Электроводонагреватель выглядит прекрасно, подключен, уже попробовали пропустить воду через него, но в силу продолжения ремонтных работ - ещё не опробован! Небольшого размера, выглядит отлично. Спасибо продавцу за бонус.

- + простой в использовании. 4 литра в минуту. Надежный.
- - Если в сети падение напряжения, например не 220 вольт а 190 вольт, то производительность падает до 2,5 литров в минуту при температуре 60 градусов. В Москве очень часто в разное время дня происходит падение напряжения.
Рекомендую как замену центральному горячему водоснабжению в тех квартирах где установлена электрическая плита и сниженная стоимость килловата. А так же трехдиапазонный тариф. Экономический эффект на лицо, экономия 50% денег на горячей воде. Не надо ждать пока в кране сольется остывшая вода, вода нагревается моментально. Плюс как правило горячая вода центральная не питевая и в нее...

Мы часто остаёмся на пару дней на даче, а там отсутствует центральное горячее водоснабжение, поэтому решили приобрести такой водонагреватель. Отличный по качеству, применяем его часто, воду нагревает быстро, регулировать температуру нагрева удобно. Надеемся прослужит нам долго.

Glad I purchased this heater for my country home, it's working very well now and hoping that it will last for a long time.
i am sure it will safe me money only using the electricity and water when I needed.
I was also able to clear lots of space in my mechanical room replacing a large hot water tank. thank you

This review has no bearing on the seller but rather the unit itself and manufacturer's guidance prior to purchasing.
I called Stiebel Eltron to find out what unit I should purchase given the amount of fixtures and flow rate of each in my house (1 shower head - 1.9 GPM, 3 sink faucets ranging from 1.2 to 1.5 GPM). I also explained that a future addition of a master bed/bath is potentially coming down the pipeline and that I would like to have the water heater be able to handle that load as well. The customer service rep I spoke to pointed to the Tempra/Plus Sizing Guide that shows my average tap water temperature (52* F) and that the Tempra 29 Plus will handle up to 3.7 GPM max flow rate. Or "you will be able to run two showers and a sink faucet all at the same time and not affect the temperature or flow rate." Which is fine for my needs. So I bought it.
After running all the electrical needed to the unit (not a cheap endeavor) the unit was hooked up.
Pros: I love the easy to use interface, the unit itself is tiny and extremely quiet when in use. Silent in fact.
Cons: The Tempra 29 Plus is not a 3.7 gpm unit based on 52* F tap water. What is buried in their literature, that the customer service rep did not point out, is a graph that shows Flow Rate vs Temperature Rise. If I set the unit to 120* (normal temperature setting) that equates to a 68* F temperature rise. A 68* temperature rise, according to their graph, shows that the Tempra 29 will only handle approx 2.6 GPM flow rate. Which means I can only run one shower without affecting temperature or flow rate. Once a faucet is turned on, or any other fixture, the flow rate severely drops because the actual max flow rate is exceeded.
So why the discrepancy between the sizing guide and the Temperature Rise vs Flow Rate graph? Makes no sense.
It also makes no sense that this unit is literally only a one fixture unit being sold as a three fixture unit.
Another thing to note is the temperature of the water, even if it's just one shower running, would fluctuate. The water temperature was not consistent throughout a shower period.
I called and spoke to tech support several times throughout a two day period. They did not have any solutions for me.
So I am currently in the process of returning the unit to Amazon. I will update this review to include how that went.

This is exactly what I wanted to eliminate my gas-fired tank water heater. I have solar power, so it makes no sense to burn gas when I am generating my own electricity. The unit is light and easily mounted on a wall. However, the rest of the installation requires qualified tradespeople. Installation was $1600 but they did everything in 1 day. A couple of details:
1. Buy the two valves shown. Your plumber will have them but they will be cheaper if you buy them from Amazon. Also get the 3M decalcification unit. Can't hurt.
2. At first the controller wouldn't work and that was because the circuit board on the unit door was not seated quite right. Just giving it some gentle pressure had it snap into place.

My 50 gal gas tank rusted out. I am in IT and naturally wanted something cool and fancy. I was going to go gas tankless but the estimates i got from 2 different contractors were 4.5-6.5k. So that was out. The estimate for gas tank was 2.3k which I didn't want to pay either. Then I saw electric tankless, did some research and figured I could install that with my basic knowledge of wiring and plumbing.Looked at the cost and said heck $800 in parts + my time and I would save 1.5k over a plumber installing a gas tank. And Go!!! It litterally was as easy as I thought to instal.. Took me 6 trips to lowes for parts because I kept forgetting things but me and my dad installed it in about 7 hours. Probably 2 hours of real work and 5 hours of fumbling and driving to the Lowes. So then the real test was would it work. Yep it did. I estimated my showers pulled 1.5gpm and this box can push 3.5 gpm so i figured I sized it right for 2+ showers. After install I ran 1 shower and used the meter on the box to see the shower really only pulled 1.2gpm. Tried a 2nd shower and got to 2.5 gpm . And the water was super hot. set to 125 F out of 140 possible. My power box has a 200 amp master and this pulls 100Amp max. I have not noticed any dimming of lights when it comes on which i was slightly worried about. I am super happy. I will try and post in a month when I see the change in my gas and electric bill to see if it makes any difference.

We are remodeling our house and were so excited for a tankless water heater. We ordered this model and had it professionally installed by a plumber and electrician. In less than 24 hours it was completely dead. No power at all. The circuit breaker did not pop but it lost power. We are paying for the electrician to come back and will have to pay for a new unit to be installed. Not to mention we are without hot water for DAYS! It is possible we received a faulty unit but we do not have the time to wait for a replacement to arrive. This is going to cost us much more than anticipated. In addition, our contractor had the city come by to permit the electrical/plumbing work that had been done and the inspector said he cannot approve this unit. He said that it does not have the proper certification safety stamps.
