Love this phone
Got this phone as a replacement when my Redmi Pro 8 broke (screen cracked beyond repair). Same great long battery life. Figerprint reader is on the side (took me a while to get used to) and not as great as my Note 8 pro was. It reads 8-9 times our of 10 and response is somewhat not instant, more delayed.
Front camera is not as great as Note 8 Pro had, but back camera is a bit better even though pictures are coming out nice in both these phones.
Despite this phone being more powerful compare to Note 8 Pro, I feel it has more page opening/closing delays too. Never experience it with old phone.
Package contained everything from power supply cord (including not so very nice adapter that is holding very weak when charging vertically) to clear cover. I wish it had screen protector too.
I have T-Mobile and it's working fine. There are few spots on my way to work where I was loosing signal with my Note 8 Pro and I don't have this problem with this phone so it's good.
Overall I am happy with this phone.

Sometimes doesn't read the SIM card
It's a pretty good phone with more than acceptable features. However it has some bugs:
- Sometimes the SIM card is not read.
- The front camera shuts down while in a video phone call (however, this could be an app problem, though).
- The fingerprint reader works worse than other phone I've had.
- The camera area stands out more than expected, so I'm afraid that it'll be easier to get scratches. You'll need a case that prevents scratchings.

3g Network Only!
Said it work with any Carrier. But, my AT&T service says all cell companies are or have been upgrading to use ONLY 4g Network cell phones, I bought this phone, along with a case, camera and screen protector. Only to find out, the phone only has LTE, 2g, and 3g preferred Network. & Is Not able to update to a 4g Network capabilities an use. Just returned to my hometown and missed the return date for an exchange or refund. So, currently stuck with No phone, in a rural Alaskan town that doesn't have any cell stores, or even a bank. Super Bummed, I had such high hopes for this phone, since the Redmi Note 8 Pro did me so well for a few years. :(

Received Defective phone.
The phone constantly switches off and the speaker makes a crackling sound when the phone is ringing for a call or notification.

Phone is good what is Sim not working and internet calling better but net is not working

Camera and Microphone suck, pone freezes
The camera leaves a bad multicolor hew or fog around images, microphone is horrible and the phone freezes for no reason, I had it for 2 months and would be happier with an iphone 3 Gs

The best for me is the long duration of batterie. I listen to radio in a app in the work and when I go to home it still have more than 50%. The charging is too fast.

Better than Samsung A70 or A72 ... works with Tracfone GSM SIM
For a mid-tier phone, this is an excellent choice. There is really nothing I dislike about this phone. Previously I used a Samsung A70 for two years and this is a much better phone overall than that one. I also bought a Samsung A72 just prior to this one and I like this better overall, especially due to the fact that it is a true dual SIM phone with a dedicated micro sd card slot, and the A72 only has a hybrid micro sd card slot.
Phone came brand new in a sealed box. Upon setting up the phone, it automatically updated to Android 12. This caused a few setup headaches for me as some of my apps I previously relied on would not work anymore with the newer android version so I had to find alternatives. Not a reflection of the phone itself, but rather Google's android update. So I love this Xiaomi phone and here's why:
PROS
--Works with my Tracfone GSM SIM card. Both data and calls work fine. The SIM card was activated on my A70 and I just put it in the Note 10 Pro, rebooted, and everything was as before. No problems.
--True dual sim + dedicated micro sd card slot. The A70 had this too, but for some unfortunate reason, Samsung saw fit to exclude this from the A72. The A72 has 2 slots in the tray and you either use them for two SIM cards or 1 SIM card + a micro sd card.
--Great screen. Colors and clarity are slightly better than my A70. The Note 10 Pro has truer whites and it's easier to see the screen outdoors in bright light than the A70. Had the A72 too short a time to really compare, but I do think that screen was also slightly better than the A70 too.
--Responsiveness. The Note 10 Pro feels as smooth and fast as my A70. I have no issues with slowness. Had the A72 for too short a time to really compare.
--Price. The Note 10 Pro at the time purchased was about $130 cheaper than the A72 and about $100 cheaper than the A70.
--Comes with factory installed screen protector for both the front and also the back camera area. I don't believe Samsung does this at all with their mid-tier phones.
CONS
--Customer service. I wasn't 100% sure about whether there were screen protectors preinstalled. So I contacted the third-party seller, Cell Universal, to ask. The reply I got was totally unhelpful: "I'm sorry ma'am but I work in customer service; I'm not familiar with the phone itself." So don't expect to get any decent customer service out of these unlocked phones bought on Amazon -- at least from that seller. Other third-party sellers of this phone might have better customer service.
The lack of customer service was the only negative, but that doesn't reflect on the phone itself. Just the seller. So I didn't dock any stars from my rating. IMO, this is a 5-star phone. It is my first Xiaomi ever, and I'm glad that I discovered this brand. I won't hesitate to shop this brand in the future. As for Samsung, I would have kept the A72, bought here on Amazon, if not for the fact there was no dedicated micros sd card slot, which was not clear from the product page.
If Samsung does not put a dedicated micro sd card slot back on their dual sim phones, then I am done with them. Hope Xiaomi continues with the dual sim + micro sd card slot configuration, which I find ideal, especially when traveling.

I dislike the fact that the internet kept disconnecting for more than 5 minutes. nothing worked properly on the phone and everything was just slow

Great phone but I really never got to try it with a network only wifi ,because it didn't hook up with metro PCs so therefore could not use it

Я только что перешел с Redmi Note 6 pro на Redmi Note 10 pro. Я настоятельно рекомендую оба телефона.Я предлагаю перед установкой переосмыслить процесс установки шпионских программ Google ...... и да, они действительно работают с ATT .... Я путешествую с ними по всей территории США, включая Гавайи.

Отличные характеристики по такой цене
Единственным раздражающим фактом является то, что почти каждый раз, когда я нажимаю на аудиосообщение или видео в Whatsapp, устройство переходит в своеобразный не реагирующий режим ожидания. Громкость становится едва слышной, и устройство некоторое время не реагирует! Этого никогда не случалось с Note 9!!!
