It killed about 50% of my whiskers, mostly under the chin and on my sides. But the mustache and ball of the chin were hardly affected, since these areas have the coarsest hairs.
Recently, I had been waxing my face. After 6 months of waxing, it has become really easy and painless to pluck out my whiskers. The first few times were very painful. But after a few times, it becomes easier and less painful because the hair root is less dense and less tethered to the skin.
So I went online looking for a home lazer kit to try my own lazer treatments at home, since waxing once a week was just too time consuming and messy. I didn't even know about epilators until looking for lazers. So when I found epilators, I starting comparing different types and brands. From the customer reviews I decided to go with this one because it has 40 hair pluckers instead of 20, and because it's a little better built and more durable than the cheaper models.
Well, it just arrived and I just tried it and it works absolutely brilliantly. I didn't feel a thing, because my hairs had already been plucked out many times, and their roots are not so stubbornly attached to the root system. Honestly, all I felt was light tugging on my skin. No pain what-so-ever. And it even gets the small fine hairs around the lips, which are so-o-o-o time consuming with tweezers. With a 40-plucker epilator, I did my whole face in about 10 minutes, and it's as smooth as silk.
To reduce the redness afterward, I just rub an ice cube over my skin for a couple of minutes, and then apply some Jergens lotion.
Now, here's a little tip for both men and women... If you haven't plucked your hair before, the first time will be painful. But trust me, it gets easier with time. I did my whole face today and didn't feel a thing.
So, to ease the pain when you're first starting out, simply tap the epilator onto your skin and then immediately remove it. Wait 10 seconds or so, and then tap again. Short little taps will pluck out a few hairs at a time, making it far less painful than sweeping a longer section. Also, hold your skin down with your free hand. This way, the hair removal is quicker and less painful, since your skin won't be pulled up with the hair. If you don't hold your skin down, then the skin will be pulled up with the hair, making the removal process more painful because it takes that much longer for the root to pass through the skin. By holding the skin down, the root just pops right out quickly and with less pain.
Doing little taps at first will take more time to cover a large area. But after a few times, when the pain is less, you'll be able to stroke the epilator across your skin in longer sweeps without having to tap, and you'll get the job done faster.
Remember that the more a hair is plucked the easier and less painful it gets. And men, try this on your face so your sweetheart can have a nice smooth face to kiss. But only if you know for sure you won't be growing a beard or mustache later, since plucking can kill some hairs, leaving you with bald patches if you try to grow a beard afterward.

I ordered one before and it came with a white bag. This one didn’t came with anything.
Do you know who i should contact? I dont want to initiate a refund since there’s no more left and it was on sale !
Any advice/help?

At first, i was not really good to do it myself and now, after one year of using it, i can say i’m a pro and i am really happy with my product!

I have been using epilators for 15-ish years as my primary hair removal method and this epilator is the third one I've owned. I think this is important for you to know because 1. I have a sense of how this one compares to others I have used and 2. I am a person who actually likes using an epilator.
I think point number two is especially important because I think a lot of negative epilator reviews come from people who whom there is no epilator that is right for them. So in those cases negative reviews from them are not about that particular model but rather the idea of epilating overall.
One of the most common epilator complaints in general is pain. I'm not typically bothered by the pain associated with epilators. Overtime you feel the sensation less. However, I must say that this epilator I am reviewing is the most painless I have used. I felt so little that at first I worried it wasn't really pulling the hairs. So I waited a bit before reviewing to confirm that yes it really did remove the hair. So if you are sensitive regarding pain this one might be the right one for you.
Another common complaint in epilator reviews is that the epilator just breaks the hair and did not really remove it. That has not been my experience at all with this epilator. It is clearly pulling the hair at the root. I'm very happy with it.
You do have to go over spots more than once. In my experience this is a typical thing with epilators. So no shade about this model. Epilating simply takes a bit longer than shaving or waxing. But the results last and it is way less hassle and money than waxing.
The biggest downside is that you do have you keep this one plugged in to use it. It's not cordless. My last one was cordless so it's a little frustrating to be stuck near an outlet. But the cord is a reasonable length.
Overall I am happy with this and glad I took the plunge to get a new epilator.
