Отличная модель
- + Вес это надёжность, наверное лучшее, что есть на рынке для охлаждения процессора в таких скромных габаритах. Аналоги либо сильно крупнее либо не такие производительные.
- - Для максимального эффекта необходима замена вентилятора на Noctua. И хотелось бы заиметь медную модель в черном цвете.

I first found out about this heatsink when it was still just a rumor. I was considering the Ultra 120 Extreme, but was pretty sure it wouldn't fit in my case. The few reviews I could find were encouraging, showed it was comparable to the 120. When I finally got one (they're hard to find) I slapped it on my Core 2 Duo E6550 with Arctic Silver 5 thermal paste. Got it overclocked to 3.15 GHz (from 2.33 stock) and idle temperatures are around 27 C, load temps about 38 C. Runs for days on end and temp never even approaches a danger zone. I use a push-pull 2-fan setup with 120mm fans pointing toward the rear case exhaust fan. Recently switched from Arctic Silver to Innovation Cooling's IC Diamond 7 Carat thermal paste and shaved another 3-4 degrees off. If you don't have room for a 120, and you can miraculously find an Ultima 90, it's a real asset.

I took this heat sink and built a duct out of Nashua JVCC AF20 Aluminum Foil Tape from the PC case 120mm rear fan so that the duct ended up abutted to the Ultima90. In this way I got rid of one fan, and still cooled the CPU. Another benefit is that this removed a source of vibration from the heat sink, reduces the weight load on the socket and thus from the CPU which is good for reliability. Because this sink is so efficient, it doesn't really need a huge air flow to do the job. (Note, I was cooling an Q6600 quad core processor). My PC is now very quiet.I recommend this one a lot for DIYers.

This small big boy has nothing to be ashamed of, he is almost as powerful as his big brother the TRUE120, put some 90mm fans on it and it will keep really cool your CPU, use a good thermal paste also, recommend: AS Ceramique

Hooked it up to a 92mm Panaflo. My AMD 4200 Windsor (overclocked to 3.1ghz) was hitting 54C with stock cooler playing demanding video games (Company of Heroes, Oblivion, etc). Now it hits 36C starting at 28C (I keep my house at 25C). Good stuff. By the way, my case comes with a 90mm up front and another in the back.

Performance is on par with its bigger Ultra-120 brother (which I also owned). Keeps my overclocked Pentium Dual-Core E2180 idling at 35C (and that's at 3 GHz mind you).Highly recommended if space is an issue inside of your case.

THIS LITTLE WONDER IS AWESOME, MY CPU CORE 2 DUO E4300 TEMP IN IDLE WAS 55C° (I'M FROM A HOT COUNTRY:VENEZUELA), AFTER I BOUGHT THE THERMALRIGHT ULTIMA 90 WHIT A PANAFLO FAN 92" AND SOME ARTIC SILVER 5 MY CPU TEMP IN IDLE IS 33C°. THIS PRODUCT IS PERFECT FOR EVERYBODY.
