Love this guitar. Change the strings asap but once that's done its got a nice sound and good entry level guitar.

Just as described. ONE problem. The 3 wound strings are unwinding all along neck. Sounds pecky to mention because new strings are not much money. However, being Yamaha, Not impressed with this. I contacted both (Yamaha & Amazon) - my opinion is: without debating it - should have just sent me a new set of strings. I have bought 100's of sets of strings in my life and never seen one unwind. Certainly satisfied with guitar/packing/shipping.
A 2nd remark about this guitar. I never got a decent answer from Amazon OR Yamaha. SO... I did purchase another set of quality strings and although 1st time replacing strings on a classical - went very good. BUT in short time more same issues on the new wound strings. SOME frets are not as smooth as they should be. For me a file improved. Did not want to return what I am finding ... a guitar I love to play on. AND the more I play it the more the frets get better Great pick up and tinker guitar for the money. Do have to tune it a lot. So could be better tuners there and maybe some better quality control ?
(Actually have an older Yamaha FG-340ii acoustic that I play/like a lot as well.)

Nothing bad to say about this guitar for the price. I replaced the strings with a new pack right away and did notice a better tone.

I am no expert but I purchased this guitar for Christmas his guitar teachersays the sound quality is awesome. My little boy is 9 teacher says this will suit him until his teen years. Highly recommend this item looks great as well !!

My son really loved this guitar. The only thing he did, was to replace the strings that it arrived with on. It definitely made a big difference in the sound quality. Great beginner guitar for anyone just starting out with classical guitar.

non mi piace molto esteticamente perché ha la cassa lucida e il manico opaco come se fosse una cosa rimediata e messa lì.poi la volevo chiara, come sulla foto invece è scura!l?ho tenuta perché non avevo voglia di fare lo strazio del reso dopo tutti i problemi che ho avuto con la cinta bianca.

Overall, good value for money. The construction and sound quality is pretty decent. Though I wish the strings were of a better quality. The 2nd and 3rd one string started unravelling pretty early and eventually broke in a few months. But its perfect after replacing them!
