6 months and now useless
Phone is no longer able to be charged with any charger compatible to fit it. Have had this phone for 6 months it is now useless as it can not charge properly. This is a phone defect I wish I had known in advance and is not repairable. No option for a refund either....

Will not work with Rogers sim
I tried everything after looking online and e-mailing the company (no response yet). Phone will recognize there is a sim (works on other phones), but no service - no texts, no calls, no data. So...no phone for me - returning it after wasting many hours configuring.
I would not recommend this phone.

I wanted to return the phone speaker died 2 weeks later will not give me a refund don't buy it
Not happy had it 2 weeks speaker went had to go spend another 300 on a new phone

Amazon and Ulefone play games with warranty
Have had Ulefones for over 8 yrs. Was getting them imported from China before they were even known in North America. We have had this phone for 3 months have had nothing but issues with the internal mic & speakers. Contacted Amazon and got the response that it was over 30 days and that we had to contact Ulefone. Contacted them and have been getting a run around from them now.

Molto al disotto delle aspettative, deludente , batteria dura poco, bluetooth non si collega con le cuffie, fotocamera scarsa ,ma questo era previsto. Prodotto altamente scarso non vale il prezzo pagato!

5 Stars for disappointment as O/S failure after 45 days
I was super happy to get this phone.
Within 6 weeks of limited use (unit would not even send texts with images or emojis so it was used as a tethered device to my old BB Key2), the O/S failed (error - GoogleKeyState : FAIL).
Returning the unit hassle free has been the only good point about the experience

VERY SLOW BACKUPS, 5GHZ WI FI PROBLEMS
backups for whatsapp or any app are very very slow.exampkle 18mb it is taking 30 minutes! i was trying reconigure but looks like this model has a glitch or something.despite 6gb RAM is very slow on apps and also gps its taking 10 minutes to locate you on the map.rubbish

It's definitely a cheep model
The phone is built well with the exception of the speaker is not all that great.however it is ruged would recommend it for youths because of it's durability.

Not so rugged.
Really liked the phone at first, but after a few weeks the camera stopped working. When I contacted them about the issue their first response was did I drop the phone or get it wet. I had not, bit still seems weird to ask that about a water proof extra durable phone. They then said they would send a new camera I could replace myself instead of replacing the phone and the video they sent showing how wouldn't open because my phone said it had malware. If phone doesn't break it's great but wanted more from the rugged part or at least better customer service. Good luck, hope your experience is better.

Don't be fooled
Is it what it says it is "Durable" absolutely.
Is it a good phone.....no.
Slow and can't keep a wifi or bluetooth connection no matter what you do.
The button layout is really a mystery, why engineers allowed a side button that will screw up what your doing and yet did not put it somewhere out of the way. I had to tear the phone apart and disable this the first week.
Very poorly engineered, it's like they just didn't care what the end users experience is like.
I am now going to replace this phone after less than 60 days, it will go in the trash.
I don't usually do reviews but this phone is so bad I had to.

Piece of junk!!!! Do not buy!!!
I don't receive all text messages or phone calls, It does not always connect to wireless when I'm at home! It connects to blue tooth when it wants to not when I want it to. Talk time is NOT as good as they say. It goes through the battery pretty fast if you are talking on it.
