They're no Swarovsky, but holy cow... CAN NOT beat the quality of glass and unmatched warranty in this price range.

Very clear and good quality lens covers are to loose and won't stay on but seem to be good quality optics

The best binoculars that I have owned, there are light in weight, there are clear and bright and have a wide view, and waterproof, so they are ok if it raining .And the vortex optics service is good, as I lost the tripod socket cover, ore was missing and they sent one to me free of charge, from the united states, I recommend them.

These things are awesome. I am surprised at the amount of light gathering these things do. I'm a hunter so low light situations are the norm. Sitting in the dark, waiting for daylight, I can bring these things up and have a decent view of whats in front of me well before I can see with the naked eye.

Plus the lifetime warranty on these, and all of Vortex products, is simply amazing. I bought a pair of Bushnells that I dropped and when I contacted support I was going to have to pay to have it shipped, repaired, and shipped back. Go out and Google Vortex customer service and you will see countless accounts where this is not the case.

The only downside to these is the flip covers, but I've had a couple different sets/different brands of bino's and all the flip covers were horrible.

These binoculars were an excellent choice for my wife. I have a pair of Swaovski binoculars and these are excellent value in comparison to the price difference. They are light and easy to use and i would recommend the if you cannot afford the high priced alteratives

Was showing them off to some buds and was adjusting them to fit my eyes, the plastic hinge in the middle broke clean off. Didn't wrench them or use a lot of strength, just hit the stop and plastic simply broke. Just so happened to break next to the 'made in China' sticker...

This is the perfect set of binoculars for bird watching. As with other reviewers I found that the lens cap was a pain because I would have to hold them to prevent them from blocking the lense. If it wasn't for that one issue I'd love the binocular.

The old saying is generally correct however not so in this case!
I already own a pair of steiner hunter binoculars which are great but heavy and having a Vortex rifle scope with great glass thought I'd give these a try; I'm not dissapointed.

They are very clear to see through. Best binocs I've ever purchased. Will also buy these brand of binocs again.

I am very happy with this purchase, it seemed like a lot of $ to invest in a pair of binoculars but from the short time I've had them they appear to be of extremely high quality and I'm very happy with the purchase.

first time buying a Vortex product an i have to say i am very happy with this pair. looks like Vortex manufactures very fine products, looking for a scope, now...from Vortex, of course...

Bought these as a gift for my husband to use on an upcoming horseback trip to Wyoming - he was SO impressed with the quality of these binoculars and can't wait to use them!
