Worth every penny
Mine came brand new fresh out the box! Not sure why everyone else is saying there’s we’re used I’ve been cutting for over 20years and yah you need to adjust the blade andis has never done it for you! Smh some of these rookies need to get back to the basics and learn to adjust a blade on there own! In my opinion these were worth every penny

Best trimmers I've ever used or purchased
Excellent trimmers. My bread is really thick and course. My facial hair breaks most trimmers like the wahl peanut and similar models like it. Im very satisfied with my purchase. I recommend these trimmers to anyone who can afford them. I'm the type of person who didn't believe in spending this much on a grooming product and I know realize that ideology is flawed. No regrets- best trimmers I've ever used or purchased.

Arrived used. SO DISAPPOINTED.
I read other reviews where they said they received a used product from eHealth and Beauty in 2018. I bought my trimmer from the official Andis Amazon storefront and when they arrived the box wasn't factory sealed, the top of the box was on upside-down, and the clippers had clearly been opened up and tried out. I considered keeping the product, but it started to really hurt when I used to clippers and rather than try to adjust them I returned them because I had no idea HOW used they were or if someone else had damaged them prior to me receiving them. I actually LOVE Andis trimmers, but I'm going to re-order and hope I get a new un-opened box.

Great Product!
I use it to shave my entire head and face. It does not get hot. You do have to oil and maintain like everything else, but this is my second one. I use them very often. The OEM Blade lasts like 2 years. Will leave a 5 O'Clock shadow but it is very very close.

The Outline of Things
I think the blue light is the coolest feature about them. Honestly. Having a cord or not having a cord doesn’t make or break this item to me. I think I prefer the corded trimmer overall. It’s “snaps” when it turns on, and just feels more powerful. These kind of just run I guess. They sound like some of the cheap trimmers that I’ve used in my previous years of experience. I also don’t think that these were as sharp out the box either. These are still nice to have when building up an array of tools.

Item was used not “new” as stated. Hair was in blade when I opened the box. Clearly item had been used previously.

This is worth the money
I have had a number of clippers over the years and usually went with a cheapo one figuring that they were all the same. I had an $50 Andis clipper that I bought and liked. Used it in the shower every couple of days to keep my balding dome trimmed. My wife accidentally dropped it cleaning the shower and bought this one to replace it. It is so much better - just a treat to use to and I couldn't be happier.

Don’t waste your money.
Delayed when you turn it on. The tension is not correct. I can’t get the darn blade to cut hair. The lines are trash. It doesn’t hold a charge for more than a hour runtime. They aren’t light either. They have a nice look and that’s it.

Brand new, in factory packaging! Works great 👍
Mine came brand new still in factory packaging and wrapping. Right out of the box these trimmers are working great 👍. Love the feel and durability of these trimmers. These are not even 0 gapped and cutting great lines. Yes they can be 0 gapped if you want them but for my personal use they work great as is.

Dont throw away your money.
First I noticed, charging stance didnt work... like seriously? As a barber, I like to keep my station organized and my clippers/trimmers are not the exception. Then inspecting the blade, I came to realize that the blade's corner is broken. I do not recommend this product at all.

This product came without inside parts.
You cannot use it at all! Super pissed. It's obviously used. It also cut people and when I opened it up it was missing the main part that aligned both blades. Buy from actual andis sure instead, don't make the same mistake I did 170 dollars later.

Save your money. Not worth it.
Very disappointed with this purchase. For the price, I expected a much better product which cut much closer - especially from Andis which I have been a loyal customer to for over 30 years. I even bought the GTX blade which was recommended by some reviewers. I recommend you stick with the electric T-Outliner if you want a quality product for a good price. The cordless version does not cut close whatsoever and is quite expensive. I bought a pair cordless clippers in China while visiting by Codos for $15 which is virtually the same quality as the Andis cordless clipper. Save your $.

Battery life sucks; beware of being sold a used pair like I received.
The clippers are very light weight, which is great for maneuvering around small children; however, the blade I received was chipped and I had a very difficult time adjusting the mounting bracket even after purchasing a brand new blade. Once I bought the new blade and adjusted the mounting bracket, I fell in love with the blades, only for the battery life to die out within an hour. You have to recharge these clippers after every cut.

Does Not Last
I purchased this trimmer on April 1, 2020. It is now April 5, 2021 and the trimmer no longer will charger and is trash at this point. No help from customer support given that it has been over one year (even though by just days). Bottom line is that there is no value in buying an expensive Andis trimmer with the expectation of quality - when they don't last. I'll move on from this brand for life and so should anyone considering purchasing their products. Save yourself some $$.

Runs smooth, professionally used
I am a professional hair dresser. I had a trimmer since 2005 that I loved that is not manufactured anymore. Since I am unable to purchase new blades...I had to get a new unit. I tried out two other brands before landing on this one. It is worth the price.

Terrible customer service!
Product worked great for a week then stopped working. I know mechanical things break but what pisses me off is that I sent the unit back for replacement or repair and can NOT get there customer service to pick up the phone I sit on hold for an hour very frustrating! Would NOT recommend this company to anybody!!

Great trimmer, not so good battery!
I am a professional hairstylist/barber and love these trimmers, however I am now on my second pair in one year and now the second pair has conked out also! the battery life on these sucks and after four or five months of use the battery will not charge properly! Andis has super customer service but at this price point I truly feel these should last longer then they do/did!

The presentation sucks and it made me feel uneasy about my purchase.
I received this package today , it’ a gift for my husband for Father’s Day. 3 out of four corners of the tape where ripped opened and it smells so bad when I opened it . Like really strong chemicals. The blade isn’t straight either . I don’t even know about these things so I’ll wait until he checks it and sees if it’s been used.
Update I opened it to take pictures of the blade that’s not even and on both sides of the trimmer there are scuffs. Definitely used and will be returning !!!!

Andis top dog in clippers
The battery life is good if you only cutting a few heads you may wants to buy the ones with a cord if you working on heads all day. Other then that they are the best. Good clean crisp line up.

REALLY WORTH THE BUY!! GET THEM NOW
I'm a licensed barber of 12+ years. Andis upgraded their brand with these cordless t outliners. I like to adjust my blades to my preference so my haircuts be the best I can offer. This past weekend I had to cut hair at a fundraiser and it was mostly kids. Man o man these trimmers got the job done and made me feel happy and not beat down.

Didn’t take away from the product.
