This unit operate just like my wife's iPhone. So the learning curve for my techno challenged wife was really short. It's perfect for chebking things out at work or at home.

Everything came to us with no surprises. Product was as advertised/described and arrived on time. As far as the iPad itself we are enjoying the snot out of it! My wife and I are gymnastics coaches and the Coaches' Eye app is absolutely worth every cent, we use it ALOT.

Item sold as refurbished but was not clean on the outside (scratched plastic around window) nor was it complete (missing key to SIM tray which was EMPTY - even though it was labeled VERIZON!I want my money back!

I am on my second IPad 3. Both units have WiFi defects. Cannot maintain WiFi connection, even though multiple IPhones, Ipad, laptops at home are all connecting fine. Endless hours spent troubleshooting with Apple Support unsuccessful. Have tried everything recommended. They have no idea how to repair. Went online to find countless other customers experiencing the same defects. Apple Support not addressing it an obvious software or hardware defect. Expensive device (expensive junk) - should work without troubleshooting every time I want to use it. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I love the Android environment but the ipad is still the best tablet you can buy. ios feels a bit boring and outdated but everything runs so smoothly. Retina display is gorgeous and online browsing with Safari is just the best. And of course the thousands of apps available are a pleasure to use on this tablet. The build quality of the hardware is unmatched. There's nothing plasticky about this tablet. It's just plain solid. Well worth the $499 I spent on the 16 gb version.

I bought this for my wife for Christmas and wound up giving it to her early (because I couldn't wait). She absolutely loves it. She has a quality laptop that she used to take with her so that she could get online if necessary, but having to cart around a laptop is a hassle. The Ipad fits in her purse and is so practical.No one should think this is a replacement for a laptop - it's not, but it is great for email, browsing the web, and streaming. She also loves the camera to take pics of grandkids. It's only 5mp, but still looks good. Being able to add apps is another thing she loves.Well made and extremely easy to use. As usual, Apple's quality shows. I highly recommend it.

The Apple IPad with Retina Display is a joy to use...it has made me more productive and it has made my worklife more organized....the carmera is a plus--great photos! I recommend downloading the user's guide to get the most out of the product as quickly as possible.

iPad is most elegant gadget I m having in my life so far. Apple is champion when it comes to user interface experience and iPad is no exception. Only small drawback I can see is that not all apps are yet designed to work on iPad though they work perfectly with iPhone. But that has no relation with quality of iPad itself and hence my rating goes as 5 star

The iPad 4 with retina display is stunning to watch, the picture quality is better than expected. The seller sold it as in brand new condition and I couldn't tell that it was ever opened. The packaging and shipping were great and very quick.
