I actually bought this for my brother and the description said used - like new but when it came, it wasn't i expected and the packaging was even not that good. I wasn't satisfied.

I've never had an iPhone so this was a huge deal for me, I took the risk to get a used one and I do not regret it, the seller gave me the phone with 4 more cables besides the original, original box with documentation, earpods, wall charger and even a black case. The seller even gave me the apple store bag. Thanks Hollywood Studio Gems!

I bought an AT&T ready Iphone 4 and a few months later AT&T cancelled my line because the phone was reported stolen. I contact the seller and he said he did not have any information available. Now I am waiting a response from my lawyer to see what can I do. Be CAREFUL everyone!

The phone was nice...however, it wasn't described properly and when I got it, it was a Verizon phone, not AT&T, which was useless to us because we needed a phone with a SIM card slot.....

I ordered this for my boss and this product came very swiftly. Although some buttons aren't very responsive unless you press it down hard, there are no problems with the harddrive and it's how the item was described to be. He's happy with the phone and I would say this product and seller was very reliable.

I bought this as a gift. I feel that the phone is to expensive and is just a status symbol. I have a basic phone and unless you are in a business that requires you to be connected to the internet for emails, etc., save your money.

This device is an epic failure, it improved nothing from the 3GS, nor fixed any of the major issues with the 3GS such as bricking the device or cracking the screen by simply dropping or bumping it, the terrible signal reception which is worse on the Iphone 4 with its call dropping fail of an antenna design. With this new Iphone 4 the housing cracks as easily as the screen, the IOS is the exact same as the 3GS again with the same fails as the 3GS and IPAD with zero improvements, the non stop wifi leeching, the failed youtube app which filters your searches so you wont find what your looking for no matter what you enter in, the constant dropped signals, the even more frequent crashing of apps, the lag from the latest update on both Iphone 4/3GS, this will be my last Apple device I will go with a crome/blackberry next as they can actually hold a signal and not break/brick by simply dropping or bumping it.
