Outstanding monitor at a great price
I bought two of these ASUS VA24EHE monitors and in my opinion, they're great. The brightness is excellent and the colors are rich and vivid. I paired these up with a HUANUO HNDSK1-B articulated dual-monitor mount (about ~$80) and the monitors look fantastic side-by-side.
The control settings seem well laid-out and the buttons on the back of the monitor have a nice clicky feel, not mushy. The top and side frames are very thin and almost disappear from your sight when you're using it.
I don't give many 5-star ratings, but these monitors earned it- a very nice monitor at a bargain price (~$110).

Second Monitor.
I been having this second monitor for a week. It good value for the price. However when I compare the quality brightness doesn't compare the one of my desktop it a little matte or darker. I got this monitor because I work from home and I multitask but so far is a good monitor.

I did get what I ordered but it was on me to checkout the quality level. I have this next to my other Asus 23" IPS Monitors and the difference is staggering. Pixel spread is incredibly noticeable with the resolution of 1920x1080. Unfortunately as a default setting that is the highest resolution you can select. Overall it's not a terrible monitor, in game and for movies it's not a huge issue, but if you plan on doing any text base tasks such as email, reddit, i'd recommend finding a monitor that can handle higher picture quality.

All around monitor
ASUS, the top go-to brand for gaming has made themselves a winner. Hear me out, if you get headaches and dry eyes from looking at a computer screen, this is your solution!
I love playing PC games but after 2 rounds of Warzone I'd have to close my eyes for 15 minutes to prevent the blistering headache that would ensue. Once I got this monitor I have no more problems! 4 games later I feel fine and it doesn't matter what my background lighting is. Also, 75 hz is great for gaming!

I mean, it's 100 bucks.
Listen, if you review this thing like this is some sort of big ticket purchase then you either A: have no idea how much a good monitor actually costs, or B: re-read A. I got this bad boy for $105 a few weeks back as a broke college student desperately trying to assemble a new setup for the upcoming semester since my last (and only) PC bit the dust and, for the money, I couldn't be happier.
I do some gaming, photo editing, and slight video editing and I'll say, that for the money the colour range is quite acceptable, you can get 75hz outta it, and the response time (good for gaming) is very much acceptable for just over a hundred dollars. If you buy this thing and compare it to a 144hz, full Adobe sRGB colour, OLED HDR display of course it won't stack up, but it's better than any other display at the price that I could afford, and if your as broke as I am, then you'll be A OK with how it does you.

Great monitor
This listing says it's 75 Hz but I'm actually running at 60 Hz. I later learned this monitor runs different refresh rates based on the resolution you use. I'm running at 1920x1080 but the max it gives me is 60, not sure why but I'm not complaining. It's still a great monitor for the price.
Edit: I’m now running the monitor at 75hz after changing my HDMI cable and just restarting the computer. 🤷♂️

Great Monitor for The Money
This replaces a 12 year old Viewsonic 24" that is moving to my backup computer. The picture quality is excellent and I must say it is the BRIGHTEST screen I have ever owned. For my gaming use I turned the brightness and contrast way down because it suits my surroundings. The refresh rate and response time are also top notch for the price point.
I looked at DOZEN's of different screens and for more money you could get one that looks and acts better of course but for this value it rates in my top 5 all time. I have been PC gaming for 30 years as well. It does have the glow of most IPS monitors when in black screen but for me it's never noticeable when busy.
This my first ASUS monitor but, I have been using their motherboards exclusively for 20 years. This piece is on par with the elite quality of most of their products. Especially for the money. The only down side for me is the interface. The button setup on the back of the housing is a real pain at first and finding the right settings for me was difficult. It was worth it in the end though. I am 65 and it takes me a while to get the hang of new things so younger enthusiasts probably won't have issues. I rate it a 9 out of 10 for value and quality. Love it!

Extraordinary Value 24inch Monitor.
I got this monitor for $107 so that is the price I am basing this review on. This monitor is IPS and I am not an expert on monitor color accuracy but it is by far my best looking monitor when it comes to brightness and color accuracy. Nothing looks washed out or over saturated. The monitor came only with an HDMI cable. I saw other reviewers and the documentation on the website indicated it might come with a VGA cable or a DVI-D cable. It did not, only HDMI. I had to use a dual link DVI-D cable so I had to buy one. The monitor is 60hz by default and 75hz with freesync. I am unable to get 75hz to work with Dual Link DVI so I believe you need to use HDMI and freesync for that to work, not necessary for me as its not my main gaming monitor, but just keep it in mind. The bezels on the top and sides are in fact VERY thin, so it looks a lot more premium than the price indicates. The viewing angles are as described, very wide and only darkens a bit when you are looking directly from the side. The monitor stand is not adjustable up and down but it does have a tilt and is mountable. Overall, at this price point this monitor is a no brainer if you are looking for a 24inch monitor for either a secondary monitor, or if you are not a gamer and looking to watch videos or just want some color accuracy at a ~$100 price point.

Great picture
Plug and play Colors are accurate pairs nicely with video card. Replace my 2009 ASUS VW266H Monitor that the Caps finally gave out. Screen had a flaw from my wife hitting it with a broom handle. So I didn't want to replace the capacitors. Another plus this doesn't put out the heat of my old LCD. Another benefit of ASUS over Samsung a three year warranty. Why is dose Samsung only have a one year warranty? Any way very happy with this monitor! Mine came with the HDMI cable and power cable . mfg date April 2020

Best 1080p for the money.
Very happy with these monitors for the money. I bought two of these to be my second and third monitor. I run the Asus VG279q for my main gaming screen and just wanted a (close) matching Set of monitors to flank it. They come with a hdmi cable and power cable in the box. For less than 130 dollars I can’t complain about these things at all. I run nvidia eyefinity for some games and they do just fine for not being the main monitor. If I was on a budget, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these for a 1080p monitor.

These Are Nice Monitors
We are working from home and needed more monitors. I purchased two of these Asus VA24EHE 23.8” monitors because of their price. My wife has both of them hooked up to her laptop and they are very good monitors. Great value. Maybe not gaming or graphic monitors but great for what we do for work. Highly recommend. Considering buying another one for myself.

Very happy with these monitors. Clear picture and a major upgrade from my old 24-inch monitor. The comparison was night and day, I had no idea the previous monitor was that bad!
HDMI connection works perfectly on my docking station and now I am thrilled I am able to play games on one and monitor other pages without the picture quality diminishing or just not rendering properly. If I had two more arms on my monitor stand, I would be buying two more of these for sure.

Pretty good affordable 27' Monitor
I basically needed an additional monitor since I was able to get my hands on 2 other 27'' monitors to set up a triple display for gaming. The other 2 monitors had a higher resolution than this one but I had a budget to uphold. I stumbled upon this one and it is pretty good. I was able to make it work using a HDMI to DP converter and the resolution is able to match my other 2 monitors. Granted you are able to see a slight difference but I am satisfied with my setup. Overall this is a great value from a trusted brand.

Perfect all-day use on EYES
Monitor looks great with great quality. I love the eye care feature since I work on computers all day. I've had headaches from staring at monitors for too long and bought a pair of blue lens filters. Since I've been using this monitor, I have had less headaches and use my blue lens filter glasses a lot less.

Ordered 3 and they are 3 different colors
I originally bought two of these to use as additional monitors while I work from home. The first two came and one was a bright, true white while the other looked like if you had your computer on night shift. I checked, and the monitors had identical settings. So I submitted to return one (assuming the brighter white was probably the 'correct' color). The new replacement showed up during the return window so I could compare all 3 side by side...they are literally all different colors. The new one is even more yellowish than the one I submitted to replace. These monitors must have zero quality control. If you are only buying one, it's probably fine, but I wouldn't suggest using two or more of them near each other.

It serves its purpose
I got this monitor for work at home and overall, its just ok. It works, so that's good but the picture quality is mediocre and words are not crystal clear compared to my laptop monitor. For the price, it will have to work though. There are no internal speakers.

Great picture-No sound
This monitor arrived on time and was super easy to set up. I love the picture, it's 100 times better than the older 22 inch I had. But I still can't get the speakers to work at all. I have it set up with an HDMI cable and when I troubleshoot it says that the connection is in the cable. I've tried two cables and it still doesn't work. I've hooked up my old external speakers to get sound. They aren't the best either so I think I'm going to be upgrading the speakers next.

The product was shown to be at the 1440p model and came as the 1080p model. Overall the monitor that actually came was nice and in good shape but the seller still falsely advertised the wrong product and even the stats of the monitor on the description showed it to be 1440p but still came as a 1080p.

Terrible for Text
As another reviewer had posted, this monitor is horrible for text & email. If I had saved the box, I would have sent it back. Not sure how it is for games or graphics, my application is text and CAD/CAM & graphic editing. Using the HDMI input with a Mac. Tried every tweak & adjustment on both the monitor & the Mac but nothing improved it over the out of the box settings. Even the Reading mode doesn't help. Text is soft & fuzzy

Great Dual Monitor Setup (Stand Purchased Separately)
I use these monitors for work, school and personal research. You can mount them side-by-side with minimal gap in the middle. The auto-input detection is a great feature where I can always keep my work laptop plugged in via HDMI and my personal laptop via VGA or DVI input (so reduces the hassle to plug in, then remove the display cables from one device to another; the auto-input detect will work once you power-off one device and power on the other device connected to the other display input on the same monitor). Once you press the power on button on the back initially from opening the package, I found really no need to press the monitor buttons which are inconveniently located on the back of the monitor unlike others where it is at the bottom or in-front. The quality of the screen is excellent and would recommend these to anyone looking to purchase 24" monitors.

Not For Me
Colors looked good enough, but the IPS glow was strong with this one -- with darker images, it always looked like a nearby lamp was reflecting off of the screen. I nearly tolerated it, before I noticed a dead pixel on the right side, so this monitor ended up going back. Other annoyances would be the buttons all the way on the back, which makes navigating the menus a nightmare.

Very good as monitor for my chromebox - but feature-free
This item VA24EHE has no speaker (you will have to buy or dig in your closet), no microphone (ditto), and only a single HDMI port (no soundbar here). Other than having to buy these things, the eye-saving feature made it all worthwhile for me. Very easy on the eyes and very thin border. (You may want to adjust the color temperature to a bit lower than default.)

Brightness is not good
The problem with this monitor Asus is brightness is very bad , I had two same monitor but I still not able to match the brightness same for both. the hard part of this monitor is the position of the setting buttion it is in the wrong side of the monitor and nested options are very hard to manage.
If you are looking for good brightness then you should try different monitor than this one. This one kind of watching the screen with dull fady bright screw
