repacked and second-hand product supplied which is giving lot of noise into recording. i have stopped using it and the it into dust bin.
i know amazon will say its the supplier who has to take action, the boya co will not take any responsibility. the supplier will keep silence. because everyone above has got their share of money from my payment. actually, I wanted a bye a good product for my video recording.
i m just upset and sad about such MBA management where no is ready ethically to take care and take responsibility.
now just imagine whether just after receiving the item how can anybody test such electronic devices immediately, meanwhile the return window expires. ultimately no one responsible and the loss has happened.
so sad, money lost, trust on boya and the supplier gone. amazon do not take responsibility as a platform, only.

Item is good. Worth buying. But the plastic clip which holds the mike, not very sturdy. Unfortunately, I did not check the clip when the order was delivered. Later, in the field I had found that one arm of the mike holding plastic clip was broken. I feel it's irresponsibility of the seller only that he/she had sent the item without checking. So, only 3 stars.

I think this product is like on air by so many youtubers... personally i shall not recommend you to buy boya mic M1 because noise cancellation is very very poor and sound quality like I am using my internal mic that is why this product is not value for money...so please stay away from this product it'll not work as you think guys...search product before you swipe.

you are purchasing a mic for 1400 bucks and found you inbuilt mic produce better sound. really disappointed. Maybe i got a duplicate product as seal was already opened also quality was not as expected

I was happy with the discount offer and went for it as I was in tight budget. My akg headphone included in note10 has much better sound.
It's not worth it. Save money and go for better microphone like rode. Worst decision I've made buying it because of the offer price.

Way better than headphone or phone microphone.....I'm not expert in this filed but ... It can be used for vloging and beginer works....sound quality is nice..not really loud and not that low ...noise cancellation is good enough compared to smartphone mic and headphones....as I am using it for fingertsyle guitar recording ...yeah it has its own ambient sound..can be removed through audio software

It's like a cheap quality mic of worth Rs. 120-150 it's not even cancelling the noise of a ceiling fan. lost of disturbance in the recorded audio I think we can buy a cheap mic instead of spending so much money...I requested it for return...

Then superview is wide enough to catch mic hairs

Mic is good but noise cancellation is not too much good with compared to cheap lapel coller mic. I bought this boya mic @ 1550 rs. And lapel wired mic i bought for 250 rs. From amazon. Both the audio quality is the same. If u r beginner than pls dont buy this now. Go for any cheap lapel coller wired mic. Which is good as its be on ur collar and near ur mouth.

The audio pickup of this microphone is omni-directional and it definitely makes a positive difference when using it. I picked up this mic after doing some research for microphones I could use with my iPad and iPhone to enhance onboard sound. This one is perfect for my uses and at twenty bucks the price was right too.

It's a great product but make sure you are not a high quality mobile user as I own an one plus 7 and the sound quality is one and the same
Note: for best and crisp sound with this mic please use Google camera it is the best companion for this mic

Purchased this product for vlogging but then noticed that this product is not upto the mark. it captures lot of out side noise. apart from the noise cancellation looks and build quality everything is really good.

Very disappointed. The questions answered said it was compatible with the Canon range of cameras and so I bought it and now because it is incompatible I'm stuck with a purchase that I cannot return.

This Mic is marketed as being great for video/phone use in reducing the wind. Whilst the recording quality pick up is good, I found it made next to no difference in reducing the wind sound -which is the whole reason I bought it. I had to try and add extra buffering socks to it, to try and make it useable. The wind muffle sock it comes with is basically ineffective.

I actually bought this to start vlogging but am using it for doing podcast also. Reason I mentioned podcast is I used all sorts of headphone Sony, JBL, Apple, and OnePlus those were collecting the fan and AC interference. But BOYA MM1 being directional it is taking only my input atleast from 3-4 feet away from mic. I would recommend.

Great product at a reasonable price. Satisfied with the purchase. It's really helping me making videos and recording sounds with better quality. I'm using it with my camera and sometimes even phone. If you're looking for recording videos then this is the product for you and It's not overpriced or anything.
