For the price, it’s gives a good quality picture, but what’s incredibly frustrating is how fast and loose manufacturers are still (in 2020) playing with the term HDR. This is not a 10-bit panel, but an 8-bit panel with software that fakes the HDR range and I really wish manufacturers would be more forthcoming with this critical difference.

No matter the manufacturers’ claims, the end result is an underwhelming version of HDR... you get some of the effect, certainly, but not the eye-popping difference a true 10-bit panel gives. It’s more like “SDR+“, and I really think that is the label they should be using.

This particular screen is also quite dark at 300 nits (not so much a problem for where I’m using it) and the white point in HDR mode is a bit on the yellow side.

In terms of resolution and response rate though, this monitor is excellent, which is why I haven’t scored it too harshly.

Love it. Looks great, colours are vivid and while it's not strictly a gaming monitor it does well enough for my needs (I play some fast paced games - Rocket League, Destiny 2 and the inbuilt AMA does a fine job of keeping up with the action) as well as being a joy to watch films on. Haven't used HDR so can't comment on that as a feature but overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase (so far).

The wife likes the style and function of the monitor.
It took a bit of fiddling about to setup the eye preferences(but it is the same for all users) for her, but she is happy with it as it sits far back to the wall now, vs further forward from her old monitor.
The only downside is that there is not up/down adjustment on it, but for the price it is great!

I bought the EW327OU 32” Monitor to use with my desk top PC which I use mostly for gaming. It is definitely a big screen, but if your buying for PC use you might want to consider going with the 28”, (I kinda wish I did now). Picture quality seems ok, but not as good as I was expecting.

Amazing monitor for the price considering the specs. Only downside is the HDR is pretty much a lie.
Photo mode is the only good mode to use without calibration but it does the job just fine and has fairly similar colour reproduction in comparison to my MacBook.

I would without a doubt recommend this monitor unless you have a considerably higher budget.

Very decent monitor for the price on offer. The HDR advertised is not perfect however. Some games alleged to support HDR do struggle to display on this monitor and if like mine you'll find yourself constantly in and out of the settings trying to get the right setting for different games and switching between. The style is very good and lightweight. However the frameless edge is a bit strange to get use to. Although the frame is not prominent around the edge the display does not go all the way to the edge of the screen and you are left with a black line. Good colours and quality.

The display has really accurate colors, even though not blingy as my phone (samsung s8+). Compared to colours, my phone wins, but compared to size and clarity, this display wins. This display is so accurate that you see too much noise in dark backgrounds, especially on netflix (daredevil s3). Movies are a treat on this thing, but bear in mind you will need good quality movies (blu rays) to make it shine. The gaming aspect is fine, I can see my enemies clearly in rainbow6siege, but I am capped at 60fps. The best part of this display is the eye care. This helped me loads during my long hours of studying, minmal eyestrain if any.

I just wanted this monitor for everyday use and it's been excellent. Easy to setup and the built-in speakers are a real bonus. I've really missed having a big screen during lockdown and it's been great using this to connect to my laptop. I use it with a docking station for my work laptop but just connect my personal laptop via HDMI and use a wireless keyboard and mouse. Would recommend to anyone wanting a laptop for everyday use.

If you're looking to buy a gaming monitor this is definitely not the one, it tries emulate HDR and it hurts your eyes, it does have v-sync but if you own a rtx graphic card then you will have problems once it does not work properly with it, only 60 mhz. Overall if you would like to buy it for gaming bear in mind you could find a better monitor for some extra pounds.

I have been using the screen for about 3 weeks now and so far I really like the screen. I don't game as much as used to, however, I play from time to time and I must admit gaming in 4K is a completely different league.
The screen is huge 32 inches compared to 24 inches (my previous screen) and it took me 2-3 days to used to and now my everyday work (mainly photoshop, Corel and office software) is absolutely a pleasure. But be aware of the dead pixels issue, the first screen I received came with three dead pixels so I sent back to Amazon, second, came perfectly so make sure to check yours, rather than that screen is great.
BTW HDR mode is only good when HDR content is receiving, HDR emulation mode is quite poor.

Brought this to replace my LG32Ud99w which was consistently faulty. This screen was half the price of that and only slightly lower screen quality. The HDR is good not amazing but you have to expect what you pay for. Overall a great monitor, only negatives are no usb ports and if you are coming from a £1000 grade screen the brightness is not on par but still very good. Build quality seems sound too.

This monitor is extremely dim. Compared to my new MacBook the colours are both washed out and dark. Doesn’t appear to be a way for me to significantly change the picture. If it’s bright In the room I struggle to be able to view it.

The speakers are terrible in my opinion. Quickly disabled because the sound from my MacBook is 10x better.

Really good monitor, HDR emulator can take some time getting use to as the colours do change, I’m guessing thats a good thing? But overall happy with it, only downside is when i start my computer the picture seems dull so i have to keep going into settings and change the brightness, personally not a problem but could see it annnoying others.

I don't understand the point of a monitor that has a USB-C port but only uses it for display output.

I would expect this to charge my laptop too, and ideally for the monitor to have a couple of USB ports (so that it acts as a USB hub), but this Ben Q monitor does not support power delivery (cannot charge laptop) and does not have any USB inputs.

I bought this to connect to my 2016 12" MacBook on my office desk. The picture quality is superb and the monitor looks great. The ONLY reason I didn't give 5 stars was because it doesn't supply enough power to my MacBook through the one cable while in use. This means that my MacBooks battery decreases when plugged in so I have to make sure it's juiced up before using the monitor for extended periods. Apart from that, it has been a fantastic addition to my desk. There's also no USB A ports for anyone who wants to use this as a dongle/adapter substitute.

Extra screen dimensions perfect for workflow and multitasking, resolution is very high and ideal for working on visually exacting tasks such as photo and video editing. I won't look back now having moved to this (huge but surprisingly adaptable) screen. The 4K resolution helps with all tasks and makes browsing and quickly moving from one task to another (regardless of the nature of the task) quick and simple - you'll never lose your train of thought flicking between endless tabs!

I was skeptical initially about the picture and the resolution, but I was very surprised when I first turned this on and the screen auto adjusted itself.

I've played various Xbox games with no lags. Also use it with Macbook pro.

The adjustment is only vertically.

For the price and quality, I highly recommend.

Nowhere on the product specification does it say this will not connect to an apple. There is no driver for an apple mac and the manual only refers to windows. It is therefore useless to me and all other apple mac users...

Amazon website clearly states VESA mount but this is not true. If I had time to send back and purchase aa different model with the mount I would have

 HDMI cuts out every few seconds, then starts working fine, then starts cutting out every few seconds. Rinse and repeat. Was working fine for a few weeks but evidently the HDMI ports aren't the best built, tried both of them and they don't work. Bought a new HDMI cable from amazon, still has the same issue. Went through 3 cables which all work fine on other TVs but not this. PS4 and Macbook both have issues with this monitor.

I decided to get rid of my 2010 Mac and upgrade to a Mac Mini. I bought the best spec Mac Mini, as I intend to use Final Cut Pro to edit 4K video. I then needed an excellent monitor. I spent ages trying to find one but as I had already bought Benq monitors started looking at this one (EW3270U). The price went way down around at the end of November. So bought it. Really pleased that I bought it. Very easy to set up and everything just looks brilliant. Love it!

Was looking to get a low-budget IPS monitor for general purpose/video watching use, this monitor fits perfectly. Thin frame looks very nice, colors look good, and really like the auto adjusting brightness feature (like the auto-adjust brightness on phones) to fit whether my room is bright or dark. Benq never disappoints

This a decent monitor and very good build quality. The 4K and HDR performance is very good. My only criticism is that the USB-C does not deliver power to charge my MacBook Pro which is why I sent this monitor back.
