1. East setup
2. cheapest tri band wifi
3. Parental control
4. Free malware antivirus for 3 years . now you don't need antivirus for each devices
5. Control the network from anywhere
6. Qos
Cons
1. You cannot set bandwidth for individual devices
2. there is no browsing history. I expect atleast a report that show how much bandwidth used by each device during a period.

My Satellite router which is upstairs sis showing lossless connection to internet. With my Old TP-Link router my speed was reduced to 1/6th of my full speed upstairs when the router was kept downstairs.
My Old TP-Link router used to keep disconnecting (almost every 12hrs) from BSNL connection, this one rarely does. In the past 5 days it has only done that once.
The reason for the 3 start is not because this router is unreliable, but because it does not offer any advanced configuration features such as :-
1) No web interface to go into Advanced routing capabilities (1 start knocked out)
2) No way to separate 2.4 and 5 GHz SSID. So my tablet always seems to connect to 2.4 GHz which has more interference than the 5GhZ, and I do not have an option to seperate them. (1 star knocked out)
3) If you lose power on just one of the Deco satellites you may have some trouble in connecting back to the near by router. Once way is to restart the Main Deco router as well or disconnect your device wifi and reconnect to your wifi once the Satellite Deco is also online.

The Mesh Network provided an elegant solution. The product was nicely packaged and came with a relatively simple set of instructions with illustrations.
I set it up via the App and the WiFi coverage is now seamless over a relatively large area with no dead spots or loss of signal strength.
I highly recommend it. The M4 is ideal because it is kind of future proof with support for speeds upto 1000 Mbps. I earlier was about to buy the E4 but that maxes out at 100 Mbps.

Clearly on the product page for Deco E4 it says :
"Up to 1167 Mbps high-speed—Deco E4 provides fast and stable connections with speeds of up to 1167 Mbps and works with the major internet service provider (ISP) and modem"
But it fails to call out that the LAN ports are 100Mbps. Seriously?
How do you want to connect to a modem or ISP that provides more than 100Mbps?
While this is a product spec issue, you can no longer buy products from Amazon without research, read reviews, understand tech specs and nuances then buy. Amazon product details are not reliable - do not trust the description.

These routers seemed like the best I could buy for the price range. I did some due research and found that these were good for my requirement.
I did buy the 3 router pack, but have been able to set up my home network with 2, with a scope for expansion when I set up my home office. Since that day, I didn’t have to worry about my WiFi network ever. The initial set up was quick and easy. The app helped me set this up in 15 minutes, including the time taken to plug in the cables.
Recommended is that you have wired connection between the 2/3 routers, but the wireless also works fine. A little drop in speeds, but you can still watch videos.

Update: One of the devices stopped working and unfortunately getting a replacement from TP-Link is a nightmare. However with just 2 of the 3 devices wireless is still a non-issue across home. Signal to the top floor is understandably weak.

Its a great product and trust me go for E4 3 set . Its best in budget and for home

Supports Access point mode, Router Mode & Dynamic IP at WAN port
Slightly better (Just slightly) wireless signals than Li**
You can delegate the management to other users (managers or IT Guy)
You can disable 802.11R (fast roaming feature in case a few of your old devices stopped working due to roaming protocol)
negatives:
Chinese brand.
Remote management: Only app based. not from any website.
Lower internal memory if you compare it with American brands such as Li***
for 1900 square feet, I had to install two & had to buy third one for second floor.

Fro handling multiple devices (MU-MIMO) - 2 TV streaming devices and 2 computers running video conferencing at the same time without breaking a sweat.
I have ceiling mounted both the units but there are no brackets available so I had to improvise with some heavy duty tape.
Both units, located upstairs and downstairs are connected through an ethernet cable (called Ethernet Backhaul) and this reduces wireless strain between both and on each of them.
Set up was simple but what is disappointing is that you can't choose the WiFi channels so I'm a little miffed by it.
I don't have any issues with interference on my network even though I am in close proximity with other houses.
I have thick walls and doors so the coverage of the units is reduced so I had to use a wifi extender (TP Link RE200) which I use to connect my work computers. The best part is that I don't have much speed drop.
With the door open and through the extender, I still get 100mbps, which I never got with my previous Archer D2 router setup. with the door closed, I get 75 to 80mbps which is acceptable.
All in all, I am in love with this home mesh system because it handles my demands - 14 devices always online with ease.
oh and the free wifi bulb is amazing.

I have been using this for close to a week and like it for the WiFi coverage it provides. I am using a two units for my 1100 sq ft apartment. It is little overkill, but provides signal strength of 85% or more throughout my apartment and I can consistently get good Internet WiFi speeds. It also eliminates the hazzle to chose between 2.4 and 5.0 GHZ channels as it automates channel selection and assignment to the clients connecting to it.
I have a NAS attached to one of the units. And I am getting read speeds of 30-50 MBPS wirelessly (compared to 80-100 MBPS read speeds when wired). So it cannot replace the wired connection yet but will have to try higher models like AC2200 or XC60 (yet not available here).
I am using it in Access Point mode. I am not even sure how legit it is to use it in router mode because in that case both the ethernet ports will get used up in case ethernet based backhaul is needed. Someone will have to hook them up with a switch and check the performance. It means that I am not using any of the advance configuration features like port forwarding or static IP (which I have configured on the modem/router provided by the ISP). I also cannot comment on other smart features like parental controls, etc as they are unavailable in Access Point mode.
Setting them up is a breeze and the app provides useful information.
