Battery
Battery run flat too quickly. Always hot when charing with the charger that came with it. Need a car charger to enjoy the phone just incase you are outta the house

Locked BlackBerry Z10 phone.
I purchased an unlocked phone yet I was sent a locked phone. I a now face with the situation of having to pay to have the phone unlocked. I am recommending that as a matter of urgency I be refunded the money to have the phone unlocked or I be given a code to unlock the phone.

2 months ago buy one, I served in movistar Venezuela, but had sudden death, suddenly release, was shut down and not it caught more, take you to repair and was told no repair so simple, I lost my money and cost me 300 and incidentally here wash their hands

No International unlock
I recently bought this phone for using in Venezuela and when I power on says Digitel Venezuela, I tried to use with Movistar and Movilnet and is not working, could you please send the unlock code because I need to use with Movilnet. THIS PHONE IS NOT UNLOCKED!
