The clarity of this monitor blows my older one away and with the HDMI connections to accompany the DVI one, this allows be to switch between my PC and something else like an XBOX or Raspberry Pi.

I am not much of a gamer at this point but I still wanted 2ms just in case I get the mood for gaming again. Now, I primarily use this monitor for serious working. I am going to exchange though because I need a monitor for more than just casual use. I didn't really notice it in the store (live and learn!) but the problem I have is that if you use it for reading much, you will find that the text has tiny blotchy patches around the letters in words, and their slight randomness makes for a pretty bad text image overall, in my eyes. It's OK if you just need casual reading, but for serious work (scrutinizing text in spread sheets, etc) I'm still trying to find a better monitor. I may go with a Gateway but I'm still trying to figure it out. If I were rich I'd get one of the higher dollar models, of course.

Absolutely nothing to complain about - arrived safely, works very well, fits right in with my other monitors, and looks great. Would definitely buy again.

The size is perfect for gaming. I also love the brightness of the LED back lighting--it's so much more vibrant than an LCD. I have not noticed any dead pixels, but at the same time I don't spend time looking for them. I love this monitor and would buy it again.

This is a great monitor. The brightness from the LED backlight is impressive. I actually adjusted it down a tad... what an upgrade from earlier LCD models. This seems to be the perfect size if you want big, however, want all the quality for graphics, etc. The 27" size of other monitors seem to be pushing the limits of 1080p for an up close monitor. I was worried about some of the older reviews that mentioned dead pixels, however I don't have any. All the recent reviews seem to be great with no pixel issues. It seems as though Asus has made improvements in that area. Five STARS.

This monitor was an upgrade from a 17 inch Sony LCD monitor and the difference was night and day. I have so much room to work with now and the resolution is better than my old monitor.I loved that I was able to mount this, which allowed me more workspace at my desk. I also love the splendid button which allows different lighting schemes. When I have to read I use the standard mode since it is at the right brightness which is not too strenuous on my eyes and when I watch movies I switch over to theater for brighter and more enriching colors. My monitor did not have any dead pixels and has not given me any problems yet. The speakers are loud enough for my taste. Overall I would definitely recommend this product to someone who wants a bigger monitor without breaking the wallet.

I bought this monitor for work. I test various computer components and needed all of the different inputs possible. This monitor has them all! Picture is crisp!PROS:- lots of different inputs to choose from- very well packaged- very crisp picture- self-adjusts when switching between sourcesCONS:- It isn't at home!WISH LIST:- Menu highlighting would blink to indicate selected. When the menu selection is only 2 items. How do you tell which one is selected?

I saw this monitor on newegg and it had great reviews, but its a few bucks cheaper here on Amazon. It arrived very fast, and packaged well. I hooked it up with an HDMI cable (not included) and it fired right up. No dead/ stuck pixels, and very bright! I read some reviews that the base is not stable and the screen wobbles, that is not true.. LED, 25", 50m:1, and 2ms sealed the deal for me!

I bought this monitor for my wife and I've been jealous of her ever since. 25 Inches is a great size. The picture is nice and crisp and it arrived with no dead pixels.

I have 2 of these I used it as dual monitor. I like it very much. great color and viewing angle. I would absolutely recommend this monitor.
