Sono una docente di scuola superiore e, sperando di fare cosa gradita ai tanti colleghi che, come me, in questo periodo stanno svolgendo didattica a distanza, vi racconto la mia esperienza.
Su consiglio di un collega, ho deciso di acquisitare questa tavoletta in quanto, insegnando matematica e fisica, ho la necessità di scrivere formule mentre spiego e pensare di farlo con il semplice mouse è praticamente impossibile.
La tavoletta, nella versione small, è esattamente la metà di un foglio A4, è molto leggera e facile da installare: nel mio caso non è stato necessario installare alcun driver ma il dispositivo è stato riconosciuto automaticamente una volta collegato il cavo usb (fornito in dotazione) al mio PC. Per ciò che concerne il suo utilizzo, prima di arrivare a risultati di scrittura ottimali, bisogna fare un po' di pratica in quanto non è proprio semplicissimo scrivere sulla tavoletta mentre si guarda lo schermo del PC. Dopo un po' di tentativi però, si riesce ad avere una scrittura accettabile e se si sceglie di lavorare su foglio con sfondo quadrettato, tutto diventa molto più semplice.
Io per scrivere sto usando il software Microsoft Whiteboard (versione per Windows 10) e condivido lo schermo del mio PC con gli studenti durante una lezione in videoconferenza. Anche il software One Note non è male: la scelta è abbastanza vasta. A parte l'impaccio dei primi giorni, di dover scrivere da una parte (sulla tavoletta) e guardare da tutt'altra parte (sullo schermo del PC), ora mi sono abituata e mi trovo abbastanza bene e, devo ammettere, anche i miei studenti in quanto riescono facilmente a prendere appunti durante la lezione.
Ritengo che questa tavoletta grafica, pur nascendo per appassionati del disegno, anche in ambito didattico (soprattutto di tipo scientifico) possa essere un valido supporto sia per docenti che per studenti. Dopo averla utilizzata, non riesco più ad immaginare una mia lezione in videoconferenza senza il suo supporto.
Per i più curiosi: nella confezione, oltre alla penna, al cavo usb e alla tavoletta, vi sono n.4 mine e un cerchio metallico utile per il cambio mina.

This tablet is amazing!! Since the breakout of the COVID-19 pandemic I have had to do all my maths tutoring over video call. This tablet is great for being able to write equations that my tutees can see through the call.

My artistic intentions have always been sadly restricted by a lack of tools and talent. The free Krita digital art software and £35 for this Wacom tablet have resolved the former and even make up for some of the latter. Seriously, while creating my first digital 'painting' following Bob Ross's "Mystic Mountain" episode (yes, the illustration is my first attempt) I spent more time learning which brushes and settings were most appropriate in Krita than setting-up the graphics tablet. Apart from adjusting the pressure-sensitivity to find what was most comfortable for me and changing my mind about what I wanted the pen-buttons to do the tablet itself was a simple matter of plugging it in.

As a caveat - it's just as well that everything was so simple as there is no printed or PDF manual and the only help - from the Wacom website - is not at all clear. This is, of course, an older piece of hardware and their cheapest but I would still have liked something easier to understand. It remains true, however, that the biggest obstacle to understanding the hardware that I had was in understanding how little there was to understand - it really is very, very, simple to install and operate and works extremely well.

Alas, I think I still lack the talent to benefit from it fully but it has already been well worth the money and I'm very happy with this device.

Ho acquistato questa tavoletta grafica per poterla utilizzare durante le lezioni a distanza (causa Coronavirus!) in università con gli studenti e, con certezza, posso dire che ha fatto al caso mio (...e di qualche collega!). Il prodotto di Wacom si adatta perfettamente sia al disegno grafico (SketchBook) sia per scrivere note sui pdf o ppt. Solidità, qualità dei materiali e precisione. Consigliata a tutti gli appassionati di disegno digitale...e non solo! In particolare a tutti quegli insegnanti che devono fare lezioni "smart" (tramite skype, ecc) senza l'ausilio della lavagna. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Bought a different make and it was problematic to say the least, learnt my lesson and went for the slightly more expensive wacom. Came in a very neat little box and with a minimum of packaging and connected the pad and it worked straight away (replacing my old wacom) though I then de-installed the older drivers and installed the latest ones July 2020 for the actual model and it works even better. Registered the device which is always a little bit of a hassle as I had to set up a new account - loved it asked for an e-mail then just sent the registration to the one it thought it should send it to.

Anyway, once working - brilliant. Great responsive feel, like the surface as it has a slightly rougher (but gives it an aural feedback that works well) and it is nice to have a working artpad again that actually works with pressure etc Can now use Clip Studio and Painter etc as they should be used. The artpad was cheaper than my original one which I have had for years and it is bigger so totally superb. Really looks a lovely item as well. Like the touch to have a pen holder as well on the side. And that I can now disconnect the pad as well, super useful. The pen feels a lot nicer than my old one as well and I have some replacement pen nibs again (yipee) as I had long long mast last lot and the nib for my old one was not great - this new one is excellent - pleased with the purchase

☆ Has zero delay hovering or dragging.

☆ Even though it is a small-size, the area is pretty big and there's no need to go for a larger one.

☆ The quality of the material is awesome for the price range and will probably last a few years even playing like an addict like me. The pen could've been way better and sturdier but that's just me nitpicking.

☆ Pen holds pretty well even without rubberized surfaces. Feather-like lightweight, just the right size.

Saying anything bad about this tablet would be a sin. It has everything you would need, even though it lacks rubber on the pen or a longer USB, for the price you can't ask for anything more than it has. Equal to a CTL-480.

Using a modern Linux installation then "just works". I didn't install any drivers or alter my set up in any way. Just hook it up, turn the machine on and its all detected and working. Gnome has integrated tablet tools which allow you to set it as absolute positioning or relative, to tie it to one monitor, the usual settings. Couldn't be simpler. Once setup it was immediately working in Gimp and everywhere I expected it to be. Very happy, extremely simple setup for a budget device.

Essendo un'insegnante di matematica, alla sospensione delle lezioni a causa dell'epidemia da Coronavirus mi sono subito attivata per le lezioni online, e si è presentata la necessità di uno strumento che mi permettesse di utilizzare la board sul PC con sufficiente precisione. Dopo avere provato e scartato un mouse a penna, ho optato per questo articolo. La tavoletta è realmente un modello basico, senza schermo e di piccole dimensioni, per cui ci si deve abituare a scrivere fissando lo schermo del PC anziché il supporto ed a muoversi entro i suoi margini, ma con un po' di pratica si rivela uno strumento molto utile. La "penna" ha le medesime dimensioni di una normale matita ed è fornita di punte di ricambio. Non ho trovato nella confezione istruzioni che possano aiutarmi nel comprendere bene le funzioni dei tasti sulla penna e nel gestire piccoli imprevisti, come l'improvviso ingrandimento della schermata senza apparente motivo. Se fossi stata più lungimirante, visto il prolungarsi della sospensione delle lezioni a causa della drammatica situazione che ben conosciamo, avrei investito in una tavoletta più ampia e con lo schermo, ma per chi cerca una soluzione con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo è sicuramente un prodotto consigliabile. Come sempre perfetto il servizio di Amazon, anche in questi periodi difficili.

Bought on a whim as i've never used a graphic tablet. The software recommended that you download for a Mac from the Wacom site doesn't even recognise the tablet in Catalina 10.15.5 or .6. The Tablet works or is recognised by the Mac OS anyway which maybe the cause perhaps?

Using this device is like trying to control a smart phone with your elbow whilst being blindfolded. It's resolution/sensitivity isn't great and as I've mentioned I appear to be using it via an Apple driver so it's exactly like using a mouse but much, much slower in a bad way and a least with a mouse I don't have to buy replacement light, unlike this devices stylus/nibs

Possibly a reasonable toy to give somebody being taught photoshop from day one, but useless to try and use constructively for work and a danger to allow its usage on the desktop/finder

I was excited to get this tablet but all my enthusiasm was shuttered to pieces after I took pen in my hands. Up to this moment I used Bamboo Pen kit which was superb for the price and usability. Pen is tactile, so the buttons. Easy to hold and use it. Back to Wacom One . First of all pen is smaller which for even my average hands is somewhat wrongly scaled down version. Plastic used for the pen is super slippery because of that my fingers always struggling to find the right angle and grip to hold it without a fight. I gave it half and hour. It was a generous try on my side because I wanted to throw that pin into my log burner. I took a deep breath instead packed it and filed a return.

I have heard a lot of good things about wacom and have had a bamboo for a while with no problems so I thought this would be a good alternative to my rather old pen tablet. Boy was I wrong. I dont know if it was a compatibility issue or a damaged product...after all the amazon driver did put it through the letterbox rather than handing it to me...but it didnt work properly at all. The drivers wouldnt install properly so it was impossible to configure it. Not only did it not work, my bamboo then stopped working and I had to reinstall the drivers for that too. This has got to be the worst pen tablet I have ever owned, even the cheap generic one I have for backup is better and that isn't good. Luckily I bought it from Amazon so at least I can get my money back. Meanwhile back to working with my old and mostly reliable, antiquated tablet which does exactly what I need it to do most of the time.

I'm not sure what warmth has to do with it but its great for beginners like me but im still taking time to get used to it! Unless your already experienced with tabs like that then its great but TAKE TIME TO GET USED TO IT IF YOU ARE A BEGINNER! Have a play around with it on paint or any drawing software :) other than that its great!

Edit: Since buying it, above is my artwork, im still learning do draw faces and bodys but I've never been impressed with my work before since I brought the tablet, so yes, id highly recommended it for beginners.

Its pressure sensor is perfect but if your using gimp to do any drawing, go to YouTube and have a look at some videos, it would be difficult for me to explain otherwise.

It does come with spare pen nibs and a tool to remove it and its small enough to fit into my bag if I want to take it traveling with me.

Currently learning Adobe Illustrator and this has been perfect for me. You will need to download the driver and set up the pen for sensitivity. Took me a day or two to get used to it. You can do some line and circle drawing exercise to improve you hand eye coordination which helps you get accustomed to it faster. Haven't had any problems and made learning graphic design much smoother, certainly better than using the mouse for me.

This product has massively frustrated me, I spent over two hours installing the software, then I lost the pen, having got a new pen, this pen is jittery and gives very poor control of the cursor. It forms blocks on the screen, it won't settle on some connections, making it difficult to click through to the next screen. The pen has all but no adjustments, it cannot be adjusted for sensitivity - which might have ameliorated this problem

I have ended up tossing in the towel and gone for a similarly priced non-Wacom product and hopefully will get some pinpoint accuracy that I need for my work

Super cheap and effective way of drawing on your computer. I used it for Adobe Photoshop.

It is a little on the smaller sjde.

Works well, slightly tricky to get used to, but I think thats tablets in general rather than this item. Price is good as there are much more expensive ones. I found a little problem with some apps where using it makes a menu pop up so there might be some driver issue. Great for drawing. I would go with the small cheap USB one and if you like ti then you can get a bigger, bluetooth version.

Out of the box, I could tell right away that the tablet is very well made and feels very sturdy. It has practically no flex, even though it is mostly made of plastic. The pen that it comes with is very comfortable in the hand and the software for this tablet is user friendly. When I got to using the tablet, I noticed that there was no hardware smoothing, which was great as most other tablets around this price point are likely to have some hardware smoothing. The tablet is very responsive and the pen doesn't seem to have left any scratches on the tablet after using for a month now. The tablet lays flat, which did cause some discomfort at first, but over time but I have gotten used to it. The only complaint I would have is that the pen tips seem to flatten quite quickly. I may just be pressing too hard against the tablet with the pen but luckily there are 3 spare tips that come in the box with the tablet. For people that prefer to hover the pen above the tablet, the hover distance is quite tall, around 1.5cm. Overall, I am very happy with the product and have been using it since I bought it, however, it would have been nice to see a longer cable come with the tablet as the one that is included in the box is quite short. I highly recommend tablet if you are looking for a tablet that is high quality but don't want to spend too much money.

Из небольших странностей - поверхность ощущается как бумага. Брала прошлый планшет абсолютно такой же модели и поверхность была более гладкой. Может мне изменяет память, но я точно не могу вспомнить, чтобы у планшета ранее было подобное покрытие.

В целом модель крайне надежная - пользуюсь уже более 5 лет и за все время не было никаких казусов с использованием. Купила новый только по причине того, что маме нужен был планшет для уроков.

Брал данный графический планшет для игры в OSU!, и в целом доволен покупкой. Вместо родных драйверов от Wacom поставил OpenTabletDriver, который позволяет гибко настроить область и фильтры.
Данный планшет не имеет сглаживания из-за чего может наблюдаться микро-дрожание курсора, но фильтрами от OpenTabletDriver оно чинится. Рисовать на нем пытался, не скажу что я художник, но в целом результат не плохой, учитывая что использовал графический планшет впервые. К покупке рекомендую

Раньше преобретала такой планшет у знакомой за недорого, пользовалась несколько лет для работы в программах Adobe, и сейчас не представляю свою работу без него
К сожалению потеряла стилус, так что пришлось заказывать новый, ибо сам стилус стоит дороже планшета, так что почему бы не обновить, к тому же в старом уже было расшатено гнездо. Буду пользоваться с удовольствием

В целом покупкой доволен, планшет понравился.

в жизни не использовал никакие гаджеты для рисования на компьютере. всегда обходился мышкой, но решил с увольнительных побаловать себя и взял себе этот графический планшет по рекомендации знакомых художников и дизайнеров. ниже представлены мои рисунки: первый день, второй день, третий. отличная покупка. оказывается, на навык действительно могут влиять то, с чем приходится работать.

До покупки данной модели пользовался планшетом от Xp pen deco fun А3 (брал у товарища) Но всегда хотел пощупать именно Wacom, уж много хорошего про него слышал. И действительно не прогадал.
Использую и с настольным пк и с макбуком (у меня есть хороший хаб, поэтому комплектный провод не мешает). Если вам нужен хороший, компактный планшет, то однозначно рекомендую рассмотреть этот вариант.
