Didn't work for me. At first. Then I found a way.
Modified from 1 to star 3 звезд.

Unfortunately I could not make this work. I used оригинальный Nespresso pods and the original instructions. I tried 3 times with same behavior:
- маленькая (1/4 of the) water pressed through, then it got stuck. No water came through after that, then the safety valves opened and усеян coffee everywhere, clothes, kitchen furniture, etc. Cleanup.
- Taking it apart revealed that the capsule lid чего torn off coffee and the blocked the output.
- In addition, the kit got so strongly stuck on the nano прессотерапии body that one time it took 20 minutes to take it off.
Since this behavior seemed to be consistent, I decided to return it. I was afraid I ruin the nano прессотерапии body with it. This is pity since the nano presso excellent works with regular coffee otherwise, so I keep that together with the Barista kit (5 звезд both). Just not recommended with Nespresso pods.

I filed for returning the item. I thought to give it one more chance before, but this time I did things in different than the order instructions листовка:
1. Place the pod holder (with the spikes in the bottom) in the NS переходное кольцо.
2. Place the Nespresso pod holder in the. Press it down into the spikes.
3. Screw on the nano presso head on the adapter ring, and then turn upside down so the head is down. Now the back of the pod holder stick out a bit and there is a spring движения.
4. Screw on the nano прессотерапии body on the adapter kit.
5. Attach the water reservoir and start pumping, a bit more slowly than 1 per second press.
Note that the original instructions are like 1, 3, 2, 4, 5. The bit important in my experience was to make a tight seal on the head first, and then you can make a better total seal by assembling the body нагрузке. It also seems to make less stress on the pod's lid.
Even with extreme care, the Nespresso pod lid got a bit torn, but at least all the pumped water through (except a few drops, which is normal).
Coffee quality.
The end result is not as good as the same pod run through a Nespresso machine, but near enough.
Compared to this making нормальный Эспрессо with the nano presso is a much better experience, the resulting coffee is much better, and it is closer to real Эспрессо than how you can get close to the original Nespresso experience (which is of course less than real espresso).
The nano presso gets 5 stars for operation and coffee quality (when making espresso). The Nespresso адаптер gets 1 star with original instructions and 3 stars with my instructions on the operation side, and maybe it gets 3 stars on coffee quality side.
I will keep this adapter for the case I want clean coffee making on the road (not too often). Otherwise I recommend making нормально espresso with the nano прессотерапии. For the go, IMHO it's better to buy a Barista kit and coffee take with you prepared (tampered) Porta in the Filters ( в 2 total double and 2 single shots are possible).

Полезное дополнение к нано-прессо
Использую адаптер больше года и насколько я доволен. Этот адаптер для nano прессотерапии.
+Почти все капсулы приспособленный которые я пробовал около 15 разных производителей, имеют.
+Легко моется
-Хотя почти все капсулы подходят, не закрывает головку после установки капсулы совсем заподлицо (см. фото 2). Нога не trächtigt функцию, должна была быть решена, но лучше.
-стандартный мешок можно с надетым специальным адаптером не полностью закрыть.

Suits it's purpose but it still needs improvement the NS adaptor
The NS adaptor is somehow more practical, because the capsules are then easier to transport and then to use grinded coffee.
But i am totally not happy with the adaptor.
It still needs improvement as it closes hard over the capsule and sometimes if you do not close it well , you will not get same quality of the Эспрессо. At this moment the adaptor for grinded coffee is much much better.

к сожалению, адаптер не подходит на мой Waca. Эспрессо машины.
К сожалению, я не могу нужен адаптер так как он не на мои Waca. Кофе-машина подходит. Я поняла это только сейчас, потому что мне нужно это только в автодоме.

Nano presso NS адаптер is must have excellent companion of the nano Эспрессо
Product works very well, quality of materials is high, using the adapter with ns capsules is even more easy than coffee with especially if you don't like cleaning

Я купил это для использования с кофе, но это было не то, что я ожидал, то я сдал все. Кроме того, инструкции идут на китайском, это не значит, что устройство сложно в использовании, но это вы должны уточнить для покупателей
