Well Built, OS is Buggy and Unrefined
This phone has a great feel, build quality and screen... however, the OS is confusing and the touch screen is just not responsive or sensitive enough for my taste... Blackberry needs to hire some smart and wise developers who are logical and freedom oriented, so they can reflect refinement, simplicity, effectiveness and genius in their OS. After all, an OS is just as good as the minds of the developers you hire.

i do try like three attempt before switching it on
Its working well but i do not seem to get why it sometimes switch off by itself, i do try like three attempt before switching it on . Apart from that, its good.

I actually ordered this phone for my cousin who wanted me to get him one, ever since i gave the phone to him, he has been using it without any problem in africa, its the best gift he has ever received. thanks Amazon

It is a beautiful piece of art. A little complicated as it comes with very little instructions but it truly opens the door to new generation of technological advancement.keep the good work.such a beautiful picture quality and clarity.

The best BB
It is elegant, simple to use, with a lot of new features. Very similar to iPhone and Galaxy but with the touch of BlackBerry. Great for all BlackBerry lovers and those who are willing to give a chance to BB.

Not Worth The Money!!!
Bought it for $612 in Mid of May This Year (2013) and now very surprised to see the Price go down to $408 with the same Seller for the same exact Phone!!! I should have bought an Unlocked iPhone5 for this price from Apple directly, atleast they dont drop the prices so drastically.

Works fine
Carried this abroad, no problems with the local networks there, I did not know it used a micro sim though, got myself a sim cutter at Amazon and that did the trick, The phone is fantastic.

Appareil en temps que tel, et très bien, sauf que manque des applications de origine (dispose moins d'applications que BB 9860) et en plus est uniquement technologie 2G-3G, et pas 4G comme étant annoncer sur le site.
19/11/2015 et il ma servis que 2 mois (il est en panne) ne veux plus démarrer ( se allumer). J'ai consulter un revendeur dans ma région et il ma répondus que c'est programmateur de demarage (un composent électronique) qui a grier. Du coup je mon sert avec mon vieux BB 9860 et je veux dire pour conclure que le vendeur et un VOLEUR, car très peu explication sur produit, et je suis sur que il connaissez le default.

Attention, anomalies dans la description !
Attention ! L’appareil vendu comme neuf est une occasion ! Le coffret est ouvert et les scellés déchirés. Par ailleurs l’appareil était légèrement resté ouvert en force au niveau de la batterie. J’attends un contact du vendeur pour remboursement partiel avant procédure. Je vous dirais s’il est honnête.

Telefono ok! Ma..
Il telefono tutto ok, ho riscontrato un problema nella batteria appena ricevuto come sempre l'ho fatto scaricare ma nel momento in cui ho collegato il telefono al caricabatterie niente il telefono era morto e non riconosceva il caricatore alla fine ho dovuto acquistare una nuova batteria! X il resto tutto ok anche i tempi di spedizione!

pensavo che prendesse molto meglio..., degli altri... e invece è nella media, per il resto va bene: SO sciolto,
batteria direi ok per un uso giornaliero normale, mi è già caduto sul marciapiede.. e quindi
resistente, entra nella tasca dei jeans, maneggevole con una mano, lo store non è
fornitissimo però le cose principali ci sono.

Batteria fuori uso
batteria fuori uso - inutilizzabile - la batteria non tiene la carica - purtroppo il fornitore si era impegnato a cambiarla ma nulla mi è arrivato - forse per iil problema di non prendere possibili virus per colpa mia non ho schiacciato sul link "con la sostituzione della batteria il problema è risolto"
Si posso dire che il problema sarebbe risolto se il fornitore mi spedisse una batteria nuova ; però penso che le batterie in circolazione del Blackberry Z 10 non siano in buiono stato considerato che quella che avevo comprato in precedenza singolarmente mi è durata comunque almeno 6 mesi.
