The first Sabertooth x58 I ordered was DOA. However, after waiting 2 days Amazon shipped me out a new one and I got my rig all put together. Sits very nicely inside my Phantom case and holds all my components without any problems. The second board I got booted straight up and let me install Windows 7 without issue. One thing I like is that you are allowed to have your own boot image if you install Asus' Bios flash program. Like everyone else has said the colors are nice but if you have SLI or Crossfire set up you won't see much of those. If I had one gripe with this board it would be that with my SLI setup I have no remaining PCI slots available for any other interfaces, like wireless. However, They have USB adapters for all of that now anyways! Besides the PCI layout I love this board, good job Asus.My current setup:i7-9508gb 1600Mhz RAM128gb SSD Primary500gb HDD Secondary2x 465 GTX GPU1000w PSUBD-rom + DVD-rom

Working perfectly fine with my new i7 950 and the 3x2gb Corsair memories I bought here on Amazon. The motherboard has plenty of overclocking features and many other options to customize and get the most you can of this board. 100% stable so far with a moderate overclocking. I even dind't have to reinstall Windows 7 when updating to this board from my Core 2 Quad + Asus motherboard.

It took 3 motherboards to finally get one that didn't have bad ram slot issues. I have to say Amazon was AWESOME with the RMAs. I had to RMA the board twice and both times Amazon had the replacement at my door the next business day and paid to send the old one back.MAJOR props to Amazon on the customer support. They're great RMA process and customer support is the reason I give the product 5 Stars, otherwise I would have given it a 2. In the past I have dealt strictly with Newegg but decided to give Amazon a try and I am glad I did.

Great MB. I used my old HDDs and this system started right up and never missed a beat. I was very happy as I was expecting to have to re-install the Win 7 operating system. I highly recommend it.
