The large display is just what I needed for my business. It works just finer with software I had on file to rotate the display to vertical from horizontal. awesome.

Many reviews say this monitor has back-lighting problems that supposedly vanish with time. I'm glad to say mine is not one of those :D. It's an excellent monitor with great resolution and contrast and i'm glad i spent the extra money on it. Probably the most cost effective Ip-s moniker I have seen.The only thing that could be considered negative about this monitor is the default brightness. It is a really bright monster that you will most defiantly have to tone down, but other than that perfecto :D

This is a nice monitor, the install was very easy, but the documentation is very poor. I would have liked to have a short HDMI cable included too.

I purchased this monitor around the middle of October, after researching many reviews and comparisons between this monitor and the Dell U2412. The performance between the 2 monitors appeared to be a wash, both seemed to perform very well for the money spent. The customer service, included cables and the USB 3.0 ports tipped my decision towards the ASUS, and I do not regret my choice. I purchased the monitor to help me get more accurate results editing photos in Photoshop. I find this monitor to be a fantastic value, a good balance between price and performance.

Length:: 0:18 MinsI really like this monitor. Lots of options, and the color capabilities are nice, BUT. I can't seem to get the screen to look correctly, and I'm not sure why. There is always a flare looking effect at the bottom right and left corner, the right side flares yellow, the left side flares blue. It could be the A/G coating, although I'm not certain. It is really bad on black screens on white screens there is a slight darkness in the very bottom corners, although this isn't as distracting as the white spots on a dark scene since most things aren't white, they are however darker. The video attempts to show the white spots I was describing. I'd like to love it, and may try another, but this one is going back.

This is one of the few reasonably-priced 24" monitors that you can get with 1900x1200 resolution. It also has a fully adjustable stand (raise + lower, tilt, and rotate) and a built-in USB 3.0 hub. I haven't tried to formally evaluate the color accuracy but it looks great in my opinion and seems accurate in terms of rendering photos comparably to how they look when printed. Well worth the minor premium over a run-of-the-mill 1080p 24" monitor.

At a reasonable price point, this monitor gives users some of the best video performance specs available along with extra vertical resolution, four USB 3.0 ports, and superb off-axis viewing.

This monitor got a pretty good review on CNET. I bought it as a result of a cost/performance comparison.This model has the features of a higher cost model but uses a cheaper LED panel. None of the color richness of the more expensive model.The stand is the best I have seen on any LED display, stable and good height adjustment.Big disappointment when it stopped working after 5 days. Still waiting for ASUS support to give me an RMA. This is why it gets 2 stars: it doesn't work yet!

I had looked at all the reviews about the great color, resolution, USB ports, adjustments of the stand, but no one mentioned the text quality. Well the text quality is great. I am very satisfied with this monitor and the price before Christmas was great too.

Just got this new Asus PA248Q monitor for Christmas, and I'm very impressed with the improvement in clarity and color accuracy over my previous 22" Samsung. It works very well with my MacBook Pro, and I look forward to using this as my primary work monitor.

Purchased as a needed upgrade for my photo editing. It is a bit pricey for a 24" monitor, but I decided to splurge for a more color corrected monitor over standard models. It definitely is brighter than previous models I have used; though for the price, it should have optional color calibration controls. I could not justify purchasing a Eizo or Lacie color calibrated monitor, so settled on this unit. Will definitely pair it with a colorimeter of some sort in the near future. USB 3.0 is a good added bonus.

I had the monitor for two weeks before it simply would not turn-on. I tried changing the power cable, the video cables, no luck. I just exchanged the dead one for a new one and I have my fingers crossed this one will last much longer.This seems to be a great monitor, I love the screen quality the multiple video inputs and the built-in USB hub. I'm hopeful the exchanged monitor will last longer so I can update this review and give it more stars.

Purchased from Amazon and it comes without any dead pixels. The color profile that comes with monitor is only slightly inaccurate because I used i1 Pro for calibration comparisons. Four USB3 hookups are ideal for my workflow. However, the monitor that I received has some serious defects. The Displayport doesn't work. In addition, some strong LED backlight bleed in four corners, particularly so in the lower left corner. After two weeks of use, shadows start to have greenish tint and calibrations failed to remedy the issue. Returned it back to Amazon, and purchased a PA246Q instead.

First I must say something about how amazingly fast this arrived. This monitor arrived on my doorstep from across the country (Hedron, KY to the west coast) in less that 16 hours after ordering. That is just mindblowing.This monitor has a great image and was idiot-proof easy to unpack and install. I immediately cranked up Mass Effect 3 and it looked fantastic. High-quality monitors in 16:10 resolution are hard to find at a reasonable price, and this is a great monitor at a great price.

I read every review I could find about this monitor. I demoed the competitive HP and Dell monitors. This ASUS is the real deal. Pro quality at an affordable price.The first one had one stuck pixel - it always stayed white. Amazon cross-shipped a second one. That one had two stuck pixels. Dang! Amazon overnighted the third one - PERFECT. I returned the first two and kept the third one. Amazon only charged me for one monitor. Unbelievable service.Items are made in factories. Things go wrong. Amazon makes it right.

WARNING: ASUS is not providing cash or a check but rather an American Express ® Reward Card for their rebates. It's not like most stores accept AE. I HATE REBATES especially deceptive practices that involve extensive paperwork or substitutions for cash. Get a grip CORPORATIONS! Stop nickel and diming us to death with these practices.

This monitor was exactly what I was looking for. It can be swiveled and moved up and down to allow for an optimal viewing angle. I also like the HD quality for graphics. So far, I have been extremely pleased with its performance.

I've just installed the Azus PA248Q and I'm shocked at how much better it is that my Laptop screen or my old Samsung LCD. The text is jumping off the page and the graphics are brilliant. It has VGA, DVI, and 2 HDMI inputs for connecting up to it along with a USB 3.0 Bus with 4 ports on the left side of the monitor. I've never written a review for any of the products I buy but this monitor is just too good.

I am japanese. I mean have strictly aesthetic sense. This product is best product which I can buy in USA. Actuary, NANAO an MITSUBISHI monitors are best product all of the world. But, this item are near quality to them.

I love this monitor. The color is great as well as the clarity. I also love the design it makes it easy to fit nearly anywhere. Great product. I do not regret this purchase at all plus it was delivered earlier than expected.

1920X1200, very bright, adjustable height, tilt and swivel. Every type of port you need. Perfect price point for a dual monitor setup. Had to return one of mine because the Display Port was not working, but Amazon cross-shipped a replacement.
