Es muy buen tel?fono, es 3G Y TRABAJA MUY BIEN. Este en particular no me trajo la funda, ni las instrucciones en CD, ni aud?fonos, y tampoco trajo el adaptador de corriente correcto para usarlo en Venezuela. Adem?s tiene el detalle que no agarra 3G con Movilnet.Otro que compr? directamente con Amazon si me trajo todo lo que ?ste no trajo y funciona el 3G con cualquier operadora. A pesar de que me cost? un poco m?s.

Es muy f?cil su utilizaci?n! Me encanta! Estoy muy contenta con la compra!. El tel?fono es de los mas c?modos para llevar! es mucho mas peque?o que los blacksberrys comerciales (bold, javelin, etc) aunque es mas peque?o y liviano, sigue manteniendo la comodidad en las teclas para escribir.

El precio es muy conveniente lo he probado en latinoamerica por motivo de mis viajes y funciona en todos los paises que he visitado. Solo compro los chip's de operadoras locales activo el plan de datos y listo.

The description says "compatible with ... 3G HSDPA 850/900/1700/1900/2100" MHz. It is not compatible with AT&T 3G wich is 850/1900MHz.This cellphone has UMTS bands 1, 4, 8 (900/1700/2100MHz). There is a another version of this phone that has 850/1900/2100MHz, it is different from this item.No full manual (only quick guide), no software CD or SD card, but these are minor issues.Other than that the phone works fine. Fast UI, good reception, great battery life. No problems. Internet browser works without BIS.Just no 3G on AT&T. Be sure to check 3G bands that your provider uses.

I boutght this cellphone because I wanted to use it in Venezuela, and it did'nt came unlocked, once I started the phone appeared "insert MEP code" and I asked the people here that know about blackberry and I found out that it isn't free for any carrier in the world! I'M REALLY MAD BECUASE NOW I HAVE TO PAY TO UNLOCKED SOMETHING THE IT WAS SUPPOSED TO CAME UNLOCKED!!!I can't return the cellphone for as you can imagine I'm not in the states! You ARE A FRAUD!!

This is just the right phone if you are looking for chat, facebook, whatsapp, WiFi and GPS function in one little handset. Elegant and easy to use. It works OK in Ecuador (HSDPA 850 / GSM 850) so don't hesitate to buy this phone if you are wondering if it will work in Ecuador!

Excelente el tiempo de env?o, dise?o del m?vil, ligero, compacto, delicado, practico, liberado.Lamentablemente este equipo nevega en 3G para tecnologia CDMA y en 2G para tecnologia GSM, aclaratoria que no vi en la publicaci?n!!! y viene solo con el idioma Ingles y Frances

but for the pennies you get a wipe. The sticker has two adhesive sides but one did not work.I ended up not using it.Application: remove the top on one side, cover the screen, remove the top side. (it has numbers to indicate steps). The 2nd step did not work.

Excelente equipo, no he tenido ningun problema en cuanto a su funcionamiento en Venezuela: le coloque el sim card de Movistar y al encenderlo solamente le cambie el idioma y listo a funcionar el 100% de todas las aplicaciones. Ademas la actualizaci?n es super f?cil con el Blackberry Desktop Software. Es un celular magnifico; lo recomiendo.

They sent me another model of phone and with other 3G specifications. the advertisement clearly stated BB 9100 with 3G band 900 (1,4,8) and sent me a BB 9105 with 3G band 1900 (1,2,5,6)

Can one of the people that already bought this very product from the seller please verify that this is the Pearl 3G 9100 with QWERTY keyboard?I got confused when reading in the product descriotion that this is the "international version" - does this mean this phone has an ABC keyboard like the ones you get in Europe or Canada (Pearl 3G 9105) ?Please let me know what the international version is refering to.many thanks,Dominik

This is a great phone, but DOES NOT HAVE A WARRANTY. If you buy this phone you are buying a second-hand Vodophone phone (even though it has not been used) and you will have no support if anything goes wrong after 30 days. My phone's LCD screen failed after about four months, and PUT Group would not assist or replace the phone, and the warranty was not valid (well, I could have either gone to Europe and dealt with Vodophone, or paid BlackBerry ~$200 to fix it).
I don't know why this listing still says that there is a warranty, because that is FALSE, and they need to update the information along with price of the phone accordingly.

At first I thought it's great that each number only has 2 alphabets so texting will be easier. Soon enough, the keys start having problems. When entering someone's number or trying to navigated automated systems where you have to enter numbers, the keys sometimes enter twice or even three times even though you pressed a number once. It gets really annoying. I would recommend that you move onto another phone.

Everybody is running for the popular iphones...Samsung etc.
But I got to say that this is a hidden treasure. I had a battery issue at first but once it was replaced at the seller's expense all was fine with me. If you have an issue with this phone first call blackberry technical service and they will free of charge trouble shoot...remotely. That is what I did.

When I ordered my phone, it said that it was a Verizon phone, but when I took it to Verizon, they told me it was a GSM phone, and couldn't be used. Beware when buying online!

I did enjoy the phone however seeing as how Blackberry phones have their problems it was annoying. The start up time took less than the average blackberry and restarted in 2 minutes. The phone was very lightweight and sleek. video quality and colors were amazing. If you do end up getting a blackberry I recommend this one, but if you can stay away than get an iPhone.

I am from Venezuela and the phone works perfectly here with movistar. Shipment was fast and everything was new with all its accesories. Z10 varies from the regular BlackBerry series so you have to retrain yourself on how to use it if you were familiar with other BlackBerry phones. But it's worth the exercise. Touch screen is very responsive which was a major issue I had with my previous android phone.
My only negative comment is the lack of Google maps (the real one) and Instagram (the real one)

A hoax. It arrived incomplete, without headphones and charging is not official Blackberry brand as is the case. A total theft. And to complete it do not works in Venezuela. The worst purchase of my life. Definitely the thieves are everywhere in the world. But God will multiply the damage that I've caused to you.

I rate 5 stars because the seller gave good detail and the price was good.
I rate Blackberry z10 a basic phone, Blackberry needs to update completely with their devices.
I would like blackberry too, have more custom things on it that no other phone has. its just a basic phone to me, that when i switched from android to blackberry there was very limited things, i guess blackberry needs alot of app updates too. :)
