Faulty product
The phone started having issues in the receiver just after 10 days of purchase. We can not hear anything when the phone rings and we pick it up. There is no support information for the product as well where it can be rectified. A total waste of money as of now.

Pathetic product
Pathetic product and pathetic service... within 30 days it stopped working and as per their service centre for Rs.500 product people should travel 30kms to get it repaired

No problem with it. Hand piece hooks oddly and is clumsy to pick up. Ring tone is piercingly shrill.

It has a smooth finish, phone has a good appeal, and sound of ring is good, dial volume is perfect... Simple phone server the purpose perfectly..

Excellent product for the price (review on 13-Aug-2018)
I order this phone to replace my intercom phone.. Phone works as expected, easy to install on the wall. Ringtone is very loud, you won't miss any call.

Faulty item delivered
I bought the item it was one way from day one , thought that it line fault but Lester through lineman it was discovered phone is faulty and unable to make outgoing calls. Now Amazon refused to help fixing this via replacement or warranty.

Best economical phone for minimum usage.
Best land line if your usage is minimal with economic price. Good voice clarity and the Bell is loud enough to gather attention though you are in next room. No mute button / caller ID functions yet is serves it purpose best.

Does not last even 1 year
I had purchased this same model twice and both of them stopped working within 1 year. Land line phones are supposed to work for years and years without any issues.

Binatone trend landline set black
I was purchased one binatone trend landline set on 6th June 2019 on guarantee period. at present it is not working. Pl. Replace this item. I am regular customer. I hope company replace this item.
