We purchased this phone for my daughter for Christmas. It was immaculate! The description of the phone was accurate, and the delivery was timely. It was a late order, and I was worried that it would not be here by Christmas-but thankfully it did! We have had no issues or concerns with the phone, and my daughter loves it. Thank you so much for your honesty and integrity as it relates to your online store. I will definitely look to you for any additional needs!

i like this product because it was inexpensive and for a use phone it is in excellent condition cant tell the difference from a new one I had the phone 1 week but lovvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvve it , it is slim and light weigh i had a3g for 3 years and love it, this one is spectacular .The pictures are clear this really meets my expectations. the shipping is fast, buyers you don't have to wait long to begin enjoying it,

I had checked out the iPhone 5 but it doesn't come with Google Maps. I wanted Google Maps (use them in connection with my Contacts) and the same size as my old iPhone 3Gs 16GB. I also record video clips and need more GB so I had been looking for this very iPhone 4S 64GB in Black. The Apple Store, Best Buy, WalMart and AT&T stores no longer carry this iPhone 4S with 64GB. My next search was, of course, AMAZON.com! While scanning through the iPhone section - there it was! The price was right, the condition: Used - Very good and it met all my critieria. I am now using it and it is just like new!The iPhone arrived in good time, was packed well and the phone was in it's original, like new, box with unopened earbuds, and charging tools and two, untouched manuals.SS

I did a good review first time because iPhone arrived quickly and it looked good and turned on, but when I tried to connect 2 months later because I had emergencies that side tracked me from connecting it right away I was informed by Verizon that they couldn't because the phone I was sold was in their records stolen, of course I was so embarrassed because I know I paid for it with my credit card and have proof I got charged and paid my credit card, so I can only think that I got sold a stolen or lost iPhone that I can't use at all.

Good morning, I bought an unlocked iPhone, in the options it gives me for amazon website said it was unlocked but when I get home and check the phone it came to me locked, I mean, I can't use with other carriers, I don't know who is at fault if they sold my the article or amazon, someone tell me how to do to claim? I apologize for my English thanks for your help!.

Going with Amazon was the best bet for me and I'm glad about the choice. 4 stars just because the phone was missing the sim tray. the new 5 has a new plug (my speakers wouldn't work with it) and the faster chip wasn't a big deal for me since I don't run intensive games/apps. The phone works perfect and was a great upgrade from a 32gb 4!

The iphone box was not plastic wrapped and it had a hand-written "A" on it. The phone itself was full of fingerprints and came with an empty battery (it's supposed to come charged). The outside brown shipping box it came in was totally opened on both ends, so we don't really know if it was an issue of the seller or the shipping agent... We know it wasn't a problem of someone opening the box after it was delivered at home because I was at home when the shipping truck arrived and opened the door just as they were leaving. We called Amazon and they solved the issue, they sent us a shipping label to return it for free and we got our money back.

This phone was not factory unlocked this is a AT&T phone but they unlocked when you update your phone I will not work unless you have a AT&T SIM card and that what happens to me today after I update my phone and went to apple store they told me I have to change my career to AT&T in order to be able to use my phone. I don't recommend this phone to any one.By the way I use amazon.com to buy almost everything and that is my first comment

I'm glad that this iPhone comes sealed and covered by Apple Care because after a month I had a problem with the left side touch screen as it's not responding anymore. Went to Apple to claim the warranty and was happy to get a new replacement. I will be happier if I didn't get any problem at all because it's a hassle to go to an Apple Store which is not close to my place.

I've had an iPhone before (3G) but it was at its time where everything basically stopped working at once, so I got a cheap android phone that I could not stand. I had that phone not quite a year and I hated it. I also had to get a phone like this because I was switching my phone plan to something cheaper so it worked out very nicely. It works great so far, no issues so this iPhone is getting 5 stars from me.

I have purchased Iphone 4s on Oct 2011 before it came out for my boss and they listed as "unlocked" yet when we received the item it was locked with At&T! When I contacted regarding this the WorldWide Distributors indicated that they never promised such thing and that it is non-refundable! Ridiculous! They would ignore my inquiries and emails! Hold tight, this was not the end: my boss gave me the phone stating to use it as the small sim card was not available yet in Europe and he didn't want to go through the hassle of unlocking it. Anyway, when I charged and turned on the phone it wouldn't activate with my sim card; then I brought it to the At&T store and they had the same issue: "the activation server is not available". At& after keeping the phone for the day were unable to resolve and I had to bring it to Apple. At the Apple they had problems as well and they ended up swapping a phone with a new one. If you are a buyer, beware of this seller's customer service, because it sucks!

The performance of iPhone's are legendary. That is why it is THE benchmark these days in mobile communication devices. The extra space allows me to keep all my music and even a couple of movies on it for long trips.The battery life is really good, but I highly recommend the Boostcase products. They give me almost 24 hours of usable battery life.

My daughter just loves her new phone.The battery life is really good, but I highly recommend the Boostcase products. They almost almost 18 hours of usable battery life - and that's with a teenager hamering away on it.

After using a Samsung Android smartphone for the past two years, it took a little getting use to the iPhone.Most of the apps I used before come in either the same or nearly the same format for the iPhone. Camera and video are way better than my old Samsung.

Disappointing that you are not informed of what is missing to properly decide whether it is a deal breaker. It did not make it any better to be told that a paperclip tip can do the trick..I did not buy the item wit using a paperclip in mind because I could have opted for other choices so the point is I should make an informed decision. my son was leaving for abroad in 2 days when it came so returning it was not going to work.

I bought this phone as a new phone, but I found out that it is a refurbished one. The battery was not holding the charge for more than a few minutes, thus I contacted Apple Customer Service and they told me this phone was returned several months ago due to the same issue. In theory, they fixed the problem and put the product back into the market.I do not trust this seller (Wireovia) and I do not recommend him.

...without checking the serial number against the lost and stolen list with your carrier. We made the mistake of buying a used iPhone 4S without doing that and after we received it from an Amazon vendor, we found that it could not be activated because it was previously listed as lost or stolen. To Amazon's credit they refunded our money through their A to Z Guarantee. But don't put yourself in that position, check the serial number with your carrier BEFORE you buy!

Bought a white 34GB iphone for my brother 18 Bday and paid for 2 day shipping because I was going to the US for a few days. Wireovia sent a 16GB and I notice when I was outside the US. Contact seller and they could not provide my with what information they needed to fix my problem form the start. Several emails and about 2 days had pass before a solution could be provided. Just when the problem seems solved I discover that the iphone doesn't work. Can't make or receive calls, local iphone provider says it's hardware problem not software. BEWARE with seller.

With an improved camera interface and super fast camera, and a noticeably faster processor, the iPhone 4S is a must upgrade for anyone with an iPhone 4 or older. Siri also saves a lot of time and allows for hands-free texting, calling, and music selection. Siri makes a great driving companion and helper during the cold when wearing gloves don't allow me to easily use the touch screen.In the past month since I bought this, I've been very happy I opted for the pricier 64GB iPhone since I no longer need to delete apps, and cut my music or photo albums to fit on a 32 GB. If you can sell your smaller iPhone 4S, the 64 GB may be a nice switch. I also really like the Black and the iOS 6 upgrade on this phone - definitely won't be needing an iPhone 5 with this.

Well, there is not much to say about an iphone when you have been using them since the first generation came out. There are not a lot of differences between this model and the iphone 4, just Siri a little bit of speed and more weight. I bought this one for a cousin and she loved it. I have the iPhone 5 and find its screen, besides being taller (not wider) shows richer colors.

I'm seeing ads on TV about how people are getting off the iPhone bandwagon. Not standing in line for a phone, settling for the newest Droid device. But has anyone ever wondered why there are lines to buy iPhones? I do not see people forming lines for the latest offerings from other smart phone manufacturers. Why? Because Apple offers a device with solid features, amazing innovations, and just making cool devices. Sure Droid based devices sell more than iPhones. But the Droid OS is offered by at least 4 phone companies, LG, HTC, Samsung, and Motorola. Those are the ones I know of. There may be others.The iPhone 4S is my first Apple phone, and I couldn't be happier. It's built solidly (I have mine in an Otterbox case), the technology is amazing, and the ease of use is top notch. Siri is very cool. While she's not perfect (still beta for now), it's taken voice command to the next level. The App Store is absolutely huge. If you have a need, no doubt there will be an app for it. Is this a perfect device? No. But name one device that is totally flawless. It's all based on user experience/satisfaction. This goes with ANY smart phone device. For instance, I wished Google Maps offered turn by turn voice guidance, but it doesn't. My dedicated car GPS has that feature, and it does a better job than ANY smart phone I've seen. iBooks is nice too, but the screen is not big enough to do any serious reading with. But this also true with other devices of similar screen size. Get a tablet, or dedicated reader. I know my middle aged eyes work better with larger screens for reading.Overall, I'm super pleased with this phone. It does far more than any other device I've ever owned. Give this phone serious consideration. You just may like it.

A great phone if you are in countries that use the same signal as the USA.Outstanding software nevertheless, very fragile body or hardware. Too small even for my daughters fingers, and extremely hard to see the screen while under the sunlight.While traveling the world, was a fiasco because of lack of comparability with other countries commo signal or is this phone really was not "Jailbroked" by the manufacturer??? the question remains. I was fortunate enough to find a buyer that was going to use it in the USA and payed me what I payed for it.I was forced to buy a very cheap Nokia in Asia and also in some South American Countries. I never had problems with Samsung III and believe me I do not like to support any Korean products.
