Ordered a used 9810 and the phone was in muchj better condition that described. Works well. Very happy with it. It is my third phone I have bought for the family and all were in great condition and work just fine

I have been a BlackBerry user for as long as I can remember. They are good quality for the basic phone functions, which is what I want and need.
The 9810 is no exception. The slider is an upgrade for me. It gives me a bigger screen and a soft keyboard which is bigger than the standard BB. The 9810 is also a convenient size. I have tried the so called 'seniors' phones, and they are generally cheaply built and lacking in basic phone functions.
So I hope BB doesn't get out of the handset market. I don't want to carry around a huge smart phone that is loaded with features I'll never use.

Love the small size and the qwerty key board that slides out... that's what I bought it for. Its great for just the phone aspect, but the rest seems to have glitches like the same date and time for all emails. I just don't have time to figure out all the 'smart' phone aspects of the phone, just use it for emergency calls if I need to.

Phone's worked great, I've had it for a month. The browser is too outdated to surf the web, but it's fine for talking and texting which is all I use the phone for. The camera is pretty decent too.

This cellphone works as well as it ever could. My needs only require phone and text, and this does each great. Occasional wifi needs are met and all works as expected.

i am very dissapointed with the phone .first the blackberry phone i bought was refurished ,and i pay for a new phone .i am so upset about buying this phone because i took it to my country guyana and i am back and until now that phone did not work ,the phone needs a new board the phone is terrible i am really sorry i bought it ,and it is a phone its has not black berry written on it and it has white manual and i saw the orignal blackberry and it is a total big different ,from the one u guys sell to me .i will like to now what will happen i bought a new phone and has to fix it .it ia not fare someone please help.i am telling everyone do not buy phones on lines no more the say their phone are new but they are not .

The Blackberry Torch 9810 was sold as " new " , but it was not. Scratches on both Green / Red booting on the lower bar.
The Battery inside scratched and rubbed . Removed the cover, on the left bottom screw inside the phone a sticker they apply as a seal to make sure nobody unscrew it again ( otherwise it brakes ).
The phone itself works ok , the battery doesn't last much.
Set aside , need a really new one.
Currently waiting for the permission to return it , no answer / action since 10 days , but it's Christmass . . .
