Good product
Excellent easy to use and simple phone. Dont expect the phone to do anything great other than taking and making a few calls within the attached epabx system. Delivered on time and was super easy to install. Sound quality is good, build is decent and will solve the purpose of serving my need for a intercom

Value for money
Wanted a basic phone for connecting to my modem for free calls provided by ISP. Worth the money. Ring Tone is loud... No display or storage... Has redial button. Can be Wall mounted... Does the job.

Quite alright
I usually buy the black beetle phone which keeps slipping out so this time I decided to buy this Binatone model and to my surprise, this one sticks. The receiver doesn’t slide out and locks easily. Plus it’s very affordable. Cheers!

Defective landline
This product is one of the worst product I have received from amazon till the date. The phone was delivered in a great condition but the phone seemed to be defective and it didn’t worked at all. We also called our local electrician for a check but the product didn’t even start. It’s my humble request to amazon to improve the dealers quality who are listed otherwise it will affect the reputation of such a great company. Thank you !!

Bad quality, Manufacturer unreachable
Keypad stopped working and the contact number given by Amazon for customer care says number is switched off and the landline for the company says incoming calls not allowed. So while product has one year warranty it is virtual since you can not reach the manufacturer to enforce it.

Can't act as a primary device
Just an okay device but u can't expect more at this price.... Earpiece volume simply depends on the other side... Good with mobiles and poor with landline. Till now no problems in 2months of usage.

Good for the price, takes pretty less space
Works well, the port for inserting the connection is at the base of the device, so please take that into mind if thinking about gettng it wall mounted

Pathetic Phone
After using for over 1 month, here is my review-
1) Made in China product.
2) Every 5-10 mins in a call, you will automatically stop hearing others voice, you have to disconnect and call again.
3) No volume key, so most of the time, you will not be able to hear others.
Overall average phone in 500.

Good initially
good basic phone. I'm currently using it for intercom and its seamless. The wall mount option is also available with makes it easier to place and operate, saves space.
P.S dialpad stopped working after 1 year..! unusable now

Good basic instrument, but receiver retention could be better, receiver plastic could be sturdier
This my second purchase of this instrument. The first one's receiver fell and cracked. The receiver retention is not good. Nor is the durability. But if handled properly, it works well. One has to use it bit carefully.

I have purchased this on april 2019 but in 3 month there is an issue with sound is not comming .i search the tollfree no to binatone but no number is working i dont knw how to take service because it come with 1 yr warranty please help me on this my no is 9718391985

Inadequate and wrong info
Phone is good. However the product details provided in product information like 35 call log memories, were giving a feel of phone with caller id. Which is not so. Detailed operation manual is not present. Box was not in sealed condition.

Phone not working after a month of use
First of all it does not have loudspeaker option and no button for volume control. You'll get a headache talking on it.
After a month of use, this phone stopped working. Worst product ever.

I had to change the phone to hanging one because our little one was fiddling with the wires. the installation is great and sound is also reasonable.

very compact and light weighted
Product is very compact and consuming very less space even if it's not wall mounted. Selection switch available to select loud vs little ringer. Happy so far with this product. It's made in Hong Kong

Worst experience ever!!!!!!!
The phone was never working since purchased. I tried to contact the seller several times, but he never got back. Amazon also did not help regarding this. Worst experience ever!!!!!!!

Value for money!
Sound quality is the best. It is true value for money. The phone keypad is small but can be easily used by adults. Very big hands may face an issue while typing.
