I really wanted to buy this item but it doesn't say "new" , "used" or "refurbished", so I am not sure of it.

I am so happy with this iphone, i can bring it anywhere in the world and use it and have no problems updating the firmware because its officially unlocked by apple!!

I was able to send this phone to my best friend in china where she used it for the local gsm network there. Perfect for any travelers!

The phone arrived ontime. The phone was locked and I was mislead by seller as he sold the phone advirtising as it's unlocked. I had to spend approx $80 to unlock the phone. I am very disappointed with this purchase as seller should have mentioned about the lock system upfont.
