It's drop proof and water proof
This is my everyday phone and I have a bad habit of dropping my phone out of my lap and it lands on my hardwood floor. So far, I think it's happened nearly thirty times since I bought it. Ulefone says it will withstand drops well I'll put it through it's drops and as for water durability. I dropped on the floor the other night and I also spilled water and soda on the floor. It sat in that water and soda pop, with the screen touching the floor for about six hours. I picked it up and thought ok all is lost and I checked the speaker by calling someone and it sounded all crackly and broken. I tried playing music and that too sucked. I put it on the charger and tried beating the fluids out best I could. Set it on a dry towel and prayed for it to dry out and it did it works like new. Thanks Ulefone, you have on hell of a quality product here and I'll never go anywhere else we I I need a good phone that I can rely on. Jessica Warner

If you are looking for a well built, heavy-duty, you're-guaranteed-to-brake-before-it-will ...phone? THIS IS IT! Has all the bells and whistles you may, ..or may not need. And that it weighs a $@+!# ton? (ie>this is no ..carry in your white dress-shirt pocket sort'a phone.) All in all, it's the phone "Stanley" would would have made, if cell phones came with wood handles! ...Most definitely this thing is impressive!

Long life heavy duty phone, until phone stops working
Be aware 😀, this phone weighs a Pound ! However, very robust heavy duty phone. Battery avgs four days normal use for me with possible five days. Charging is best with provided plug and cable, takes several hours but it lasts. Very easy to set up and get running. Fast processor.
Only read bad caveat is NO place to hook a cord and hang it. Not sure why a simple sst clip could not have been part of cover. Phone stopped working after 80 days and then you are screwed

Unbelievable Phone!
I am on my phone majority of the day, but this phone didn't give up on me. It took 7 days before i start charging it. It's fast and the best part is, i could use both of my sim card.

Hefty Beast
This phone has amazing battery life (I was going on 4 days and it still had like 50% battery) and the screen is clear and very large .
There are only 3 negatives in my opinion:
1) The finger print reader needs some serious work, it does not read very well.
2) The UI is not as crisp/easy to use as my cheaper Motorola. Attempting to add a large calendar to the 2nd page and move everything else over one was a headache. The side special button also does not have enough mapable functions and can get in the way.
3) It is VERY heavy. I used this at work and would carry it in my front pocket. It often bumped into vehicles I was detailing.
All in all, improving the finger print reader and UI would probably make me buy this again and stick with it. Great phone if the pros are your focus.

Perfect for my needs but bad speaker.
UK buyer with giffgaff SIM card.
Great for my needs. I don't have to worry about charge any more, I've turned off the charge indication that's how little I think about it now.
Finger print reader is fine.
Fully waterproof and 100% rugged.
Laser distance measure is very impressive in accuracy, it genuinely works.
Those reviewers who say it's too heavy are idiots, the spec literally tells you the weight before you buy, yes it's heavy, it's the heaviest phone I have ever used but I knew that when I bought it, fine for my purposes.

Ottimo Ruggedphone!
Questo smartphone è una belva, la batteria non finisce mai ed è super resistente agli urti. La qualità dei materiali è altissima e tenerlo in mano dà una sensazione di mastodonticità inpagabile. Peccato per 1 solo pixel bruciato. Mi sento di consigliare l'acquisto, io ne sono davvero entusiasta.

I hate to do this but, I have to!
Almost everything about this phone is amazing.... Almost....
Pros:
*It's fast, (no hesitation when doing a bunch of things at once)
*It's strong (have already dropped it and nothing happened at all, can't say the same for the $800 pixel 3 2 years ago!)
*The battery lasts me for 2 days, with almost constant use!!
*Pics are amazing (though the shutter speed is far to slow for any sort of moving target)
*Can't say if all the "sensors" and "meters" and other crazy things it's supposed to have, are any good as they are not installed, and the apps or methods of using them exist no where. (See con #2)
....
But.. there is one MAJOR issue, and several minor issues that make this phone Almost unusable.
***First:
The fingerprint scanner is located on the lower right edge, I'm right handed so, it's basically directly under hand and fingers at all times, constantly being touched.
This phone has what would be a cool feature if the sensor was literally ANYWHERE else, "Fingerprint Touch Function" or "Fingerprint Click." This allows the scanner to be used as a touch sensitive button.
"Single Click"
"Double Click"
And "Long Click"
Each one MUST be set to one of several navigational actions. (see pic)
THIS CAN NOT BE DISABLED!!!
So, even without a program fingerprint, the slightest touch of the area performs an action. The LEAST inconvenient one is "Back." Which means, at least for me, 100's (not exaggerating) of times in which I have to re-navigate forward, re-type things, re-open apps, re-sign in to apps, COMPLETELY restart forms!!! I would enjoy having JUST the fingerprint scanner and nothing else. It can NOT be disabled! And it forces me to use my left hand and stumble around constantly hitting the wrong things and having to start over anyways!
***Second: the amount of features and functions that this phone was advertised as having, that are no where to be found, is nothing short of false advertisement!
*All of the atmospheric sensors, (barometric, humidity, temperature, etc,) are not accessible through any preinstalled apps, no settings anywhere, nothing.
*The Ulefone website provides software, documentation, manuals, and data sheets for every other phone they make EXCEPT for this one!
*There is exactly ZERO places online to find answers, apps, support, or even anything that even remotely hints at this phone even being able to do 1/4 of the things that the ads (and Ulefone) say that it can!
*It's running Android 10.... It's trash!
**No more app drawer..
**Glitchy inconsistent swipe to control
gestures, half of them don't work, the other half never work the first time.
***In order to get to the home a screen quickly (something I do sometimes as often as several times a minute) it requires my motion to be physically perfect in a way that guarantees I press the fingerprint scanner and end up closing apps and doing other completely unrelated things that aren't even supposed to happen!
***** Summarized conclusion
Basically, I could deal with everyone of those things... If this stupid fingerprint touch click crap setting could be disabled!!!!
Sorry for the rant.. hope it helps someone, or that they fix it in an update before I return it and get the new Blackview....

Buen teléfono pero con limitaciones en las apps
Me gusta que es muy resistente, que trae telémetro ya que lo utilizo para el trabajo y la batería que me dura bien dos días.
No me gusta que tiene algún problema para soportar apps bancarias, no las acepta, las reinicia y en general no se puede trabajar con ellas.
En general muy bien el equipo.

Premier Ulefone Armor 7E, 3 moi après problème de micro ,
Amazone me le rembourse
et je décide de prendre Ulefone Armor 9E et voilà 3 moi après problème de GPS du jour au lendemain impossible acquérir les satellite ...
Je sais vraiment pas quoi en penser, j'aime bien ce téléphone, mais voilà ou j'ai vraiment pas de chance ou ulephone a un vrai problème dans le temps ...
Du plus contrairement a ce qu'il y avais affiché quand je l'ai acheter il n'y a pas de fonction chargeur sans fil ...

I like it
I have had this for about 3 weeks. Battery is amazing. Phone itself works as it should.. it's heavy, be not for everyone. But so far I really like it.

unexpected issues
It's heavy but the battery lasts a long time and the screen is a large size. Too heavy for the devices I had used in the past for holding the phone in cars to make use of navigation apps. A big dissapointment was that I could not get the extra memory slot to function with any I have tried which are rated for it and I indeed checked for compatibility. Memory is recognized but it locks up the phone, preventing use as it attempts to correct. Neither Amazon support or the manufacturer provided suggestions which fixed the problem.... but I was hoping that given the newness of the phone, it would be an improvement over my old phone for memory, but nope.. I don't see improvement. Apps lock up daily and I have to limit what is running in the background, restart the apps and phone.. a bummer for my expectatiins. Despite my poor rating I kept it mostly because it is such a hassle to change phones and the large screen size was an improvement over my old phone. I don't use the programmable, red button on the left side as it's too easy to press while holding the phone. It would be good if the power button was not the same type and next to volume as ut is hard to tell the separation by feel. It charges quickly.

Worth it.
I drag this giant thing around with me working on a goat farm, so it gets tossed and dirty for sure. Grains of sand sometimes get stuck around the power button, and that causes it to freak out a bit, but just take something with a point and clean around it.
Otherwise, does everything it says, and then some.

Great phone as long as you don't need to make phone calls inside a building
I purchased this phone from the Ulefone store on Amazon. Almost immediately I began to see a problem with the screen fading to a blur and locking up. I contacted Amazon and they connected me with the manufacturer, who replaced the phone. Of course they did because it was within the 30 days that Amazon would force them to. The replacement phone came and seemed to work okay for two or three weeks, but then I noticed that I had to get up and go outside of my home or my office to make or receive phone calls. After many, many emails back and forth Ulefone is telling me that I need to send the phone for repairs. They have no concern with the fact that I use my phone for my business and cannot give me a better solution. Like most manufacturers they don't give a crap about customers needs. On T-Mobile network using 4G. I have offered to purchase a 5G if they will just credit me what I've paid for this phone. The power armor 13 could really be a great phone if the technology advertised were true, but I think it's not!

Why oh why have Ulefone removed the wireless charging facility?
I thought new improved model meant all the features plus new stuff.
It has a fast charging point on the side that looks like it's made for a dock of some sort, but cannot find such an item anywhere.
I do like the look and feel of the 9e though but can only give 4 * because of the above

Dommage, ce produit aurait pu être très bien du fait de ses diverses fonctionnalités et malgré son poids. Mais, gros problème, il n'accroche pas les réseaux ; impossible de téléphoner de l'intérieur et même en extérieur on loupe la moitié des appels. Il semble qu'il y ait un gros souci de conception de l'antenne. Le fabricant va devoir sacrement nous rassurer avant qu'on y revienne

Lasted all of 8 months...
Amazon did me a big favor and issued a replacement and a UPS driver pickup order after getting nowhere with the seller on the marketplace. In the future my next upgrade will be from a local service provider as these overseas phones can only be serviced overseas.

Way too heavy
I unpacked the phone and it's a brick, extremely heavy, definitely difficult for a phone mount to hold for hands free Android auto connectivity.
I returned the phone within hours of receiving it.
